Love Comes To Me
Chapter 579: My husband is Rowson

Eloise was in the same state of confusion, knowing full well that she had never seen this man before.

But when I saw the love in the man's eyes, I couldn't help but feel my heart shrink a little.

Through his eyes, she could feel how much he had loved his wife.

But all this was an outsider to her; after all, she had only met this man on one side.

There was something stirring in her heart, but it was inappropriate to cuddle with him in such a public place.

Eloise struggled, struggling to free herself from Hector's arms, and politely inquired, "This gentleman, you are afraid you have mistaken me for someone else, I do not know you, nor do I know who you are." Eloise's words leave Hector in disbelief, how could she have forgotten him ...

Hector stood dumbfounded and didn't make a sound, when Solomon, who was standing aside, lunged straight at him.

Solomon stood in front of Eloise with tears in his eyes and choked up, "Mummy, I'm your Solomon, have you even forgotten me? I've been looking forward to Mummy's return every day for the past three years, and finally I see Mummy, Mummy Solomon has missed you so much."

With those words, Solomon clung to Eloise's thighs.

The redness of his eyes is very distressing.

Eloise could feel Solomon's trembling body, which froze in the moment.

For as long as she could remember there had been a son, who must have been about four or five years old.

However, she had asked Rowson about it before and he told her he had no son.

But now this little boy who had suddenly appeared made her feel very familiar.

It was as if she had heard this voice a long time ago and it evoked the motherly love in her bones.

Eloise herself was not the only one frozen in place, likewise Rowson.

He never expected to come to an engagement party and have something like this happen.

Looking at Solomon by Eloise's legs, he panicked for no reason.

Just as Eloise was about to take Solomon into her arms, Rowson yanked her right back.

Standing in front of her, blocking Hector's gaze.

"Mr Hector, she's my wife, I think you've got the wrong person." Rowson's tone was tinged with a slight chill.

At this point Rupert and Mrs Matriarch and others, sensing that something was wrong with Hector, also rushed over.

They were in a bit of disbelief when they saw Eloise just now, but were even more stunned when they looked behind Rowson.

Rupert saw the bewilderment and confusion in Eloise's eyes and said, "Sister-in-law, what's wrong with you, how can you forget my brother? He is your husband, your lawful husband!" With that, Rupert pointed to Hector and pulled him in front of Eloise.

"This man almost took his own life to search and rescue you in the first place, sister-in-law you can't forget that."

Mrs Matriarch also spoke up at this point, "Yes, Eloise, what's wrong with you? How come you don't even remember us?"

Seeing them both say so, Eloise was frozen.

She didn't know what to do now, why all these people were coming over and saying they couldn't forget the man in front of them, but her memory really didn't remember much. Faced with questioning from the Rogers family, Eloise said in some panic, "No, I think you have the wrong person... my husband is Rowson, the man standing next to me." This situation is really helpless for Eloise now, and she wishes someone would take her away from here.

The absence of real memories existed and disturbed her greatly.

Rowson's face sank slightly as he watched the Rogers family come up one by one to speak to Eloise about these things.

Even the well-educated man could not help but be angry.

A feeling as if Eloise was about to be lost slowly surfaced from the bottom of my heart.

But he would never allow that to happen, watching Eloise's attitude towards him change day by day.

Three years of his life, he couldn't just waste it.

Rowson took Eloise's hand tightly to keep her by his side and said with a sullen face, "You've got the wrong person, she's my wife."

Hector grunted at that and said, "I trust my own judgement, she is Eloise and there can be no mistake, even if she turns to dust I will not forget."

The guests in the room all looked at the men with curiosity and whispered.

"Eh, I say, this woman seems to be the wife of young Jin, the one who disappeared three years ago, do you guys remember?"

"It wasn't her, I said how it looked so familiar, no wonder young Jin lost his cool, this wouldn't have given way in anyone's shoes."

"But that man doesn't seem to be a man to be messed with either, I seem to remember him being quite accomplished and winning a lot of awards at a young age." "This is going to be interesting, it looks like there's going to be a battle for the wife."

...

The scene was a little chaotic for a while, with some of the chatter from the stage drifting to Eloise's ears.

As Eloise heard this, many more images flashed through her mind, but they were disconnected and she couldn't help but frown.

Noticing Eloise's abnormality, Rowson said in a cold voice, "I was kind enough to come and thank you for saving Sweety, but now I'm sorry, we're going to leave first."

With those words, Rowson took Eloise's hand, but on the other side Hector tugged at it and said stubbornly, "You can't leave just yet."

Eloise was uncomfortable being pulled by two men.

She didn't dare to look at Hector, a man who felt both familiar and strange to her, and who made her panic for no reason.

It was very clear in her mind that she and this man must have had some kind of bond in the past, but now she was Rowson's wife.

She couldn't do anything wrong to Rowson.

Regardless of the hurt in Hector's eyes, Eloise waved Hector's hand away straight away and said in a faint voice, "This gentleman, please behave yourself, I really don't know you." Despite being thrown off, Hector stopped Eloise, much to Rowson's displeasure.

"Mummy..."

Solomon watched Eloise leave and was very reluctant to go up to her, but was stopped by Mr Fletcher.

Mr Fletcher took Solomon in his arms and said soothingly, "Solomon don't cry, Mummy is a bit different now than she used to be and we can't force her."

But Solomon, at his age, simply cannot understand that, in his perception, Eloise, as she is today, does not want him.

The scene was a little anxious for a while, with Sweety watching quietly from the sidelines.

She didn't know why Papa Ken was pestering Mummy and she didn't know why Papa Fu was so angry.

Looking at Mummy's furrowed brow, Sweety really wanted to iron it out for her.

Seeing Hector in front of her, with a vow not to stop, Eloise picked Sweety up straight away and tried to leave.
