"Jack, Once we reach back, pull over to the Pristine Mall." Emerald almost barked at Jack sitting in his private Jet while he was on his way back from A city to his hometown, WEREALM. Jack's ears bled at the tone he used and he turned more stiffened. He didn't know how to react. "Now what got into Alpha!" He murmured to himself, but Emerald surely had sensitive and strong wolf ears. He responded back to Jack with the same glaring tone,

"You will know it when you have to follow your mother's orders."

Cursing himself for Murmuring, Jack turned almost deaf ears to Emerald and carried on with his works while Emmy got indulged in his laptop working on the next project for the time they would be still in air. His mind was switching between the possibilities and the circumstances he was going to generate in order to gift Scarlet the jewellery and dress. He didn't even know her preferences. He barely got time to spend with her. Now that he thought it all, he felt that everything happened so fastly and suddenly. The switching back to the project in hand, he made a Hiatus with Scarlet and her thoughts for the time being.

After a while of almost 3 hours, Emerald heard Jack's voice from the other sit,

"Alpha, we reached back to the town. What are the next orders?"

"Pull the car for Pristine Mall. I have to buy something." Emerald wrapped up everything and shoved into his laptop bag stepping out of the jet. Jack carried the other belongings thinking about the things his Alpha needed to buy. Approaching Emmy from behind fastly, he matched his pace and suggested staggering with the stuffs in hands,

"Alpha, I think I can buy the things. Why don't you tell me the names or any list! I will fetch it all, while you can have some rest."

"No, I will go on my own." He barked again making Jack flinch in his position to which the poor Beta just nodded his head and opened the car door for him. Taking a long stride, Emerald slipped into the passenger sit while Jack landed himself over the front sit alongside the driver.

"Pristine Mall. And Jack, find out where Scarlet is right now?"

On the other side, the girls were already wandering over various shops to choose something for Eva since one complete hour. It was being tiring for Scarlet. Eva sensed it,

"Why don't you choose something for yourself too?"

"It's you who have to attend the party, not me!" Scarlet replied back immediately after her eyes caught a glimpse of a floor length maroon peach gown studded with very tiny circular gem like pieces. The gown looked alluring to her, but she didn't have to attend any event, so she let it pass.

"Let's head towards the other direction. Maybe we can find something in there." Eva suggested and Scarlet nodded in agreement, while her gaze never left the gown. As the ladies were about to step in the elevator, Scarlet collided with something hard as she was indulged in her cell phone and didn't pay attention.

Before her butt could touch the hard ground, she was wrapped in a protective hug. Opening her eyes, she couldn't believe what she saw. Only his name left her lips and that too in bewilderment. "Emerald..!"

"Luna, what are you doing here? You know we were about to find you." Jack spilled the beans then and there not minding Emerald and his sharp glares.

'Why this wolf is always so excited and happy to see Scarlet as if I don't exist at all..!!' Emerald thought for a split second and raised her body upwards who (scarlet) stabilized herself immediately. She lowered her eyes for a moment only for Emerald to notice the slight pink taint over her cheeks letting him know that she was flustered because of their proximity.

"What are you doing here?" Emerald Questioned her out of care caressing her cheeks lightly showing his possessive side.

"Hey, don't touch my Friend Mr. Azure. And we are here for shopping. Your brother invited me to attend the family function. Do you have any problems? And Scarlet, why are you not saying anything to him?" Eva jumped in all of a sudden and questioned the couple. Not getting raged, Emerald Replied blankly, cross-questioned Eva,

"May I know for which family function that brat invited you?"

"I don't know. He said it's a surprise. And why should I even tell you?" Eva was still high on her bitchy mood, while Scarlet was continuously pinching her tiny waist to keep her mouth shut. Jack was enjoying everything from the corner and giggling in his mind, switching gazes over the three people occasionally.

"Since you are already here, let's go to the dress section. I will buy you a dress and some jewellery." Emerald suggested Scarlet holding her wrist protectively and affectionately. It was his wolf instinct that he was being protective of his mate. "Hey, hey, hey, stop right here. What the hell? How can you hold her hands? And Why would you buy her dress and jewellery? And you, what are you hiding from me?" Eva stopped them both jumping ahead of them and opening her arms as a barrier. Her excitement had all faded away and now she had turned her protective friend mode on. She didn't want Scarlet to get hurt. Scarlet didn't know how to reply her questions. She remained silent and looked at Emerald with doey eyes who understood immediately and responded on her behalf,

"Ofcourse, I will buy her dress. She is also going to attend the function with me."

"Why?" Eva wasn't contended until she got to know everything.

