Jack's

POV.

"It's none of your business Jack. Just go home and be a good boy.. and trust me I will bring your wedding down with the video if you mess up!!" She let a grin escape her lips before she went into the room she was heading to. I dashed out of her house not feeling okay with the fact that Kate was going up against my marriage with Abby.

What was I going to do? How do I explain things to Abby that Kate doesn't want us to get married? I thought to myself as I heaved a heavy sigh in front of Kate's home.

I got into my car and zoomed off to Abby's home which I had promised to go to once I was done with work at the company.

Yes, I lied that I was going to the company to go do few works but come on, I couldn't tell Abby that I was heading to Kate's home she would freak out.

After few minutes of driving, I got to Abby's home which was announced to her by her mom.

The moment I stepped into her apartment, I saw that the whole house was filled with various kinds of individuals which were obviously her relatives.

I went straight up into her room and seeing Abby smiling at me the moment she set her eyes on me made me feel guilt running through my blood veins.

'I messed up Abby!! I don't deserve your sweet smiles! Let's just get over with the wedding please' I said Inwardly as I gazed at her.

"Hey babe!! Why are you not smiling?" She asked as she came closer to me with a kiss following her question.

"I.. I.." I stuttered looking at her face.

'I fucked up Abby'.

Abby's POV

"Abby!! Abby where are you!!??" I heard my mom call out my name from the sitting room which was unlike her.

"Over here mom!!" I notified with a loud voice as I responded to her call on me from my room where I was well seated.

I was on my bed with my husband to be Jack. Who had just proposed to me few days ago in his home club and trust me, I was loving the moment with him in my room. We were seriously planning on how our wedding day which had been fixed was going to be.

"Abby? I thought I told you to come help me with the decorations??" my mom who had just barged into my room without knocking said out to me.

She had her hands placed on her waist as she gazed at me and Jack on the same bed.

"Mom?.." I stressed her name as It was obvious why she had the stare on her face at Jack and I.

"What!? I just want you to come help me" She lied as she rolled her eyes away from me.

"Come on mom, it's not my fault that I'm the bride. I have a lot of things to take care of by myself!!" I said out before shaking my head like I was frustrated. Jack and I were going through different catalogues just to pick up the best outfits for our wedding day and it was really stressing me out at that point.

He had also looked like he was going to collapse soon if nothing was done immediately.

He was just returning from his work place and had came over to my house just to help me out as he promised.

He yawned countless times while we glanced through the catalogue and that alone helped me realize the kind of thing he needed.

"I need to get my mom out of my way first" I smiled as I thought to myself which made them look at me like I was totally a freak.

"Abby? Are you okay? What is wrong with you Abby?" My mom came closer to the bed side where I was sitting and had kept on asking me such questions which I tagged silly. She must have noticed the way I kept on laughing to myself and thought to ask me a question.

"I am okay mom... did you give birth to a mad lady ??! Goodness!!" I exclaimed knowing I wasn't expecting such questions from her.

I just wished to be alone to myself And my baby Jack without anyone's interruption but she was just intruding and I wasn't happy with that.

"And why do you sound like you don't want me here Abby?!!" mom said out thinking I was going to be calm while responding to her.

"Mom just leave!! Leave my room please I need some lone time with my husband here ... please" I begged seeing the furious look on her face.

I understood she wanted to spend more time with her daughter and probably get quality mom and daughter Moment but I just wasn't after that...

I was after the fact that I could taste my Jack while we searched for outfits in the catalogue.

"Fine.. I'll leave but just to let you know Abby... I need you and I pray he doesn't abandon you at the alter just like the old did" My mom teased as she dashed out of my room. She slammed the door like I was the one at fault this time when I did basically nothing to her that day.

I turned to Jack and saw how he pinched the tip of his nose looking frustrated.

"Hey Jack" I called out as I was ready to cool him off his anxiety.

"Yeah Abby?" He kept his gaze on the catalogue as he kept on searching for his best outfit.

"Why don't we just put this aside first Jack and focus on you" I whispered as I closed the magazine and pushed it towards the end side of the bed by the left.

"I don't get it Abby.. we need to prepare for this day.. it's our day and we just can't afford to let it pass by without making it memorable!!!" Jack responded.
