"Valerie, you betrayed Skyton Corporation for your own benefit. Now let me hear your take on this."

Coralie locked gazes with Valerie.

Her eyes were spilling hatred.

If it wasn't for Valerie, Hendric wouldn't have been born in such a desolate environment and he wouldn't have been diagnosed with leukaemia. He wouldn't have suffered so much.

As for her and Skylar, they were also tormented by things they shouldn't have experienced.

Skyton Corporation was on the edge of a precipice, all because Valerie illicitly handed over the bidding document to Yohan Green. She turned a blind eye to the crisis Skyton Corporation would be put under. "Don't pull this crap with me. Where did these come from?" Valerie asked. Her face was almost stiff. She hated Valerie. She knew that she had harmed Hendric and Skylar, but she was right about what she said.

Coralie had heard the recording and Valerie had done everything because of her love.

She didn't want to push her to the edge. Coralie felt that she could let Valerie go if she was willing to leave and never to come back again, and as long as she would no longer bother them. "Do you mean it?"

When Valerie heard Coralie's words, she stopped crying and looked expectantly at Coralie.

"Yes, I won't delete anything, but as long as you don't bother me, Skyton Corporation, or Skylar in the future, I'll bring this secret to my grave."

Coralie said.

She was selfish as well. She wished Valerie could stop pestering Skylar. Even if both of them hadn't done anything, Coralie would still feel uncomfortable in her heart.

Just then, Valerie had said that she 'helped' Skylar using her body and it made Coralie very uncomfortable.

"Okay, I'll tell you, I'll tell you!"

Valerie confessed the address of Skylar's rehabilitation center without hesitation.

After confirming it, Coralie was about to leave.

However, Valerie seemed to be reminded of something and suddenly asked, "Where is Leonardo? Where is he now?"

He recognized her at a glance and even called out her name. It was obvious that he was well-prepared.

"Who do you think?"

When the man heard Valerie ask who he was, he took off his mask and revealed his whole face.

Under the mask was a man in his thirties. His thin face was stubbled, he had high cheekbones and a pair of almond-shaped eyes.

Valerie recognized the man at a glance.

The reason why she could recognize this person so easily was because she had just met with Coralie.

"You, you were released from prison..." Valerie muttered.

His name was Finley Horne. Ten years ago, he drove past the place where Valerie had hit Hendrick Chariott with her car. His family was short of money at that time, so Valerie came up to him and offered him a large sum of money, asking him to go behind bars on her behalf...

"Yes, I'm out of prison, but I can't find a job because of my criminal record."

Finley looked at Valerie and chuckled.

He was a businessman before he went behind bars. He fooled around by gambling and was irresponsible at his job. Now that he was out of prison, he knew that Valerie would never let others find out about he crime.

So he made up his mind to blackmail Valerie.

"Thanks for your help all these years. I can introduce you to a job, but it will be in another country. Please don't come back in the future!"

Although Valerie's head was killing her at the moment, she was still adroit with her response. Thus, she immediately began to speak politely.
