My Wife Wants a Divorce by Red Little Fruit
Chapter 659 Look for Julien

Sydney stood up from the sofa and stepped swiftly to the room. "I know, Grandma.

Don't worry. Even if you don't call me now, I'm gonna go there."

"That's great. Go quickly, Syd. Call me if anything happens," said the Old Madam.

Sydney nodded repeatedly. "Don't worry, I win."

"OK, then I'll leave Julien to you." the Old Madam clenched her cane in one hand and her mobile phone in the other, her lined face full of expectation. "We must stop Julien from doing something stupid. It'll be great if you can try and straighten him out so that he can move on from his mother's suicide."

"I'll try my best," Sydney replied.

The Old Madam hung up the phone in satisfaction.

Felicia, who came in with a cup of tea, said with a smile at the sight of the Old Madam's expression. "Don't worry, Old Madam. We can count on Ms. Raines. She'll certainly help Mr. Flint step out of the shadows."

"I hope so." The Old Madam took a sip from the tea cup and sighed, "It's not that I don't believe Syd. But Julien has lived in the shadow of his mother's suicide for more than ten years. It's definitely not possible that he can get over it at once."

"But I believe that as long as Mr. Flint can listen to Ms. Raines, his situation will be much better," said Felicia as she came up behind the Old Madam and massaged her shoulder.

The Old Madam nodded. "It makes sense. I just hope Syd can see Julien today, so there's a chance that what we said can come true, but if she can't..."

"You're worrying too much, Old Madam. I'm sure she'll see Mr. Flint." Felicia

reassured, "Mr. Flint loves Ms. Raines so much. He'll definitely see her."

"I hope so." The Old Madam lowered her eyes and gently blew the tea in the cup.

In Shallow Bay, Sydney got changed and took an umbrella to go out.

As soon as she opened the door, she was greeted by a gust of cold air and gave an involuntary shudder.

"So cold!" Sydney rubbed her arms, and her face paled from the cold.

But the icy wind wouldn't stop her. She had to get there.

Sydney took a deep breath, breathed upon her hands, and then went out.

However, something occurred to her as soon as she stepped on one foot. She took her foot back, turned around, and headed to the room again.

A minute later, she had a bag in her hand and then went out. She called Julien as she headed to the elevator.

Julien promised her not to turn off the phone today.

So Sydney guessed she should be able to reach him.

However, the fact was that his phone was still off.

This made Sydney angry and worried.

She was angry that he failed to do what he had promised her.

What she was worried about was that she didn't know his current situation.

Out of choices, Sydney called Zach.

This time, the call went through. "Hello, Ms. Raines," said Zach over the phone.

"Zach, is Julien in the Cloud Building?" Sydney went straight to the point as usual and asked what she wanted to confirm

now.

After all, now she was too worried about Julien to care about something else.

Zach nodded when he heard Sydney's question. "Yes, President Flint went to Cloud Building yesterday, and he's still there. I'm downstairs. I've knocked on the door several times, but President Flint doesn't open the door. I just called the Old Madam, but it can't get through."

Sydney now figured out why the Old Madam said that Zach's telephone was not available. It could be that Zach called the Old Madam when the Old Madam was calling him.

"OK, I see. I'll be right there." Sydney was slightly relieved when she knew where Julien was.

She could be relieved as long as Julien was indeed in the Cloud Building, not in a place that was unknown to everyone.

"All right, Ms. Raines, come here. I'll wait for you here." Zach was surprised to hear that Sydney was coming.

They weren't unable to see President Flint, but Ms. Raines might be an exception.

After all, Sydney was special in President

Flint's heart.

"OK, please. By the way, do you have the key to his apartment?" Sydney asked again.

Zach shook her head and said, "No, President Flint seldom lived there before, so I don't have the key there."

"I see. Please get a locksmith," Sydney instructed.

"Locksmith?" Zach uttered in surprise.

Sydney nodded. "Yes, neither of us has the key. He doesn't open the door, so we gotta find someone to unlock it."

"But..."

"Well, seeing Julien is the priority. It doesn't matter if he gets angry afterward. I'll take care of everything," said Sydney, patting her chest.

Her words convinced Zach and he nodded."

I see. I'll handle it."

Zach did find Sydney's words made sense. President Flint's safety was the most important thing now.

Besides, Ms. Raines also said that she would bear the consequences.

He guessed President Flint wouldn't like to be angry with Ms. Raines.

At this thought, Zach had nothing to worry about.

After hanging up, Zach immediately went to find the locksmith.

And Sydney entered the elevator.

Within an hour, she made herself to the Cloud Building.

Zach was standing at the gate of the building with a locksmith. Seeing her coming, he immediately waved. "Here, Ms.

Raines."

Sydney walked over quickly.

Zach motioned her to follow him. "Ms.

Raines, come with me. I'll take you up."

"Thank you." Sydney carried the bag and nodded to him.

Zach walked in front to lead the way, followed by Sydney and the locksmith.

A few minutes later, they were in Julien's building. It was on the top and he owned the entire floor.

Zach took Sydney to a gate and said, "This is it."

Sydney gave a nod and then looked at the locksmith. "Sir, please."

"Well, miss, my pleasure," said the locksmith, waving his hand. He then put down the unlocking bag on his shoulder, opened it, took out the tools, and worked on the lock. Soon, he worked it out.

Sydney quickly pushed the door open.

Immediately after, something rolled to her feet.

She looked down and found it was a red wine bottle.

Frowning, Sydney bent down to pick up the bottle, which was empty.

It could be seen that Julien drank up a whole bottle of wine in one night!

With a deeper frown, Sydney put the wine bottle on the shoe cabinet and strode into the door.

Then she was greeted by a strong and pungent smell of wine. Not only that, there were several red wine bottles on the floor of the living room.

That was to say, Julien drank not only one bottle of wine but many bottles last night.

Maybe he had more of them.

Didn't he care about his health?

Sydney set her jaw grimly.

She looked around the living room, looking for Julien, only to find no trace of him.

This flat covered more than 800 square meters with numerous rooms. It took a long time to look for him by checking one room after another.

Sydney called Zach in and asked him to find Julien with her.

The two of them worked together, making things easier. Finally, Zach found Julien in the study.

"He's here, Ms. Raines." Zach stood at the door of the study and shouted to Sydney, who was in another room.