"Because she is my girlfriend and soon to be fiancé." Crouching down to Eva's level, he whispered dangerously,

"She is the one for whom that party is arranged." Though his words came out as a whisper, but Scarlet did overhear and both the ladies yelled on top of their lungs making Jack to cover his sensitive wolf ears instantly,

"WHAT..?"

"YES, now lets go and get you that gown, you had been eyeing on." Emerald dragged Scarlet with him towards the dress section and Eva got glued there, trying to digest what she just heard.

"Little Miss, You can also join us. After all, younger prince had invited you too." Jack whispered passing by Eva's side. She didn't utter anything and just glared at his back.

-DAWN MOUNTAIN-

"What do you think Scarlet would prefer as a gift from my side? I had never met her, so I don't know about her preferences. And the other two wolves also didn't help much since they also don't know." Grand Empress asked Carol flipping various dresses and Jewellery sets all scattered over the huge bed in her room. She had called for the designs here only from across the whole of WEREALM to choose something beautiful for Scarlet.

"If you allow me, I can help you suggest something." Carol sat besides her looking at her with high hopes and eyes searching for any hints of anger in the Old lady's eyes and gestures. But didn't found any. The lady nodded with a sweet smile. Carol said her mind, "Actually, since we don't know what she is like or what she would choose; so, we should not stick to these dresses and Jewellery. What if she don't like it? We can instead gift her something else!" she was although stating her, but also wanted to know whether or not the lady liked her proposal, hence the expressions of some questions lingered over her face for a moment or two.

"Hmm, that is also a good idea. I have choose this for Emerald." The lady showcased a black velvet box studded with rose cut diamonds. Carol's eyes held the shock and surprise when she saw what was contained in it. Her words came out as a mere whisper, "Is it.. isn't it..!"

"Yes. It's the Scared ROSE RUBY of us Werewolves blessed to our ancestors from the moon goddess. Emerald had always adored it when he was a child. But I promised myself to give it to him only after he got a girl for himself. Now the day has come. I can give it to him. He will be happy." The lady replied caressing the box and somewhat lost in memories, may be the ones that belonged to Child-version of Emerald.

"But I heard that it contains so many powers that no wolf had ever been able to handle." Carol was surprised.

"Its true. But Emerald is not a mere werewolf. He is born on Blood moon, and with unique powers. His mate is unique too. So, he can surely handle the powers of this ROSE RUBY." The lady had not given a slightest bit of doubt over her dear grandson's abilities. Moreover, after coming across the HEAVENLY BOOK, she was even more sure regarding her decision.

"Then, we can gift Lady Scarlet something like this too." Carol's words brought out the glitter on Old lady's eyes. She closed her eyes.

"Carol, in the basement's eastern corner, there is a box similar to this. Send someone to fetch it for me." Her words were polite but ordered. Carol hummed in response and in no time, there arrived a box similar to the one Grand Empress had been holding. "Is it another ROSE RUBY?" Carol was curious. She had heard only about one ROSE RUBY. She didn't think there could be another one.

"No, it's not another ROSE RUBY. It's called RAGNARA." She opened the box and showed a very unique and precious looking Gem stone, almost of the size of a diamond with diameter 15mm. The shape was slightly oval, but looking at it from different angles it appeared Moon like, rounded, square and somewhat pearl-like, color basically Indigo studded with varied tints of Romantic Purple and Royal blues and a shimmer of Pale Golden.

"UNIQUE..!" This was the only word that left Carol's lips. She was way too lost in the Gem stone and continued looking at it without blinking. Her hands were twitching to touch it, and hold it. But witnessing even the Grand Empress not touching it, she dropped the idea of making that lame request.

"It doesn't look like it belongs to werewolves, My lady." Carol said.

"Yes, it doesn't." The lady replied with a sudden emotionless face as if drifting into another set of memories, Carol wasn't sure about which either.

"It must be a piece won over in one of the wars our ancestors fought." Carol tried to reason with herself, with wonder still claiming the whole of her mind about such a unique gem possessed by the wolves.

"I don't know the story behind this. But it was passed on to me from the late king's Grandmother. She just said that it will eventually be passed on to it's rightful heir. I guess Scarlet is the one, just like Emerald is the one for this ROSE RUBY." Empress ended the conversation closing both the boxes, and got herself busier.

-DESTINY LAND~

"Why do I feel that I have heard this name RAGNARA before? Did it strike you too, sister?" Choice asked Destiny who was looking lost in her own thoughts and didn't reply. Scooting over to her side, Choice locked her arms with her sister taking her off guard and pulling her back to the reality asking the same question again.

"I think we should get busy. I have lots of works to do." Destiny replied not making an eye contact.

"Hmm... You don't want to tell me. But I will find out sooner." Choice murmured to herself sitting straight and watching the next set of events taking place in Pristine Mall.
