Lily POV

We got ready in Amber’s room, worried Myles wouldn’t leave us alone if we used mine.

Amber brought out a light purple dress with little white flowers all over it.

“I thought you might be needing something like this. I know you’re not into looking sexy in front of a bunch of people, and this isn’t a looking sexy kind of place, but I thought something simple but flattering your curves was the way to go.

She insisted I put it on right after my shower to see how it looked.

It was perfect it had puffy sleeves and a heart-shaped neckline. It snugged tightly around my breasts and waist and flowed out, showing off just enough cleavage. Which was hard to do. It was way shorter than my usual summer dresses.

I was worried that if I spinned too much, you would see my underwear, but Amber assured it wasn’t that short.

This past year, my breasts double in size. I was a full double D bra now. I hid them under loose clothing most of the time. I’ve been slowly getting more comfortable with them, and feeling a lot more confident to show them off a little.

But the dress was perfect. I see why Amber asked if I brought my cowgirl boots. It pulled off a cute but somewhat sexy country look.

This would be my first time anywhere in town showing this much skin. Other than swimsuits. But even then, I only let a small group of friends see me in that. This would be a whole bar.

I just hope Myles loves it.

We blowed dried my hair and gave my hair thick waves, which gave my hair more body and bounce than usual.

We put more makeup on me than I even owned back home. But still kept it natural and light with a pink l*p. Amber did a good job.

I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself.

I wear dresses all the time in the summer, but nothing like this. Most of my dresses came to my knees.

Amber was right. I was starting to come out of my shell.

Amber came up and stood up next to me. ” You look good Lily, no longer look like you’re going to church every day and possibly joining a convent.”

I scowled at her, but she was right. I dressed way too modest as a security blanket. I was embarrassed about what happened with Ben and how far we almost took things, and when it ended badly, i used clothes to shield myself.

Least in public, I became very uncomfortable with my body for a while.

Amber was wearing a jean skirt, her cowgirl boots, and a very sexy black strapless top. She gave herself a red l*p.

She was way more bold the I could ever be. Even in this dress, I felt like I was showing way too much.

We headed downstairs to meet up with the boys. They were all sprawled out on the couches, clearly bored from having to wait on us.

Myles POV

I heard footsteps approaching the bottom of the stairs and shot up when I saw Lily.

My mouth went dry, and I became unbelievably thirsty.

She walked up to me, rubbing her hands down each of my biceps, and placed her hands into mine.

She brought her mouth up to my ear, her breasts resting on my chest, showing off just enough cleavage to tease, and she whispered ” Myles your muscles in this white tshirt are going to drive me wild tonight.”

I froze, my mouth dropped open, and i felt my eyes popping out of my head like some cartoon character.

She’s never said anything so bold, least to me.

I still hadn’t been able to make any words come out when Amber just had to pipe in.

“Myles, close your mouth before you catch flies with that trap.”

Harvey growled.

She put her hands up to surrender. “Hey man, just trying to help you out.”

Lily giggled, clearly amused by all of this.

We headed towards the door and grabbed her hand, “You look beautiful, Lily, but you always do to me.”

My mom yelled behind us. “Wait, wait, I need to get your picture.”

We all sighed and growled.

She growled back at us, which completely shocked us all.

“It’s my motherly duties, and you will all stand there, smile nicely, and pretend you like it.”

My dad piped in, “Just do it, boys, or she’ll never let you leave.”

Mom took a couple of group photos and then took some of just me and Lily.

Lily had both arms around my waist, her head leaning against my chest . When she thought my mom was done taking pictures, she looked up at me and smiled, I saw my mom take a few more photos of us from the corner of my eye.

I went to k**s her goodbye, and all she said was, “You’ll thank me for this one day.”

We pulled up, and there were hundreds of people outside, and the music was blaring . Amber squealed.

We showed the security guard our IDs and went through the indoor part of the bar to our back.

Conner found us a table before they all got taken. There weren’t many options left.

I can smell a lot of wolves here tonight. Must be a nearby pack coming out for the night.

We were on neutral grounds, so nothing could happen without consequences from the werewolf king. Too many humans around.

I didn’t even let Lily sit down, I pulled her to the dance floor with me.

“Sorry baby, you’re stuck dancing with me all night. You might even have to listen to me sing again.”

She chuckled but didn’t object.

I wanted to keep her close. Many men have been checking her out since we walked through the door. Wolf and human.

Kid Rocks song “Sweet Summertime” was playing. Lucky for Lily, i didn’t know all the words to this one.

I swayed her back and forth, spinning her around and twirling her out and back to me. She was laughing. I tried to dip her a few times, but not very well, I may add. But I could tell she was loving every bit of it.

I dont think towards the beginning of the summer she would ever goofed off with me and danced so freely. Just enjoying herself, not caring who was watching or what they thought.

Amber got Brody to the dance floor, not that he looked thrilled about it.

I gave him a warning look. “Watch were you put your hands Brody.”

Amber had to open her big mouth. She took his hands and placed them on her a*s. “He can touch me wherever he wants he is my mate after all.”

“He’s your what?”

Brody was three shades of red. Amber grabbed his arm and dragged him to the beach.

I rubbed my hand in my hair.

I looked down at Lily, and she gave me a nervous grin.

“You knew, didn’t you?”

“I found out on the beach this morning, just let it go for now Myles and dance with me.”

How could I say no to that.

Lily POV

I tried to distract Myles from thinking about his sister and his best friend for a bit.

We danced for a few more upbeat songs. Dancing just for fun. We were getting pretty good at the spin and dip combo.

I’m sure we looked ridiculous, but we didn’t care, just having fun in eachothers arms.

A slow song came on, and i was relieved. I was starting to get really sweaty.

“Sorry babe, I know this one, be prepared for the singing.”

“You really don’t care who hears you, do you?”

“Nope, never did.”

“I thought you were a big, strong, bad gamma.”

He growled

“I’ll show you big and bad later.”

” I can’t wait.”

I could tell he looked stunned by that comment.

He pulled me close, wrapping my hands around his neck. He put his forehead down towards mine lightly swaying and turning to the song.

“Jokes on you, I know this song too.”

There weren’t many songs I knew all the words to, but this was definitely one of them.

Deana Carters “Strawberry wine” was one of my moms favorites.

I felt bold in the moment, and I started to sing to Myles with his forehead still on mine.

“Yeah, I was caught somewhere between women and a child, one restless summer we found love growing wild, on the banks of the river on a well beaten path. Its funny how those memories they last, like strawberry wine and seventeen, the hot July moon saw everything.”

I went to catch my breath, and Myles started to sing.

“My first taste of love, oh bittersweet. Green on the vine, like strawberry wine.”

He dipped me while his forehead was still on mine.

“I love you, Lily, always have.”

He brought his hand to the back of my neck, holding me in place.

“I love you too, Myles.”

“I told you i would make you fall in love with me.”

He didn’t waste any time and crashed his lips to mine, not caring who was looking. I responded, hungry, letting his tongue slip into my mouth.

He brought me back up and layed my head on his chest and finished dancing to the song, not saying another word.

I couldn’t help but feel like someone was watching me. But when I opened my eyes as we swayed in circles, i didn’t see anyone staring directly at me.”

I pulled Myles closer if that was even possible, and we kept dancing for a few more slow songs.bv
