Captivation: Want Nothing But You -
Chapter 1509
“Mommy, can I go to the bathroom?”
“Sure.”
Joey immediately turned around and walked toward the bathroom.
He didn’t get far before the man in the cartoon costume blocked his path.
Joey moved to the side, but the man did same.
Joey looked up with dissatisfaction.
Joey wasn’t in a hurry because he wanted to use the toilet, but because he wanted to call Carson and ask about his father’s condition.
He was so focused on what was on his mind that he didn’t care to find out who the guy in front of him was.
“Listen, I’ll go left, and you go right.
Okay?” Joey looked at him seriously.
To his surprise, the guy shook his head.
Joey frowned impatiently, but the man waved at him as if they were friends.
This was when Joey paused and realized that there was something familiar about the guy.

The guy squatted to his level and said, “Long time no see, Little guy.”
Then the guy took off his hood, revealing his real face.
He looked dashing with short hair and a dimple at the corner of his mouth, The dimple was in total contrast with the type of man he was.
It was Quintin!
“What’s this? You can’t recognize me just because you haven’t seen me for a while?”
Upon seeing Quintin, Joey frowned and murmured, “Oh, it’s you.”
Joey’s voice was neither loud nor low.
Quintin might not catch what he said if he wouldn’t listen carefully.
But as someone with sharp hearing, Quintin heard the disappointment in the boy’s tone.
Quintin lifted an eyebrow.
“What’s the matter? Why are you suddenly grumpy?”
Pursing his thin lips into a straight line, Joey looked at the thing in Quintin’s hand and asked in a sour tone, “Where did you get that?
It’s hideous.”
Quintin looked at the hood he was holding.
“It’s cute.”
“No, it’s not.” After saying that, Joey turned on his heel and walked toward Rachel.
