Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1612: Can I give Sweety a brother?

Blythe had no knowledge of the fact that she and Winston were being investigated.

It was because of the condition Lisa was in when her accident happened that Blythe took her kinship even more seriously.

When she thought of Lisa in isolation, she was incredibly glad that she had not only Winston by her side, but also that she could ask the Rawlins for help.

So she and Winston decided to go to the Bartram family to see Granny Bartram and to thank the Rawlins for their help.

Arriving at the Bartram family, Blythe came up to Granny Bartram with a big smile on her face and said, "Granny, it's been a long time, I've missed you."

Granny Bartram looked at her cheerfully, "You missed Granny, but you didn't know to come and see her. It's not like you're getting married and you need to pick an auspicious day."

She glanced at Winston, who had been looking at Blythe with affection.

At this, Blythe blushed, "What are you talking about, Grandma? I've had so much on my plate lately that I just couldn't find the time to see her."

Only then did the old lady take a closer look at Blythe's face and said, "You've lost weight, you have to take care of your health even if you're busy.

Rawlins also took a stand and said, "If you need anything, just say so."

"Grandma, we came here to thank my brother for this, the company was in some trouble this time and it was my brother who stepped in to help me." Blythe smiled, giving the Rawlins a grateful glance. "As it should be." Rawlins smiled in the same way.

For some reason, he felt very familiar with Blythe, like Earlene.

But the difference between Earlene and Blythe was that she hated herself so much that she wouldn't even speak to herself in that tone of voice, or even be able to see herself.

Because of this uncanny resemblance, Rawlins went to great lengths to help Blythe, even trying to make up for what she owed Earlene in Blythe.

"Good, that's good, that's what families are for. Get hungry, come and eat first." The old lady smiled contentedly.

Her heart grew fonder of Blythe.

As she ate, she noticed that Winston had hardly eaten at all, and had been very careful in picking out the fish and serving Blythe's food.

The old lady looked filled with joy as she laughed, "You two have been together a long time too, when are you planning to get married?"

Blythe glanced at the old lady in confusion, and seeing Winston's expectant eyes, she casually said, "Whenever you want."

At that, the old lady burst into laughter, "Good, good, good. When the time comes, we'll have a few more dolls and the family will be a blast."

Blythe tugged at the corners of her mouth and smiled, looking a little embarrassed.

In the evening, when they got home, Winston finally restrained himself and took Blythe's hand, "Is it true what you said at the Bartram family? You were going to marry me, was it true?"

A flash of contempt flashed through Blythe's mind, the fool, couldn't tell if it was true or not.

But she didn't have the idea of ripping Winston a new one now either, with a smile on her face, "Of course it's true, you've been so good to me, if I don't marry you, who will? It's been so long, don't you understand my feelings?" At those words, a big stone fell from Winston's heart, he knew it, he knew Blythe liked him!

And Blythe could only be his!

He laughed, "You said that yourself, you can't regret it."

"No regrets." Blythe said.

Winston was filled with excitement to hear Blythe answer so decisively, after all these years, she was finally going to be his.

He took out the ring box he carried with him every day, got down on one knee and took Blythe's hand again, "Blythe, from now on, you are mine, marry me!"

Blythe was stunned for a moment before she forced herself to nod with a smile on her face and let Winston put the diamond ring on her hand.

She knew in her heart of hearts that she had no desire for Winston other than to use him.

After putting the ring on, Winston stood up and wrapped his arms around Blythe and kissed her on the lips without a word, "From now on, I will never let anyone else bully you."

...

Hector had been so busy dealing with the company and distracted by cleaning up after Lisa's group that he had hardly had a break in the meantime.

With Lisa's business coming to an end, he was only able to find some free time to spend with his family.

After breakfast, he saw Solomon fiddling with the chessboard, so he took a step over to him, "Two games?"

"Yes!"

Solomon agreed, and was surprised that Daddy had offered to play chess with him!

He didn't want Daddy to give him away and took the lead again, "Daddy, let's be fair." "Good." Hector lost his smile.

Then, as the game went back and forth, he was surprised to find that the little one was getting really good at chess because he had been trained by his grandfather for so many years. Hector raised an eyebrow and played seriously.

Eloise, who hadn't watched them play for a long time, watched with great interest, holding Sweety in her arms.

As she poured tea for Hector, she said, "Let's go and see Aisly this afternoon, she and the baby have been discharged from the hospital and transferred to the moon centre."

Sweety was very happy to hear that she was going to see her aunt, "Yes, yes, I'm going to see my brother. Daddy, I'm telling you, little brother is so cute! The last time we went to see him with Grandma, he wouldn't let go of my hand!" "Did he?" Hector laughed.

"Of course he is, he's super cute! Mummy, when are you going to give me a little brother too, so we can play together? Sweety promises that she won't bully him, she can give him ice cream and sweets, and she won't steal his toys!" Sweety looked expectantly at Eloise's belly, as if there was already a baby inside and it would be born in the next minute to play with her.

Hector pinched Sweety's cheek and said, "Mummy's not well enough to give you a baby brother right now."

Eloise hastily denied, "Sener even came to check on me the other day and said I was already healthy."

Hector looked at her with a smirk, "You mean, you can give Sweety a brother now?"

Eloise's face turned red with shame and annoyance and she nudged Hector, "What are you talking about in front of the baby!"

"That's not what you meant?" Hector teased her deliberately.

She blushed and exclaimed, "Of course not!"

Then she sighed quietly, "I mean, I don't want to stay at home every day, I'm going to get sick if I keep this up, and I want to go to work."

Hector stopped teasing her, put down the chess piece in his hand and said seriously, "Eloise, you're not fit to go out to work yet. If you're bored at home, if you want to go out and have fun, I don't object, as long as you take more rest." "Hector."

Eloise's tone rose slightly and she climbed on his arm with a petulant note, "Just let me go to work, and I promise, I'll take more rest and make sure I don't tire myself out, okay?"

Hector had always been a man of his word and no one could do anything about it, but not Eloise, whose pampering he could not resist.

Every time Eloise pouted, he would go soft, and this time was no exception. He gave her a deep look and agreed, somewhat reluctantly.

"Okay, I agree. However, I won't dictate what you do, you just do what you want to do. You also have to promise me that you won't tire yourself out."

Eloise was overjoyed and nodded her head like a snail, "Thank you husband, I promise I won't tire myself out!"

Seeing this, both little ones couldn't help but smile cheekily.

Eloise was a little embarrassed and hurriedly got up, "You guys continue playing chess, I'll go and get the kitchen to prepare lunch."
