Hiding With Her Twin Babies
Chapter 51

Jennie is not feeling well. She knows what the sighs mean, and she does not want to believe that it can be true. Jennie has been throwing up in the mornings, and she tried to hide it from Dante. She does not know how Dante will react if he finds out she thinks she is pregnant. She does not know how this could happen. She used contraceptives pills, and she is not supposed to be pregnant right now. Jennie sighs as she sits waiting for the pregnancy tests she bought. Dante took the children to school every morning. She kept in her nausea until he and the children were gone. As the time is up, she looks at the three tests she took. All of the tests are positive. What is she going to do now?

Dante forgot his laptop at home, and he is a bit worried when he sees Jennie did not leave for work yet. He walks to their room and looks in. Jennie is sitting on her bed, staring at something in her hand. He sneaks up on her and sees the pregnancy tests in her hand. He knows they are all positive. He knows Jennie thinks he does not know about her nausea in the mornings, and he is waiting for her to tell him. Jennie feels Dante near her and looks up.

“Surprise! We are pregnant!” She says. Dante smiles at her, picks her up from the bed, and k****s her.

“Why did you wait so long to tell me that you suspect you are pregnant?” He asks.

“I was not sure how you would react! We agreed not to have any more children,” Jennie says.

“I am happy, love. I want more babies with you, and this time I want to be there all the time. I want to see the baby grow up and start to walk. I want to see our baby say their first word. I want to feel what it feels like to have a baby in the house,” Dante says.

“Well, be ready for no sleep at night, teething and dirty nappies,” Jennie says, laughing. She is relieved that Dante wants this baby as much as she does.

“I wonder how the trio will react to this,” Dante says.

“Jayda will be happy she always asks me when we will have a baby,” Jennie says. They do not know how Jayden and Jack will react, but she hopes they will respond positively.

Andrei and Angy’s wedding is a few days away, and Dante and Jennie decide not to tell the rest of the family as they do not want to steal the couple’s spotlight. Jennie gets up as she has to go to work. Dante looks at his wife, and his heart is overflowing with love and happiness. He is going to be a father again. Enzo and Rose’s baby is due in a month, and their babies will grow up together. Dante wants to tell the world, but he agrees with Jennie to wait until after Andrei and Angy’s wedding.

Angy and Jen are very busy planning the wedding. Andrei does not want to wait too long, and both Andrei and Angy intend to keep the wedding small. They are not people that like the spotlight. They only invite family and very close friends. They plan a simple wedding with a cake, dinner, and some dancing, but Angy does not want a big party, and Jen knows her daughter well enough to keep it simple. Her children all have different personalities, and Angy is her quiet child that does not show her emotions as Mabel does. Angy is a lot like Dante. Dante seems happy lately as if he has a secret he is keeping, and Jennifer wonders if Jennie is not pregnant. Knowing Jennie, she will keep the secret until after Angy and Andrei’s wedding not to steal their moment.

Jennifer can not wait to have more grandchildren as she loves children and can never have enough grandchildren. Rose is due next month, and Jennifer and Logan have already bought a crib and some baby essentials for their house if they have to babysit. They can always use the crib when they get other grandbabies, so it is not a waste. They will always use it. All their children are happy, and Jennifer knows they have good partners. For her, that is all that counts. As long as her children and grandchildren are happy, she is happy. Logan has been great to her over the years, and Jennifer could not ask for a better husband. He still calls her angel and likes to pull her onto his lap. Jennifer does not sing much anymore and will only perform with her daughter Mabel occasionally. She still loves being a doctor and helping the Italian Mafia when their men get hurt and need help.

Jennifer looks at Angy in her wedding dress a few days later and tears well up in her eyes. The days have passed fast, and today is Angy and Andrei’s wedding. They kept it simple and decided to make the traditional wedding vows as they know how they feel about each other and do not have to say them in front of all the people at their wedding. Jennifer respects their choice, and she walks with Angy to the limo, which is waiting outside for them. The press did not know about the wedding as the couple kept it a secret from the media, and since they only invited their family and close friends, nobody leaked it to the press.

Andrei is calm, relaxed and collective. He knows his Angy will not leave him at the altar. They went through a lot to get where they are today. Andrei can not believe that he thought he had been in love with Mabel for years. It was Angelica all the time. He is relieved he realised it in time as Angelica is more his type than Mabel. He loves Mabel as a sister, but she can be a handful, and he feels sorry for Bernardo, who have to deal with her somedays. Andrei knows Bernardo does not mind as he loves Mabel. Everyone can see he treats her like a goddess. The trio has to be part of the wedding as they save his relationship with Angy. They wanted to buy the trio a present, but they asked Andrei and Angy instead to donate to the soup kitchen they work at during the week. Angy and Andrei were impressed with the trio and made a generous donation, and they promised to donate to the soup kitchen every month, which they will do.

