Legend Of The Moon Princess -
Episode 84
Parker’s POV
Grace had come back earlier with two women. For some reason I felt some kind of bond between them and me. I could sense that they use magic like I do, but one of them smelled like a shifter as well. “Oh Uncle Parker, this is Sabrina and Shianna. They use magic like you do.” Riley spoke as she ran over and hugged the one with the same pink colored hair. I looked at them to say hello when the woman with blue hair gasped as she saw me. She covered her mouth with her hands. She looked at me as if she had seen a ghost. “Um, Hello ma’am. My name is Parker.” I said. Her yellow eyes wided and the pink haired woman snapped her head to me. She had one yellow eye and one silver eye.
“You know brother, her silver eye does look a lot like yours.” Jasmine said from beside me. I nodded, but I wasn’t sure what to make of it. Riley said that one of them was called Sabrina and the other was Shianna, but she didn’t tell us which one was which. “Angel? Are you ok?” Luna Jess asked as she rested her hand on the blue haired woman’s shoulder. “Yes, but don’t you think he looks exactly like William?” She asked. The pink haired woman came forward and sniffed me. I sniffed her and her scent seemed familiar to me and Sultan for some reason. Then she took a step back and her eyes began to glow. She looked me up and down and gasped.
“Brother?” She asked. Her voice was filled with hope and fear. I raised an eyebrow in confusion. “Um I am sorry but I am not sure if I am related to you ma’am.” I said honestly. “How about we test it?” Jasmine said, holding her hands open in front of her and her blue fire started to dance in her palms. “Drop some of your b***d in each of my flames. If they turn the same color, then you are related.” She said. I nodded and bit into my wrist. Letting some of my b***d drip into her left hand. The blue flames turned silver. I stepped back and looked at the pink haired woman. She seemed nervous. “Come one Shainna. If Uncle Parker really is your brother then you would be a part of our family too.” Riley said as she nudged Shianna towards Jasmine’s right hand. So that means that the blue haired woman was Sabrina. I thought to myself.
“You told us that you have been looking everywhere for your brother ever since you found those documents of his birth.” Kai said. Shianna nodded and then bit into her own wrist. She let a few drops fall into the flames in Jasmine’s right hand. The flames in her right hand turned the same shade of silver as the flames in her left hand. That means we were b***d relatives. “You are related.” Jasmine said out loud. I was in shock. I wasn’t sure how to feel about this. I have always wondered about my b***d family but I was always included by the ones that raised me as theirs and Jasmine. “So that means that Shianna and Sabrina are family?” Riley asked, jumping up and down in excitement. “Riley. Calm down dear. Let your Uncle talk to Shianna and Sabrina first. I am sure there are a lot of questions for both of them.” Jasmine said. Riley pouted a bit, but nodded and moved over to her mother.
I scratched the back of my head. “Um, so is there somewhere we can talk?” I asked. Shianna nodded her head. “Yes, follow me.” She said and went back inside the pack house. Sabrina followed after me as I followed Shianna. Shianna led me to a room that was filled with herbs and potions of all kinds. I was very intrigued to learn more about their magic. “So you were raised in Edolas?” Shianna asked. I nodded. “Yes. Jasmine’s parents told me all about how I was left on their doorstep. They were not sure what creature I was but loved me as if I was their own child. The only thing they knew of my b***d family was this necklace.” I said, as I pulled out my necklace. It had a nice design on the front and on the back was my first name and my birthday. I felt a special connection to it, so I never took it off.
Shianna’s eyes widened and she reached inside her own shirt for something. She pulled out a necklace that looked just like mine. Except her necklace opened up to reveal a picture inside it. Mine doesn’t open. I looked into her locket and saw it was a picture of two women and one man. I noticed one looked like Sabrina. I looked from the picture to her a few times. She nodded with unshed tears in her eyes. “That was back when your parents and I were on good terms. Your mother was my little sister.” Sabrina said. I looked back at Shianna. It was like I noticed the giant scar on her face. “Who did that to you?” I asked with a half growl. Women should be treated with respect. Only a low life would harm a woman like that. “Our father, William, did this when I was 16. It was before I got my wolf so she couldn’t heal it.” She said. “Why would our father do something like this? Is he still alive?” I asked.
Shianna and Sabrina both shook their heads. “No. Jess and her mates helped me put both of our parents to rest years ago. As to why our father would hurt me, it was because he was not in his right mind.” She said, closing the locket. I tilted my head in confusion. “Your mother, Tasha, was devastated when your father died during his patrol. She couldn’t let him go so she let her grief consumed and she resurrected him using b***d magic. What actually came back was something dark and dangerous.” Sabrina said. ‘B***D MAGIC!?’ I was shocked. Even in Edolas… b***d magic was one of the most dangerous kinds of magic. It warps and distorts the soul of not only the caster’s soul but that of the target’s soul. “It destroyed their souls bit by bit. Every time they took a life to sustain William’s life in this world.” Shianna said. “So the red haired woman and silver haired man in your locket were our parents?” I asked. Shianna nodded. “But the only thing I don’t understand is how did I end up on the Dragneel’s doorstep as a baby?” I asked to no one in particular.
Both Shianna and Sabrina shrugged. “We don’t know. We didn’t find out that you existed until after our parents had been put to rest. I found documents of your birth in a back office when I was going through some of their stuff. I have been looking for you ever since then.” Shianna said. Before I could say anything else… A blinding flash of light filled the room. I opened my eyes to see Lady Belialuin floating in the air. Shianna and Sabrina went on guard. I bowed my head. “Hello Lady Belialuin. What are you doing here?” I asked. She smiled. “I am here to inform you of what you wished to know. I was the one that took you to the Dragneel’s when you were a child. You needed to be raised with Jasmine. The bond between you and Jasmine needed to be strong. I wish I could have done the same with Shianna, but it was her destiny to be here for when Jess became strong enough to free her.” She said with sadness in her eyes as she looked at Shianna. “So it was destiny for Parker to grow up with Jasmine and Shianna to live with Tasha and William?” Sabrina asked with a bit of anger in her tone.
“Yes it is and you can hate me all you want but I can not change one’s destined path. I am someone that the gods gifted with sight of the future. It shifts and changes depending on the choices you mortals make, but I can not make up your mind for you and neither can the gods.” Lady Belialuin said. “I am grateful for the life I lived in Edolas with Jasmine and the others.” I said. I looked at Shianna and Sabrina. “Though I wish I could have known about you two sooner, now we have forever to get to know each other. Though it does not change that Jasmine is also my little sister and Riley and Kai are my niece and nephew.” I told them. My family is not changing. It is just growing with the new members I have been reunited with. Sabrina and Shianna both smiled and hugged me. “Then they are our family as well, Parker.” Sabrina said. Lady Belialuin nodded and in another flash of light she disappeared. “Well then let’s go and let the twins know that they have a couple more aunts.” I said with a smirk. Riley was going to be super excited. I thought as we headed back out to the dining room.
