Captivation: Want Nothing But You -
Chapter 1587
The short-haired woman cast a careful glance at both Rachel and Alice, only to find that they indeed looked a little similar.
“Rachel!” Alice gritted her teeth.
“It’s all your fault! If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have ended up like this.
Why don’t you just die? Why don’t you go to hell? You never should’ve been born!
And if it wasn’t for Abby, you’d have died four years ago!”
Rachel shook Alice off, making her fall to the floor.
“How dare you mention her name?” The iciness in Rachel’s voice and her eyes were so intense that it almost seemed like Alice would be torn to shreds any moment now.
“You’re the one to blame, Rachel! I can’t believe that even after all these years, you still care for that stupid maid.
Back then, you even framed me just to avenge her.
Since you want to get revenge so badly, I shouldn’t be the one you should target at all.
You should kill yourself!” Alice yelled, enduring the grueling pain.
“She died because of you! You are the one who should be apologizing to her!
It’s a pity that she was still defending you until she breathed her last!”
Rachel looked at Alice.
Her long hair was disheveled and her eyes were as fierce as the red flames of hell, which was unlike Alice.
“I need to talk to her alone,” Rachel said in a calm voice.
However, the calmer she was, the more uneasy the others felt, especially Alice.
Upon hearing that, Ronan walked out of there, followed by his limping subordinates.
He used to dote on Alice, but he didn’t care about her now.
The short-haired woman was about to leave too, but she noticed that
Bryan was still standing there.
The veins in her forehead popped as she angrily stormed back and grabbed Bryan by the arm, pulling him out with her.
Rachel and Alice were left alone in the shabby dark living room.
Rachel slowly walked over to the coffee table in the living room, squatted down, picked up the folding knife, and closed it before she pressed the button and made the blade spring out again.
She pointed the knife at Alice.
Alice’s arrogance disappeared since there was no one else around.
“What do you want?”
“Weren’t you just begging me to kill you?” Rachel glanced at the sharp knife in her hand before looking into Alice’s eyes.
Alice’s pupils dilated as she moved back slightly.
But the sharp knife was still pressed against her neck.
“You don’t have the guts to kill me, Rachel,” Alice said, her voice wavering.