Angy walks down the aisle with Logan. Logan feels so proud of his beautiful daughter. He is glad she and Andrei realised that they are meant for each other. He loves his children as much as Jennifer loves them. He looks at his wife, singing a song she wrote for Angy and Andrei. She makes sure the words are only meant for them, as she did with Dante and Jennie at their wedding. It takes her a few weeks to write these songs for her children, and they do end up on the hit lists of new records worldwide. She finds it personal to talk about them, and although she does not perform on the world stages anymore, her songs stay hits, so when she writes one and sings it, it still becomes hits. Lately, most of her songs are love songs and not the rock songs she used to sing when she was young. Logan is very proud of his wife. They are both retired now, but Jennifer’s passion for healing the sick and injured are still strong, so he lets her help the Italian Mafia when their men get wounded or get sick, but he is about to stop it.

There are enough doctors to help them, and Jennie likes to spend time with their grandchildren. Sometimes the children can drive them nuts as they are not that young anymore, but they love the children and everything they come up with.

Logan hands Angy to Andrei, and he shakes Andrei’s hand, knowing he is handing his daughter over to a man that will protect and love her for the rest of their life. He is happy to have Andrei as a son-in-law. He looks at his grandchildren standing near the bride and groom. Although they are still very young, they are the best men and bridesmaids. Jayden and Jack look proud as they stand beside Andrei, and Jayda and Tammy look like princesses standing next to Angy. They are so proud of their role in this wedding. They hope they don’t have to make a speech as normal best men and bridesmaids do. Jayden is getting tired of standing, and he hopes the ceremony will not last much longer. His legs are getting numb. He looks up to the priest, that keeps talking. He feels like he can hurry him up. At last, the ceremony is over, and after the ceremony, Jayden walks to the priest.

“What is your name, father?” Jayden asks.

“I am father Petrelli. Why do you want to know, young man?” The priest asks.

“I want to remember your name because if I ever have to play best man again, I want to make sure they do not let you run the show. You took forever, and my legs are hurting now, father Petrelli,” Jayden says. Jennie hears him and feels embarrassed.

“I am sorry, father Petrelli, my son, does not know his place,” Jennie says. Father Petrelli laughs and shakes his head.

“Don’t be my child. He is just a young man and very honest. Besides, he is still only a boy,” Father Petrelli says and walks away laughing.

“Mom, I am sorry if I did something wrong, but he was taking a long time,” Jayden says. He is afraid of being grounded again and his games and not being able to play his games again.

“It is fine, Jayden, but you have to remember not to be rude to older people,” Jennie says as she takes his hand and leads him to the car where his father, sister and brother are waiting for them.

The foursome is not very happy when they have to take photos with the bride and groom as they are tired of standing and do not feel like standing anymore. They want to get in the car and drive to the reception. They do it for their aunt and uncle, though. Soon the photo sessions are over, and the children are happy. They can, at last, go to the reception. They are hungry, and they want big slices of cake.

At the reception, the bride and groom eat. They make a few speeches, eat and cut the cake. They are in a hurry to get away as they fly to the Bahamas that night. Jennifer and Logan gave them a honeymoon in the Bahamas as a wedding gift. They did not even dance the first dance as both do not like the spotlight, and Jennifer and the rest of the guests let it slip. They understand the couple and that they do not like the attention.

“At last, we are alone, Mrs Petrov,” Andrei says.

“That sounds so right, Mrs Petrov. It fits me,” Angy says, and Andrei pulls her closer to him, kissing her as they drive away into the night to the airport.

“I am the luckiest man in the world with the most beautiful wife,” Andrei says, and he k****s Angy again.

“Oh, and I am the happiest woman alive with the most handsome husband,” Andy says when Andrei lets go of her at last. They reach the airport and go to the private jet waiting for them. The plane takes off, and when it is stable and in the air, the couple gets up to get dressed in more comfortable clothing. The staff is not allowed in the cabin unless Andrei summons them. He wants to be alone with his wife, and he wants to make love to her on their wedding night. He does not care that they are high in the air and that there are staff on the other side of the door. As soon as Angy takes off her wedding dress and stands in her underwear in front of him, he pulls her closer to him. He stands in his jockeys in front of her and starts kissing them. They never needed the staff for the night as they made love in the private jet’s cabin. They fall asleep in each other’s arms with a blanket covering their nude bodies. The staff did not disturb them until the following day when Andrei called them in for breakfast after he and Angy got dressed and relaxed in their seats.
