My heart sank. I walked up to the coffee table to pick u p the tea that Keith had just brought in. I walked over t o Theo. "A thorny situation?”

Theo took the tea from my hand and took a sip before consoling me. "Minor problems like this are easy to deal with."

I nodded. I believed everything he said.

I could not be of much help in such situations, and being anxious would only put more pressure on Theo.

I sat on the sofa and looked down at the floor. My heart was far from calm as depicted on the surface.

When he left the lounge, I took out my phone and pulled up the finance and economy website.

I closed the finance and economy website and gave Matthew a call half an hour later.
