YUNIFER'S POV

I couldn't believe that those triplets were fighting on the rooftop. It was unreasonable and unbelievable after all they were close to each other and they don't seem to be the kind of brothers who would use their fists to solve a problem. I looked at Kale and asked him again for confirmation. "Are you sure that it was them who were fighting at the rooftop and not someone else? Who knows it might be fake news!" Kale shook his head and solemnly answered while looking at me with his sincere eyes.

"No, it was them since I happened to pass by the bathroom and I heard them arguing. After that, I hurriedly ran away for fear that I might find out that I heard them argue. I never thought that someone was already far ahead of me and spread the news. They were cursing and arguing something when I heard them. It wasn't fake news at all. I don't know why they suddenly pick a fight with each other but I think I should tell you about it since you seemed close to those triplets." Kale explained with a whispered and soft tone. Hearing his words, I couldn't help but frown. I didn't even bother to refute the latter of his words, rather I was thinking about why they were arguing to the point that they would use their fists at each other. What the hell are they arguing about? Is it about Samantha?

When I raised my head and looked in Samantha's direction, I shook my head as the answer to my question just now.

I think it was impossible since Samantha was still here and she seemed to not care about the fight between the triplets. Agh! I don't know anymore! I don't care about them anymore.

Anyway, just let Samantha handle them and be the one who calms them since it was her responsibility as their Luna.

As for me, a bystander, my role is just to watch a good show.

I let out a heavy sigh as I slumped my body on the chair, and I heard Kale say with curiosity.

"Are you not going to visit them and stop them from arguing?" He asked while looking at me weirdly.

It might seem that he thinks I am their Luna or a closest friend or something.

I looked at him and shook my head. "No, there's no need for me too. It was not my responsibility and besides, they are already an adult who knows what's right and wrong. I'm just a bystander in their lives so why should I mind their business?" Hearing this, Kale looked at me with widened eyes but in the end, he didn't say anything and tacitly agreed. It was as if he was saying through his action that no matter what I would do, he would fully support me.

Yeah, there's no need for me to get involved with the triplets again.

Suddenly, I heard my classmate's voice filled with excitement.

"I heard that one of the triplets was heavily injured from the fight for trying to stop the two Alphas from fighting!"

"What?! Is it true?!"

"Yes! Currently, they are still on the rooftop and no one was able to go to the rooftop to visit. Not even the teachers because they felt such a domineering aura of the Alphas that it made them get through. They were afraid to get involved so all they could do was to wait for them to calm down."

When I heard their words, I couldn't take them anymore and clicked my tongue from anger. I gnashed my teeth and stood up, making Kale look at me with curiosity but then after seeing my expression, he tacitly removed his gaze as if he could already tell what I was going to do.

I huffed in irritation as I left the classroom and went to the so-called rooftop where those retard Alphas that are fighting to the point that someone was injured after stopping the two. I could already guess who was the one who got injured. It must have been Lawrence since he was calm, rational, and understanding between the three.

When I arrived at the door that led to the rooftop, I could feel the domineering aura that was from the inside of the rooftop which made me hesitate to go inside, after all, it was none of my business and I don't even know what I am doing here but these two legs of mine brought me here!

I gritted my teeth and opened the door with a heavy heart as I was about to shout at them for them to stop fighting only to see such a sight that made my last patience stop.

no violence or fighting was happening

The three of them were harmonious as they were playing fight the landlord.

After hearing the creaking sound of the door, they raised their head and subconsciously looked in my direction.

After seeing me, they throw their cards and dashed towards me after seeing that I was about to turn around and leave but they immediately brought me back inside.

I struggled a bit, trying to break free from their hands as I glared at them.

"Let go of me! You bunch of liars!" I angrily shouted at them as I tried to punch them but I couldn't do so since they restrained me in their arms and brought me to the bench. Then I saw Lawrence swiftly lock the door and jogged his way in our direction.

I sat on the bench as the three of them stood up. I glared at them and let out a mocking laugh.

"I shouldn't have known that you three are such good liars, good at pretending and most of all, good at playing someone's heart. I shouldn't expect more from the three of you." I coldly said while looking at them and I didn't even realize the reddening in my eyes. I don't know if they were eaten by their guilt or upon seeing me in tears, but the three of them suddenly kneeled in front of me, which made me gasp but then I acted as if nothing happened.

