Jess’s POV

After I finished introducing everyone to Sabrina and how Raphael and I know her. Everyone seemed to settle down. Nathan still seemed a bit tense around a witch, but I convinced him to give her a chance. “So Angel, what information was so important that you couldn’t tell me and Sophie earlier?” I asked, getting this meeting started. Sabrina took a deep breath and looked at me with a sad look in her eyes. “I personally know the man that is hunting you Jess. He is my brother.” I was floored.

Raphael jumped up. “Your brother?! You told us that your whole family died years ago.” Sabrina nodded. “I thought they did die that day.” I cut her off a bit “They?” She looked back at me. “Yes ‘they’. William was mated to my younger sister, Tasha. He was nothing like the monster he has come to be. He was as sweet and kind as Raphael back then, but that changed after he had gotten hurt badly.” She paused and pulled out her locket she always wore. She opened his and showed us an old picture of two women, one had sea blue hair and the other had flaming red hair and both had yellow eyes, and a young wolf with silver hair and silver eyes.

“This was taken a few days after William and Tasha met and found out they were mated. He protected us and we lived in harmony with his pack. The Nightmare Pack.” She said. Ryan then started to speak. “The Nightmare pack was destroyed by a witch years ago.” Sabrina nodded “Yes. After William had gotten hurt and had very little chance of surviving. Tasha made a choice that changed both of them forever. She found a gifted wolf within the pack and used b***d magic to transfer that wolf’s soul and gift into William.” Sabrina stopped and took a some deep breaths.

“It saved his life at the cost of the young wolf, but what she didn’t know is that it had changed both her and William forever. She became a witch of darkness for using b***d magic, and William had become a power hungry psychopath wanting more and more power to sustain his lifeforce. To better understand I was hoping to do a memory mind share with everyone here.” She said. Nathan asked “What’s a memory mind share?” I knew so I answered to save Sabrina some time.

“It basically means that Angel will share her memory with us. Our minds will be sent to a different time and space and we will see and hear everything she did. It is a great way to gather information because the person’s mind will only show the truth, and even if we watch her whole life it will only feel like a few minutes have gone by in real time.” Alex looked at me. “How do you know about this Jess?” I looked down. “The first time I ran into Angel she did one on me. She saw my whole life in just a few moments. Then she gave me a potion for my nightmares.”

Hero reached for my hand and squeezed it to make me feel comfortable. Sabrina nodded and turned to Roy and Alex. “Speaking of which I want to do something for Jess, since I saw EVERYTHING!!” She snapped her fingers and both Alex and Roy got a wash bin dropped on their head. “Owww. Dammit!” Alex yelled. “Son of a b***h! That hurt.” Roy cried. I giggled. “No one hurts my sweet girl without a least one hit from my wash bins.” Sabrina said with a smile. Ryan and Jorge looked at each other and then snapped their heads to Sabrina.

“That means that it was you all those times before?!” Jorge called. Sabrina didn’t answer, she just smirked their way. I was confused. “What are you guys talking about?” “A tale for another time, we have to get back on track and do the memory share.” Sabrina said before Jorge or Ryan could say anything more. “All right let’s get started.” I said. Time to see what happened in the past.
