After sitting quietly for a few minutes, I lay on the bed.

I tilted my head to look at Theo, asking in a somewhat hoarse voice, "Must we have a child of our own, Theo?"

He seemed to have heard me yet not at the same time. He moved his curled eyelashes faintly and stopped moving.

In the end, I fell asleep again in exhaustion. When I woke up again and saw Theo coming out of the bathroom, looking like he was in high spirits, I was infuriated. "Go to the company with me?" he asked with a smile.
