She did not know what to do. She had no idea what path the Green Dragon Force was supposed to take in the future either.

"Captain, how about you contact Instructor Chu and ask him to come back? Once Instructor Chu is back, there won't be anyone in the Jiangdong military camp who would dare to touch us," Gao Da-Zhuang tried to persuade Ye Yu-Yan.

Ye Fan had always been the backbone of the Green Dragon Force. He was someone whom they revered greatly.

Their hope was to have Ye Fan return to the military camp and lead them out of this predicament.

But Ye Yu-Yan shook her head and sighed, "It's no use. Instructor Chu has already been dismissed. It wouldn't make any difference even if he comes back. The chief military instructor of the Jiangdong military camp is now Chen Lan. Instructor Chu no longer has any say in these matters."

Ye Yu-Yan had already thought of contacting Ye Fan.

But she gave up on this idea after a lot of considerations.

Wu Yang had already dismissed Ye Fan from all duties.

Ye Fan might have to face the military court in a trial if he returned to the military camp.

Besides, knowing Ye Fan, he would become outraged by what the Green Dragon Force members had suffered through. "But captain, do we just keep quiet and continue to let Chen Lan abuse us?" Ma Ming-Bo and the rest raised their voices indignantly.

"Shit! What kind of life is this? I joined the military camp to learn skills and make contributions, to carve for myself a good future and be a successful man. I'm not here to be abused! Damn it! I refuse to continue living like this. I am not staying in the military!" Li Zi-Yang went into an outburst suddenly while Ma Ming-Bo and the rest were still feeling indignant.

He took off his military uniform and thrashed it onto the floor.

The rest of them were shocked and asked Li Zi-Yang immediately, "Yang, what are you doing?"

"Are you crazy?"

"You are not thinking of deserting, are you?"

"The security in the Jiangdong military camp is very tight, you won't be able to escape."

"Chen Lan will not let you off if you are arrested!"

Ma Ming-Bo hesitated. Desertion was a serious offence in any military camp. The consequences would be severe if one was caught.

Finally, with a determined look, Ma Ming-Bo said, "Alright, Yang, I will follow you! You are right, I joined the military to learn skills for a good future, and I'm certainly not here to be abused. There's no point in staying here anymore. Let's go and look for Instructor Chu!"

With Ma Ming-Bo's consensus, Li Zi-Yang turned to look at Ye Yu-Yan and Tai Shan.

"Captain, Tai Shan, what about both of you?"

"Do you want to join us?"

Li Zi-Yang and the other two extended the question to Ye Yu-Yan and Tai Shan.

Ye Yu-Yan wanted to dissuade them initially. The plan was absurd and could be considered treacherous in the military.
