Chapter 615 Golden Trial Flame

"That is correct. That is indeed a kind of holy fire. In fact, it's called the Golden Holy Fire. That's where my power comes from," Tobias said coldly. "Humph! I don't care if you're the so-called ace genius! Your talent is going to be burnt into ashes along with your body! Ha-ha!"

"The Golden Holy Fire? I've seen so many mutants and different kinds of holy fire before, but all of them were merely stepping stones in my cultivation. I don't think this Golden Holy Fire of yours will be an exception,” Ricky sneered.

He didn't think that he was going to lose at all. He could feel the Devouring Fire looking at the Golden Holy Fire as if it was food. Under these circumstances, how in the world could he ever lose? He was pretty sure that there was no way for it to happen.

"What makes you think that you can just talk to me in that manner? Do you really think that I can't beat you? Our battle before ended with a tie, but I'll make you understand that you're nothing but an insignificant warrior,” Tobias replied coldly.

Boom! Boom! As he narrowed his eyes, Tobias activated the Golden Holy Fire. The flames transformed into two striking snakes that immediately flew towards Ricky to bite him.

"Humph! You're not the only one who can play with fire!" Ricky snickered as he calmly looked at Tobias's attack.

Ricky's eyes sparkled. The next instant, two pillars of golden flames came out of his golden body and were also transformed into his own two striking snakes. The golden snakes fiercely rushed towards Tobias.

“Heaven Slaughtering Fire! Massacring Fire! Don't let me down. Show him what the infernal power is really about!" Ricky thought to himself.

Boom! Boom! Within seconds, the forces clashed. Four torrents of flames collided in the sky. It seemed that the power of from the collision was endless and was about to tear the space apart! However, a few seconds later, the Golden Holy Fire seemed to have been struggling against the Heaven Slaughtering Fire and the Massacring Fire. It was like a mouse confronting a cat.

Ricky wasn't surprised by what was happening. With the assistance of the first level of the Ultimate Golden Body, he knew that Tobias could just be a little stronger than him.

No matter how powerful the holy fire was, it would never be able to defeat a sacred fire and a peculiar fire at the same time, especially if they were the Heaven Slaughtering Fire and the Massacring Fire. These two kinds of fire were both meant for killing like the Golden Holy Fire.

The next moment, the Golden Holy Fire's flames were instantly thrown back to Tobias.

Tobias was completely surprised by what he had just seen.

Terrence didn't show any signs of being surprised at all. They all knew that the two kinds of fire Ricky possessed were very powerful. It seemed that they were even more powerful than the holy fire.

"You! Those flames..." Tobias roared as his face darkened.

"Hey, it seems that my flames are more powerful than yours," Ricky said mockingly. He felt great to see the look of surprise and anger on Tobias’ face.

Tobias' face darkened even more after he heard Ricky's words.

The Golden Flame Mutant and the Golden Holy Fire were his secret weapons. He had firmly believed that he would succesfully take the win again once he activated those two skills.

In that moment, he couldn't help but feel humiliated. What just happened felt like a slap in his face. He literally felt the pain in his heart.

"Tobias, you're about to get really mad, aren't you? You want to kill me so badly, don't you?" Ricky said to mock him even more.

He believed that his mocking would definitely provoke Tobias. Second time was the charm. Ricky thought that Tobias would emotionally lash out very soon.

In fact, Ricky was right about Tobias. His mocking did work like a charm. There seemed to be fire in Tobias's eyes and it looked like that he was about to break. Everyone present noticed that Tobias was about to lose his mind.

"Ricky Nan, you'll pay for this!" Tobias said a few seconds later after catching his breath. As the future leader of the Golden Rhino tribe and the inner disciple of the Oriental College, Tobias seemed to have managed to calm himself down eventually.

He stopped talking and activated the Golden Flame Mutant once again. His momentum was so powerful that it was evident that he had used all his power in a flash. His power was like a surging tide that could sweep over his surroundings.

It was obvious that Tobias wanted to defeat Ricky once and for all.

He knew that it was the right thing to do.

He was aware of what Ricky had been trying to do. He knew that Ricky wanted him to lose his mind by provoking him. So he decided to focus on the battle instead of dwelling on what Ricky had said. He was glad that he had seen through Ricky's plan or else his own demise would have been inevitable.

He was afraid of nothing. He believed that he was much more powerful than Ricky all along. "Humph! Do you really think that you're stronger than me?" Ricky asked coldly. He had noticed that Tobias was no longer holding back this time.

Buzz! Buzz! Ricky's golden body became gloriously radiant. The massacring runes in the Massacring Zone poured out of his body and rapidly flew around him.

"Go to hell!" Ricky roared.

He was never afraid of battles. His fighting spirit intensified as he saw that Tobias was giving it his best.

But Ricky's perspective of Tobias had changed. He could tell that Tobias was someone who had the tendency to lose his temper when mocked. Ricky would never count such kind of warriors as a powerful match.

Boom! Boom!

The next moment, Tobias’ soles slammed onto the ground until two cracks appeared on its surface. His whole body was smothered with the flames of the Golden Holy Fire. He almost looked like a burning god of war.

"Golden Flame Mutant! Golden Trial Flame!" he shouted as his momentum rose rapidly!

A golden-white mark appeared on his chest as he was shouting; it was obviously the mark of his mutant.

Boom! As he opened his mouth, Tobias spat out the purest form of the Golden Holy Fire. The ball of burning flames kept absorbing the spiritual energy and the Golden Enlightenment as it grew bigger and bigger within seconds.

The next moment, the fire ball merged with Tobias’ body and turned him into a fire giant.

Buzz! Buzz! The fire giant placed his hands together as a giant golden sword formed between them. The flames of the Golden Holy Fire turned into dragons that encircled it with the power of trial. The power of trial made Ricky felt really uncomfortable.

He felt as if he was guilty of something and that he had committed some kind of serious crime.

"So this is the trial power," Ricky exclaimed to himself.

Without any hesitation, he activated the gale runes in an attempt to defuse the trial power's impact on him. It seemed that the gale power was the trial power's antidote

A few moments later, Ricky's sense of guilt disappeared.

"How dare you try to make me feel guilty?! That's unforgivable! Let me show you the power of the Omnipotent Skill!" Ricky shouted at the top of his lungs.

All of a sudden, the power of the massacring runes and the first level of the Ultimate Golden Body gathered and merged together. A cloud of light burst out from Ricky's golden body. It then fused with Ricky's palms and converged into one powerful slap.

"Massacring Omnipotent Skill—Massacring Golden Palm!"

Boom! The next moment, the palm and the sword collided violently!
