Nora pov

I was in my room when Carter’s parents walked in. I was frozen in place. They are so kind to me, but I don’t know how to talk to them? Did they come here to make me leave Carter? Did they accept me and my babies?

“Alpha… Luna…” I quickly bow to them.

“We are not Alpha and Luna anymore. Carter is the pack’s Alpha. And soon you will be his Luna, Nora.” Luna said and smiled softly.

She is the same as before, loving, caring Luna. Alpha same as a serious and cold face. But he is still warm to me.

“Nora, I’m pretty sure that you were my son’s Mate. But suddenly you leave our pack without saying a word. And the hand my stupid son made that half-b***d women’s pregnant. I’m so disappointed at that time. I was expecting you to stand beside him when he became Alpha. But…”Alpha’s voice was sad.

” Honey, but now Nora is here. And as we thought she is really our son’s Mate. Now our pack is better than Luna.” Luna said happily.

Alpha nod and pat on my head. He took my hand in his. Luna does the same. I couldn’t help but my eyes began to tear up. They still respect me as they did before.

“You respect us right?” Alpha asked in a deep, serious tone.

“Yes…” I nod.

“Then promise us you won’t leave our pack. No matter what people say or do.” Luna kept a smile on her lips as she stared at me hopefully.

“Take care of our son. We know he is stupid sometimes. However, he needs you. You keep him in feet. He was a little upset mind the past four years. He keeps doing his Alpha duty, his cheerfulness, pushes behavior to change cold and heartless. But now you are here… So we are having a happy son back.” Alpha words are deep and meaningful.

“Alpha-Luna… I appreciate your concern for Carter. But it’s not easy now. I had one more Mate. And he is…” I want to tell them that Jax is my Mate too. And I don’t want to lose him just because Carter is Alpha or old Alpha-Luna wants me to carry Luna titles. I was going to tell them. Suddenly the door opened and Jax walked in. Seeing him my lips parted in gentle smiles. His Hot honey scent was so refreshing to me. I forgot everything that was bothering me.

“Baby Doll, your suitcase is here… Oh, Alpha-Luna…” Jax put the suitcase down and his eyes widened in surprise at Alpha-Luna. He composed himself and now Alpha and Luna.

“Jax…” I tried to say. But tears flow down my cheeks.

“What did you do to her?” Jax almost growled at them. He pulled me in his arms.

Alpha-Luna’s eyes widen seeing Jax’s aggressive nature. They never see Jax losing control. But now Jax was growling at them. They look at each other confused.

“Are you ok?” Jax asked in a worried tone.

“Yes, Jax. I’m fine. Alpha and Luna are here to just talk. They did nothing wrong to me.” I said confidently.

Jax looked at my face then wiped tears from my cheeks and sniffed my scents to make his wolf clam down.

“Well, this is interesting. Nora cares to tell us what’s going on in between you two?” Alpha asked in a curious tone.

“Alpha-Luna, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to disrespect you. But I saw Nora cry and I lost.” Jax lowered his head in embarrassment.

“We call to forgive you if you tell me what’s going on?” Alpha asked.

Jax looks up at him. Then he slowly told them everything. After hearing my story both feel sad.

“I CAN’T BELIEVE MY SON WAS SUCH A D**KHEAD! If I were still Alpha I’d kick that useless thing out of my pack. How can he do such curled things to Nora? He was her best friend. They were together when they were just pups. How can he act to mean? He rejected the Moon goddess gift. He is dead now. CARTER, COME HERE RIGHT NOW!” Alpha used Alpha won’t. He was so angry at that time.

“Honey, it’s all happening because of Miya. She used her pregnancy to break our son from Nora. She is not good for our son. I knew it, she is not as sweet as she shows.” Luna said statistically.

“Alpha… Please don’t get angry at him. He apologized to me many times. And I forgive him. But as I say Jax was my Mate too. So now I can’t choose Carter. It’s not simple.” I said defending Carter.

“I know… I won’t force you or Jax to break your Mate bond. I know what is important Mate to us. They are our half soul. As for Carter, let him suffer more when he sees he is not one here for Nora. Jax was strong enough to fight with him.” Alpha gives a positive smile to us.

“Alpha… Nora didn’t want us to fight physically. So we decided to show her who loves her more.” Jax said with a blushed face.

I blush too. Seeing us blushing, Alpha and Luna laugh.

“Jax, don’t be scared of my son. Show him what you got.” Aloha pat on Jax’s shoulder. He trusts Jax.

“What’s going on here?” Carter’s voice makes them turn to the door.

