Chapter 77: Stanley ‘STAN’ Norris vs. Ian ‘WILL’ Williams ~ A perfect balance of danger and charm… Claimed!

"Oh god, Stan..." Will's gasp turned into irrepressible whimpers when Stan began to drive himself into him with powerful thrusts. He didn't hold back. Stan reamed him hard and so thoroughly he felt his eyes blur as intense sensations assailed his senses. Will's eyes went wide when he felt it. "Shit..." He couldn't believe he was feeling that heavenly buildup so soon after coming. "Fuck!" But just as his eyes were about to shut...
"Keep them open." That rough voice murmured in his ear, sending a shiver down Will's spine. "I want to see you."
Will obeyed even as he felt himself hurtling towards the edge. Dilated hazel eyes which were caught in the rapture of near orgasm locked on wild amber ones that were glazed with helpless pleasure. Will felt the sheer power that emanated from Stan and thought he'd never seen a hotter Stan. Those amber depths drew him in, made him want things that he wasn't certain he even understood.
Will didn't know how it was possible but he could have sworn he felt Stan's cock thickening and lengthening inside him. Tingles raced across his skin when Stan suddenly stiffened against him. They both seemed to be on a precipice that had just one way out...that inevitable sheer drop! Will heard the animalistic roar behind him just as warmth began to fill him. The feel of Stan pouring himself inside him set him off. And for the second time, he came with a violence that damned near left him drained.
Their groans, grunts, and moans filled the steamy elevator as they lost themselves in euphoric ecstasy. When those fangs dropped, Will saw them but he wasn't afraid at all.
"Do it." He whispered breathlessly, his eyes showing not just how much he adored his mate but also the unadulterated trust he had in the man.
Will gave a curious frown when he noticed that Stan wasn't making any move. What surprised him even more was how suspiciously bright his mate's eyes were.
"Stan?" he whispered, gaze still locked on Stan's in the mirror. He'd never seen the werewolf look so emotional. The vulnerability etched on his face tugged at Will's heartstrings. "Are you okay?"
Stan nodded, shocked at how overwhelmed he suddenly felt. It had finally dawned on him that he had someone he could confidently call his. Although the pack had always been there for him since he lost his family, the fact remained that he was alone. Having a mate changed that. He now had a family. And the feeling inside was too much to handle. But for the strength of his wolf who was shockingly understanding, he would have probably broken down.
"Thank you for being mine." The werewolf whispered shakily. Will smiled and blew his mate a kiss. With an answering smile in his eyes, white glistening long canine teeth positioned themselves on Will's neck, ready to sink in. Just before they did, Stan sent a message to Philip on their mind-link;
'Get the jungle room ready for me please.'
'About damn time.' The alpha gave a resounding cheer.
'Oh and...the east-wing elevator is engaged.'
Then Stan tuned off and sank deep into his mate, finally throwing that lifeline to his mate to fully come out and live a fulfilling life with him. When he got to the required depth, he stopped and waited. He wished he could ask Will whether he was okay. Unfortunately, he wasn't in the position to speak. Neither could he communicate with Will telepathically since he wasn't a wolf yet. Beneath Stan's apparent calm and controlled look lay real anxiety. And with every second that passed, that anxiety increased.
'Calm the fuck down, you're giving me a headache.' His wolf growled. 'It's starting. Don't fuck this up.'
'I need to know he's okay.' Stan could hear the whimper in his words but didn't care. He was worried. When Will let out a shaky breath, Stan's arm tightened instinctively around him. 'Stay with me, baby,' he breathed. But he felt it the exact moment Will passed out.
Will wasn't in pain. He rather felt as if he was floating. For a moment the feeling was almost euphoric. He felt safe and happy in a place with Stan and his wolf. But then suddenly he felt as if hot liquid was being pumped into him. There was no pain but that euphoric feeling disappeared. Although it felt as if he was back to reality, Will didn't remember what was happening. All that he could feel was Stan's distress. He just knew the man was worried about him but he couldn't for the life of him remember why. His first instinct was to soothe his mate.
'Hey wolf boy, what's bugging you?' Will asked softly...or he thought he did.
There was total silence. Then...
'Did you just communicate with me?' Stan asked in his mind, reeling from shock. His mate was still passed out for goodness' sake.
'What kind of idiotic question is that?' Will chuckled. 'Of course, I asked you a question. What's wrong with you?'
The surge of emotion Stan felt in that moment was devastatingly overwhelming. Shock, relief, affection, awe, and so much tenderness. For a moment he couldn't tell which feeling was the strongest because they seem to compete with each other, racing neck-and-neck. But in the end, love won.
'I love you, Will.' Stan blurted out. He had no control over that. And he didn't even bother fighting it.
'That's what's bugging you?' Will sounded wryly amused. 'I'm hopelessly in love with you but to borrow your words, you don't hear me complaining, do you?' He drawled. 'Loosen the fuck up! I feel tired and sleepy.' Will yawned. 'Talk to you later.' Then there was silence.
For a moment, Stan and his wolf remained quiet, both completely bewildered by what had just happened. Will had just communicated telepathically with Stan. That wasn't normal at all.
'How the fuck is he able to link with you when he has not transitioned yet.' The wolf finally gasped. 'The venom hasn't even fully entered his system yet for fuck's sake. What's going on?'
'Fuck do I know.' Stan snapped, more stunned than he cared to admit. That was the second most shocking thing he'd ever witnessed. Ryan getting pregnant still topped it all. 'He loves me.' Stan whispered, sounding dazed. 'Well, dayum!' the wolf gave a cocky laugh. 'That's my mate!'
Stan didn't think he'd ever heard his wolf sound prouder. He, on the other hand, felt like the luckiest man alive. And that was because he had the most amazing mate... who apparently loved him very much. What more could he ask for? 'Thank you, Luna.' The goddess certainly deserved his thanks, Stan thought. He was on cloud nine.

"Oh my god, I'm so excited." Paige squealed in the basement. "I can't wait to see Will's wolf."
"I have a feeling we're in for a shock," Ryan murmured.
"Same here," Deloris smiled.
As had been requested by Stan, the warlock and Ryan were expected to be present during his mate's transition. After that promise he'd made to his mate, he needed all hands on deck. He wasn't ready for any nasty surprises.
In the classy waiting area opposite the jungle room, Ryan, Deloris, Paige, and Philip waited for Stan to show up with his mate. All except Paige relaxed in the comfortable loungers with their eyes on the projected TV on the wall. Paige seemed too excited to sit. She kept doing crazy dance moves with intermittent fist pumps.
"Know what, I didn't see you this excited when my mate was going through the change." Philip drawled. "In fact, you weren't even here."
"Somehow Will's hit differently, brother mine." She chuckled. "Don't ask me why. It just does. What time is Jeremy getting here?" "He'll be back in the morning," Philip responded.
"I'll be keeping him posted on Will's progress," Ryan informed them. "He said..." Ryan trailed off when the elevator opened.
