Yanis smiled and said, "Mr. Walsh mentioned this to me earlier today."

Darin spoke up at the right time, "I was so busy that I forgot. But here I am, bringing the person to you now. Is that okay?"

Vivian glanced at him and said, "If it weren't for my reminder this morning, you would have forgotten again."

Darin chuckled nervously and said, "Yes yes yes. I didn't handle it well. Let me treat you to a meal another day as an apology!"

Vivian nodded and warned him playfully, "Don't come up with excuses to reject my invitation again or I'll really get angry."

Darin repeatedly promised her while looking towards Yanis for confirmation, "Yanis can vouch for me. I will definitely choose a good day to invite Miss Vivian out for a meal and express my apologies for not handling things well."

After Darin finished speaking, Vivian turned her head towards Yanis and said with a smile,"Miss Thompson, you have to help me testify too."

Yanis was suddenly named by Vivian but she smiled in agreement,"Sure, I'll help Vivian testify."

"Mr. Walsh." Suddenly someone called out Darin's name.

Darin looked back at the person who called him before turning his face towards Vivian and Yanis saying, "You two chat first. I'm going over there to say hello."

Vivian nodded, "Go ahead. I'll talk with Miss Thompson here."

After Darin left, Yanis followed Vivian as they walked towards an area where there were fewer people.

"Miss Thompson please take a seat."

"Please sit down too, Vivien."

Vivien sat down first before pouring two glasses of red wine from one side then handed one glass over to Yanis saying, "The wine tonight is all from Darin's personal collection. It's quite good. Try some?" Yanis hesitated briefly before taking the glass of wine offered by Viven. They clinked their glasses together.

"What do you think of Mr. Walsh, Miss Thompson?" After taking a sip of wine, Viven asked Yaniz.

Upon hearing Viven's question, Yaniz was momentarily stunned. She then replied after gathering her thoughts, "Mr. Walsh is quite impressive indeed."

"Just impressive?" The question puzzled Yannis somewhat. She couldn't understand why Viven would ask such questions.

Before Yannis could figure out what was going on, Viven continued talking in her soft voice,"We've known each other for many years, and we've been in this circle for fifteen years now..."

As she spoke, Viven's gaze fell on Darin who was chatting with someone nearby. Yanis suddenly saw something in Vivian's eyes at this moment.

Vivian looked at Darin with an unmistakable love in her eyes.

Suddenly, Yanis realized what Vivian meant by her words just now.

"In my impression, he is not the kind of person who would go to great lengths to bring someone to his side for one person," Vivian said.

If Yanis still couldn't understand what Vivian meant by her words, then she was really a bit slow.

So after Vivian finished speaking, Yanis whispered, "Vivian, did you misunderstand something?"

After hearing Yanis' words, Vivian turned and looked at her. "Did I?" she asked.

Yanis whispered back, "Apart from our upcoming collaboration with Mr. Walsh, we are just friends."

Vivian looked at Yanis for a while and suddenly smiled. "Miss Thompson don't misunderstand me either. I just asked casually," she said. Yanis didn't know what expression to make at this point.

"Is Miss Thompson planning on developing in M Country in the future?" Vivian changed the subject quickly.

"Nope. Just occasionally coming over here. Mainly staying around Manches City," Yanis replied slowly after realizing what was happening

"Why not consider developing here? Darin's development here is unique among your circle." Vivien glanced over towards Darin before continuing: "I have seen your design works too; Darin has praised you highly before me countless times! If you stay here together with him then there will be no one who can compare to both of you."

After listening to Vivien's words, Yanis shook her head gently and replied: "No thanks! I don't plan on staying here since my home is in Manches City."

Upon hearing this, Vivien laughed lightly and said: "Right, I heard that Miss Thompson is together with Mr. Lawrence from The Lawrence Group, right?" Yaniss nodded honestly: "Yes!"

"Looks like Miss Thompson lives a very happy life," commented Viven

"Not bad," answered Yannis simply

Viven nodded slightly before changing the topic again: "Let's exchange contact information so that we can chat later."

Yannis agreed and picked up her phone adding Viven as a friend through it

"I hope we can also become friends," Viven whispered softly after they added each other as friendsYanis nodded. "Okay."

"Oh, Vivian, you're here too?" someone greeted her.

Vivian smiled at the person. "I couldn't refuse a friend's invitation and happened to have some free time."

Yanis saw that Vivian knew the person and didn't want to interrupt their conversation. "Vivian, I'll go find my friend now. You two can chat."

"Sure thing. Let's have dinner together sometime with Darin," Vivian suggested.

"Sounds good," Yanis replied.

It was just a polite invitation, nothing more than that.

Yanis walked around the lobby until he spotted Ivan standing on the side.

"Why are you alone here?" Yanis asked as he approached him.

"I was talking to a friend earlier and got so angry I had to cool off before I punched him," Ivan said with frustration in his voice.

"You planning on wrecking Mr. Walsh's place?" Yanis joked lightly.

"If it weren't for Darin's sake, I would teach him how to behave properly," Ivan grumbled back.

"What kind of friend makes you this mad?" Yanis asked curiously while sitting next to Ivan.

"Just someone who deserves a beating," Ivan replied after glancing towards Zane before looking away again quickly..

"How did your conversation with Vivian go? Bonnie really admires her." Ivan changed the subject smoothly

Thinking about Vivian's reaction earlier, Yanis turned towards Ivan and asked: "Do you think there is anything between Mr. Walsh and Vivien we don't know about?"

Ivan looked puzzled at first but then quickly understood what Yanis meant: "What do you mean by 'anything'?"

"She asked me what I thought of Mr. Walsh earlier... and there seemed like there was some hostility directed towards me in her words."

As soon as he heard this from Yanies, Ivan immediately understood what was going on: "You mean she thinks Darin has feelings for you?" Yanies nodded his head in agreement: "Yes, it seems pretty obvious."
