Captivation: Want Nothing But You -
Chapter 1465
Scenes of elevator failures in movies and people dying flashed through his mind as the elevator raced down with him.
His face paled and he started feeling like he couldn’t breathe.
“No!” Wallace screamed into the elevator.
He couldn’t die like this!
He just couldn’t! Not now! He hadn’t gotten what he wanted yet.
He was almost there.
He couldn’t lose everything when he was so close!
His will to live was so strong that he finally succeeded to grab the handrail and then tried the alarm button.
“Is anyone there? Help! Please, help! Someone help me!”
Wallace shouted and shouted, but he got no answer.
This couldn’t be happening to him.
No one knew the elevator was broken.
No one heard his cry for help.
The elevator had stopped functioning on the eighteenth floor.
A fall from that height was deadly.
Wallace’s forehead broke into a cold sweat and he once again lost his balance, falling to the floor again.
He was so weak with fear that the U disk slipped from his hand.
He struggled to lean against the wall and then closed his eyes tight as if praying for some miracle to save him.

He had worked too hard for God to let him die so easily.
He just couldn’t resign himself to it.
Wallace kept his eyes shut in prayer, but the sinking feeling in his heart told him he had reached the end of his journey.
At the same time, in the headquarters of the Red Hackers, Quintin watched on the screen as Wallace curled up in a corner of the elevator like a scared child.
With a smile, he opened a can of coke and took two sips.
“Boss, I wish you could see Wallace right now.
This bastard is so scared!”
“I hope you’re recording it,” Rachel answered, her voice coming from
Quintin’s computer.
“Of course I’m recording it.
You can’t watch it live, but I won’t let you miss this.
The look on this bastard’s face will make your day!” Quintin answered with a small laugh.
Rachel pursed her lips, but didn’t say anything.
She was in public and didn’t want to draw any attention to herself.
Rachel stood in front of receptionist at the Sullivan Group and said,
