"Wait, can't see what?" Tyler walked up beside Lilly and stared at Cedric. He then squinted to see what he was missing.

"I see you took that inhibiting necklace off." Cedric smiled. Not only was the necklace off but she was now marked.

"Actually, Tyler did... then he crushed it. You knew what that necklace did too?" Lilly watched as he nodded.

"So, are you going to tell me why I can see the golden dust all over you, but they can't?" Lilly looked over Cedric's skin. It was as plain as day to her.

"It's because only fairies can see it." Cedric said simply. He smiled as her eyes grew big and then she looked up at Tyler.

"Are you saying she is a fairy?" Tyler asked and then glanced down at Lilly.

"Yes, she is. Half fairy, just like me." Cedric grinned. She could finally see him.

"I did not realize you were half fairy. Do we have any other half fairies in the pack?" To Tyler, mixes were just a part of life. This was nothing major to him, but he was still curious.

"No, just the Luna and me." Cedric looked over at Lilly who seemed to be studying him closely.

"Is this light around you your powers or is it the glow from your dust?" Lilly asked as she motioned around him.

Cedric's eyes grew wide. "You can see that?"

"Am I not supposed to?" Lilly bit her bottom lip nervously. She did not know anything about fairies.

"You are beginning to wake up." Cedric's voice was quiet and he looked at her seriously furrowing his eyes.

"Wake up? I'm not awake?" Lilly was confused by his statement. What did he mean by waking up? Her fairy powers had to wake up?

Tyler studied Cedric's face as waves of concern washed over it. "Is that a bad thing? Can you elaborate?" Tyler did not like guessing games. Especially when it pertained to something about his mate.

Cedric sighed. Fairies were secretive by nature. It was why he never revealed that he was part fairy, though this was something they would have to know.

"Soon. Not yet. I don't want Lilly to be in pain. She needs to awaken naturally, or she will be in a lot of pain. We need a guardian here to wake her up without hurting her. I know it's confusing and it is even more difficult to explain." Cedric rubbed his head with his fingers. Things are going to start getting complicated real soon.

"Tyler, for now what you need to know is that Lilly is in danger. She needs to be kept close at all times and can't leave the pack borders." Cedric watched as Tyler began to curl his lips up angrily.

"How is she in danger? Who wants to hurt her? Our pack is one of the strongest around, who would dare attack us?!" Tyler snarled and his eyes flickered with control of his wolf. Jax was scowling as he thought about someone wanting to injure his mate. Lilly felt her head beginning to spin. And then the pulling began to happen.

"My mother was a fairy? Why didn't she fight back? Why did she just stand there and-"

Lilly felt the pull in her head again and she raised her hand up to hold it. Something was trying to break free.

"Lilly don't. Don't think about it. Relax Lilly." Cedric looked over at her worriedly. He did not want her to break through the barrier, not yet.

Tyler wrapped his arms around her, pulling her up to his chest. "I won't let anything happen to you Lilly." He kissed her head and rubbed her back soothingly as he felt her body ease into his.

"It's okay it's gone now. Well, I guess I don't mind being holed up as long as it's with Tyler." She grinned up at him trying to make the best of the situation. She only had generic knowledge over the situation, but she was not going to worry and dwell on it. She was newly mated and was going to enjoy her happiness. Tyler was right. Who would dare attack the Diamond pack?

Lilly looked at Cedric and then again at the swirling light around him. "Hey! Why don't I have a swirling light? Will I have a light of my own once I fully awaken?" Lilly looked over her body and then furrowed her eyes at Cedric's light.

Cedric chuckled. "All fairies are different. There are many different kinds of fairies. We come in all shapes and sizes. We all have different abilities, which we usually keep secret among ourselves."

Lilly read him loud and clear. He did not want to disclose his abilities or what kind of fairy he was.

"Can I touch it?" Lilly looked at the light curiously. The light glowed a faint pink aura and sparkled as it flowed around him.

"I don't know... no one has ever tried to before." Cedric was not sure what would happen if she touched his light. She had been swarmed with it before, but now she can see it.

Lilly took a step out of Tyler's protective embrace and reached her fingers out to touch the light. She could feel it, but it did not bother her. It was warm and swirled around her fingers. As she felt the light, she was able to sense it and understand it, though she did not understand how she was. Her eyes grew wide as she understood his light and what it did. She stepped away from it and then smiled in understanding.

"I know your light and it's ability." Lilly smiled as she looked at Cedric. "Don't worry, your secret is safe with me."

Cedric looked at her doubtfully. All she did was touch it; she could not possibly know his abilities from that.

What is my ability then, Lilly. Cedric mind linked her privately, which he could do now that she was officially a pack member.

I don't know exactly what to call it. I guess you would call it an attractant. It draws females specifically, making them willing to do anything and everything you would ever ask them too. Close enough? Lilly raised her eyebrow at him with a smirk on her lips. Cedric stared at her in awe. She was not even fully awakened, and she had more power than he ever imagined. She was right. He wasn't a cupid who drew couples together, but he was a fairy who drew single or unhappy women to him. It was a power to seduce. If people knew about his power, he would probably be cast out.

"Okay, you are dangerous Lilly." Cedric chuckled out in amusement.

"What is it?" Tyler asked and Lilly giggled up at him.

"Nope, it's a secret." Lilly giggled. "And it is so nice to be able to mind link with everyone now."

Tyler smiled at her and pulled her gently into his arms. He gently planted a kiss on her forehead and then again on her temple. "I'm glad you are finally able to mind link with everyone now too, especially because of the reason why you can." She was now the Luna of his pack, his most anticipated and treasured mate. He was unnerved hearing that Lilly was in danger. As he stared at her smiling up at him, he grinned back down at her. He would protect her. He would double the patrols for now, until Cedric told him exactly what is going on. She would also have an escort at all times, though he planned on that being mainly him. The pack was strong. He was stronger now too; he could feel it. They would keep her safe from anyone who would threaten her. Unlike her old pack, his pack would fight for her
