REBORN UNDER THE FULL MOON
Chapter 46: The Return And Reckoning

"Aria, you need to eat something. It's been three weeks. You will fall really sick," Merida said.

"It's all mf fault. I kept her in the dark and brought her here when she wasn't ready, now she is gone," Aria cried.

"It wasn't your fault. I didn't expect the spirits to be too harsh. Please calm down Aria. I am so sorry," Merida said as she hugged Aria "I...."

"Did you feel that?" Merida asked Aria.

They both looked at each other and ran to the library.

"Lyra!" they both screamed as they ran towards her and hugged her.

"I miss you guys!" Lyra said as she hugged them.

"Oh goodness, I though we had lost you," Aria started crying.

"What? Why?" Lyra asked confused.

"We could not feel your energy anymore, it disappeared and we just felt it now," Aria said as she hugged me.

"I think the spirits did it on purpose because, I was told something about how everyone could sense my energy and they were trying to track me down and I was also told that the underworld's wall has broken fully and some colossal god will unleash his full powers now," I said looking in between Merida and Aria.

"Oh no, I have been in my own world for so long that I didn't realize what it would be if the colossal god broke out. I need to consult queen mother," Aria said.

"Yes, I will accompany you do to that." Merida followed Aria out.

LYRA'S POV

"I watched Merida and Aria run out of the library and I decided to go back to my room wondering who was the colossal god anyway.

All I knew was that he was bad news.

"Why do you feel human Lacienda? I can literally feel you breathing and your pages feel like skin," I said to the book as its chapters started flipping for me.

It flipped to a chapter that was written in a language I didn't know but I could understand.

"It is my soul language" I whispered to myself.

The chapter read "All about you,"

"All about me?" I asked as I continued reading and truly, it was all about me.

"Lyra aren't you going to eat something? Its evening already," Aria said as she peeped into my room from the door.

"It's evening?" I repeated shocked.

"I was just reading the book I was giving." I explained the Aria as I got up from the bed.

She smiled understandingly "I know, it was like that for me too."

"You got a book too?" I was surprised by what she said.

"Yes, I got a book although I was younger but it wasn't nothing like your own. I think you are the only person that has stay in the magic world that long with the spirits and still came back. That means they really liked you," "She told me that the book will help me know about my true self and that I will be able to control my powers," I looked at Aria.

"Yes, that's true. But you need to open up to the book. The book needs to feel trusted before it can teach you," Aria smiled at me.

We ate dinner almost in complete silence, with a little conversation here and there.

I headed back to my room and continued to read the book. After what seemed like eternity, I unlocked another chapter and this one spoke about training. It told me how I will start off slow and I realized that Kyle had really prepared me for this because the strength training was about to pay off.

I woke up early the next morning and discussed with Aria and Merida.

"Is there any way I can go outside to train?" I asked them.

"No," they said in unison.

"How will I train. I had an apparition that told me last night that I need to start training that the time is near. I don't understand what that means but I just know deep down that I have to training," I explained to them.

"Wait, I have an idea. You don't have to go outside we can always create the outside feel inside," Aria smiled looking a Merida who quickly understood and the both stood up and started walking towards the rooms and I followed them. "What do you think, is the room big enough?" Aria asked Merida.

"Yeah, I think so, should we start the spell?" they looked at each other and looked at me.

"What spell? What is going on?" I asked.

"You cannot go outside right now because of how dangerous it is and because you are not ready, so we are going to bring outside to you," Merida smiled.

"How?" I asked still not getting it.

"We will use magic to turn this room into the woods, so you can train," Aria said.

"Really?" I asked with so much excitement.

"Of course, anything for you," Aria smiled and I hugged her.

"I am really trying to focus to lift the ball of water but it is not working," I whined.

"Okay, try this. Imagine yourself lifting up the water and then do it," Merida suggested.

"I am trying it is not working," I said already becoming frustrated.

"Come on, calm down. Take deep breathes," Merida said in a very calm voice.

I took deep breaths and did as she said blurring out the noise and staying in my own world, then I imagined that I already formed the water ball and I was twirling it on the air.

I opened my eyes and I saw it. I had done it already, I was twirling the ball on the air.

"I'm doing it!" I shouted in excitement.

Aria and Merida hugged me and told me how proud they were about my improvements.

"Run! Lyra, run!" Kyle called out as they pursued me.

"Hahaha, it is my favorite kind of hunt," one of them said in an inhumane voice.

"Come quickly," Aria said as she opened the gate for me but they were quickly catching up and I fell and one of them grabbed me.

"Ahhh!" I screamed.