Carter standing with his two girls in arms. Aloha and Luna gap in shock

“Abbey-Gabby came down. Meet Grandpa and grandpa.” Nora waves her arms.

“Grandpa!” Gabby jumped down.

“Grandma!!” Abby said doing the same. They run to Nora.

“You son of…” Alpha was ready to snap him.

“Honey!! Pups are here…” Luna stops him in time.

Alpha looked down at Gabby who caught his finger in time. Who was staring at his puppy eyes.

“Don’t get angry at Daddy, Grandpa. He is so sweet.” Gabby said in a cute tone.

“What’s your name cutie?” He picked her up and asked.

“Gabby… And my sister Abby…” Gabby said.

“I’m your grandpa and she is your grandma,” Alpha said with a soft smile.

“I know… I can smell you. Grandpa… you look the same as Daddy… And brother Ace.“ Gabby said.

“Ace?” Alpha looks at Luna then me in confusion.

“He is their elder brother. He was born six minutes, Abby after five minutes and Gabby was last.” I told them.

“You are so lucky, b…. Your pups and Mate were saving you from getting punishment right now. But we will talk about this for sure.” Alpha gives Carter a warning.

“What do I do?” Carter struggles with his shoulder in confusion. He looked at me and Jax.

“Jax told us everything you do to our Nora,” Luna said with serious farce.

“Oh… I can explain…” Carter tries to say.

“You will get time for that boy. But not today. We are now busy with our grandchildren.” Alpha stops him and turns to Luna.

“Can you show us where Ace is?” Luna asked Abby.

“Ace is there…” She pointed to the door. Where is Ace standing with the calm face?

“Ace, when will you come here?” Jax asked.

“Just now Mommy. But I heard everything.” Ace walks to me and hugs her legs.

“Oh… You can’t just hear others’ conversations, Ace.” I pat on his head.

“I’ll not. But they were talking about you. I don’t want anyone to hurt you. I’m here to protect you, Mommy.” Ace looked at Carter and said harshly.

“When did he stop hating me?” Carter murmured himself.

“Your son hates you? But why?” Alpha’s eyes widened in shock.

“Dad, I just… He was…” Carter tries to find words.

“You hurt my Mommy… I don’t want an evil man close to my mommy.” Ace said and turned to Nora.

“Wow, you have a strong son, Carter,” Alpha said and walked to Ace.

“Daddy is not an evil man. Brother, why do you say that?” Gabby asked with tears in her eyes.

“I’m talking about bad people. Not about him.” Ace changed words, his face kept calm like he usually stays.

“Ace, I’m your grandpa. And I’m with you.” Alpha showed a bright smile to him.

“You are angry at Him, but you still love your son. You are my grandparents so I’ll listen to you as Mommy teaches us.” Ace said calmly.

“How did you know?” Alpha looks at Nora in confusion.

“Oh… Oh, I want to tell… I want to tell…” Grabby put their hand in the air in excitement.

“Sure cutie…” Luna said.

“Brother Ace, sister Abby and I had so much power. We can hear you all. And we can kind of link with anyone. Brother Ace can find out what his true color is when he touches people’s body parts he can read their minds. Abby and I make you calm no matter how angry, sad, and cry… right Brother Ace?” Gabby asked.

” You are always right…Now come down, don’t make grandpa tired… You to Abby.” Ace used a commanding tone.

“Yes, brother…” Both said the same thing and jumped down.

“They listen to Ace. True Alpha. I can smell Alpha’s aura in Ace’s body. It’s the same as Carter. When he was pupped.” Alpha nods in understanding.

“Why did anyone invite me to a family party?” Leo’s voice makes them turn to the door.

“Leo… Glad to see you boy.” Alpha pulled Leo in tight.

“I hope I won’t miss anything…” Leo chuckles the same playfully.

“Thanks for saving Nora. I’m not saying because she is Luna’s future Luna. I loved her like my daughter. I had one, but to me, Nora is my second daughter. If you save her, I will never see her.” Alpha’s voice was emotional.

“Thank you, Leo.” Luna put her hand around Alpha to make him calm down.

Alpha holds Luna close to him. He sniffed her neck to make him calm down. It’s called mate bond.

“Well, I’ll save her… Because she is not just my best friend. She is my sister to me. So I saved her. And if she is a stranger to me, I still save her…” Leo said with a cocky smile.

All of them smile at his words.

“Now, I’m so hungry… Anyone wants to eat?” Leo said, clapping his hand to make the mood light.

“Me…” Gabby

“Me…” Abby

All of them wave their hands in yes. I hope this smile always stays on their face. I have never heard about Miya yet. But I know soon I have to face her. I hope it’s going well.