"So the three of you tacitly made a plan and commanded someone to spread the news that the three of you were arguing and one of you was injured for trying to stop the fight! Some exaggerated events almost shocked me! Don't you have conscience upon playing with me?! Don't you see me as a human being?! I have f*****g emotions too!" I angrily roared as tears started to fall down my cheeks.

Seeing me this way, they immediately held my hand as they tried to soothe me.

Drake excessively shook his head. "No, it wasn't that! We weren't playing with your feelings at all! We were just trying to get your attention to make you come and visit us on the rooftop to talk about our misunderstanding. We never expected that this event would hurt you. We swear that we don't mean to hurt you."

Ishid also spoke with sincerity. "That's true, we never meant to hurt you. We just want to talk to you so that we can solve our misunderstanding."

Lawrence also nodded his head. "We never expect that it would turn out to be like this. If we have known that this false news would hurt you, we won't do it!"

I clicked my tongue and rolled my eyes. "If you wanted to communicate with me, you could just have to tell me not to do this kind of thing!"

Lawrence nodded his head as his hand reached out to wipe my tears as he softly said with solemnity. "Yes, we understand. We won't do this kind of thing ever again. If we want to talk to you, we would openly talk to you and not spread false information just to make you go to where we were just for us to talk to you." Ishid also nodded his head with solemnity. "We swear that we won't trick you ever again!"

I stared at them and didn't say anything which made them nervous upon receiving my stares. The three of them looked like they were waiting for my judgment especially since these three were kneeling on the cold tiles.

The so-called Alphas were kneeling in front of the one they rejected to become their Luna.

How ironic.

But the method that they did indeed lessen the anger in my heart.

I heave a sigh and looked at Drake who was pursing his lips while looking at me nervously. When he saw that I looked at him, he looked away as if he was ashamed to look at me.

It wasn't until I heard him speak in a soft tone. "I'm sorry."

I coldly looked at him and raised my brows. "What are you sorry for?"

Though I was surprised to hear him apologize especially since I know Drake as a prideful Alpha and even death won't be able to make him bow his head nor make him kneel but look at him today.

Even Lawrence and Ishid couldn't help but look at Drake with widened eyes. They seemed to be surprised upon hearing him apologize but Drake acted as if he didn't see their mouth-dropping gazes.

Drake continued, "I am sorry for kicking you on the first day. It was my fault for being such a jerk. I am sorry for all the things that I did that made you upset such as saying those words to you yesterday. But I wasn't defending Samantha at all! Please believe me that I didn't defend her!"

I calmly looked at him again and stared for a minute. It wasn't until I got tired of staring at him that I let out a heavy sigh as I shook my head at him which received a stiffening from him as his shoulder dropped. He must be thinking that shaking my head indicates that I didn't forgive him.

"I've forgiven you." I calmly said, which made him raise his head and looked at me with widened eyes.

I smiled at him. "After all, I was not in the position to get angry so you three should stand up right now. You are an Alpha so act like one."

Hearing my wolf, their brows furrowed and they refused to stand up.

"You're angry at us."

"You're disappointed in us."

"You're upset at us."

I looked at them coldly. "Yes, I am angry. I am upset. I am disappointed. But so what about it? My feelings are validated too. I can freely express my feelings because it is my freedom to do so. After all, you haven't been in my situation so you don't know all my sorrows and heartbreak that I have been through after I met you three!"

"B-But we did that to protect you..." Ishid softly said as he whimpered.

I raised my brows so as my voice. "Protect me?! Do I look like someone who should be protected?! Besides, if you didn't say just now that all the things that you did were to protect me, I won't know that this whole time was you three, protecting me! After all, you never said anything and explained!"

Just when the three of them were about to open their mouth to say something when I felt a vibration in my pocket. I took it out and saw that it was Asher's homeroom teacher who was calling me.

I don't know why but I suddenly have a bad premonition.

And what is this deja vu feeling?

I press the green button. "Yes, this is Asher's guardian. Is there something wrong?"

"I-I know that I should tell you about it since you were Asher's sister, but there was someone who claimed to be Asher's mother and took Asher from kindergarten. She explained to us that she was Asher's mother. At first, I was hesitant to let go of Asher but I don't know why... his mother seemed to say something to Asher which leads for him to go along with his mother." The homeroom teacher said with a nervous voice.

It was as if I was poured a cold bucket, waking me up to reality, and instantly, my so-called freedom snapped.
