"Andrea, it is better for you to call Mr. Shelley. Hendrix is cooking in the kitchen for his wife and daughter. He probably does not have the time listening to you."

Upon hearing my voice, Andrea got into a panic mode. "Who allowed you to answer Hendrix's call? Arianna, you uneducated woman."

"D*mn, how long has she not rinsed her mouth? It stinks when she opens her mouth.

"Is there a problem answering my husband's call? Andrea, Hendrix is not your brother. I suggest you find out the reason why your parents hated you. Don't harass my family. It's appalling!" "Arianna, you.."

I hung up the phone. I knew she would not say anything good thus it was better to disconnect the call.

I threw the mobile phone away after hanging up the call. Then someone hugged me from behind.

Hendrix said in a low voice, "Say it again."

He smells cooking, yet he still looks remarkably handsome. I asked, "What did I say?"

He said in a deep low voice, "What did you call me just now? Yes?"

I was stupefied, unconsciously said, "Hubby?"

He laughed as he kissed me and rubbed against my face, "Say it again"

Pushing him away, I said gruffly, "Andrea asked for your help. Are you planning to go there?"

He walked towards me and smiled, "Didn't you ask her to look for Austin? It would be unnecessary if I go.

I rolled my eyes and walked to the cradle to see Anne, "Has Valerie been deserting Andrea recently?

Andrea was clearly not in good health. Why not let her recuperate in Jarold City but send her to Uncrebury? Why isn't she staying in Pearis Manor? Perhaps it was because I changed the topic too fast. Hendrix held his forehead and said helplessly, "That's someone else's business. Since when did you like to meddle so much in other people's business?"

He said, "She's under Austin's strict supervision. Anne is hungry. Do you want to eat or feed her first?"

I frowned at him, "Please go out!"

He raised his eyebrows, "Which part of you that I have not seen before?"

"Don't you think you are weird?"

He replied confidently, "You're my wife, so there is nothing weird about it."

I did not expect Andrea would show up at Flora Hill. Anne had fallen asleep when the doorbell rang.

Hendrix got up and opened the door as I was still eating. There was a long quiet moment, so I turned my eyes to the door.

There, I saw Andrea looking pale and pallid standing at the door.

It had only been a couple of days since we last met, but she seemed to have become thinner

I intended to avoid Andrea, but I would be seen as being irrational if I did so. This is my home, after all.

I heard Andrea talking as I walked to the door, "I wanted to walk out of your life. I could at least still be the little sister you remember, not the annoying pest. But I had no choice, I had nowhere to go, I didn't know what I should do next. Hendrix, you are my only hope."

"Come in and talk!" I invited Andrea instead.

Hendrix turned around and glanced at me. Then, he let her into the house.

Andrea did not seem surprised when she saw me. She looked at Hendrix and continued, "Hendrix, I will die if you don't take care of me."
