” I get the feeling she thinks I don’t want her. I do. I have prayed and prayed for my wolf for years. Cried each year that passed and I didn’t phase. Being late was a massive worry. I thought for a minute I wasn’t going to be blessed with a wolf. So when it happened I was over joyed. And then I felt such disappointment when I was still so weak. I guess her choosing me and then me feeling disappointed wasn’t the best of first impressions between us. Then when I learn about all of this I just feel so over overwhelmed and in denial. I guess that means I have been stand-offish with her too. But she wants me to get to know her , ask about her and listen to her stories. I don’t know Enzo, something just feels off. Rion said she became power hungry and went off on her own, but I don’t feel that about her. She said she used to come here a lot to meditate and keep her magic pure. Then she stopped. Why did she stop ? Why won’t she just tell me herself ? I mean she’s here with me , yet she is being secretive and cagey “. Anthea let out a breath , it sounded pained.

We had been laid in our wolf forms for the longest time. The sun wasn’t so bright anymore beyond the water so I knew it was getting late. Then she had changed back , so my wolf had pulled back too. It was weird. Normally, I hear his thoughts all the time. We had such a strong bond. But while we were lying with each other, it was silence , like you could hear a pin drop. It was very weird. ” Well, this is why we are here, isn’t it , to find all of this out. ” I tried to comfort her by putting my arm around her shoulders and bringing her in. Trying my hardest to ignore the fact she was very naked. I also didn’t want to voice that some things for me had just started to not sit right. I just had this feeling at the pit of my stomach , like I could sense something bad would happen.

But I didn’t want to scare or worry her. ” Yea , yea it is. But what if I don’t like what I find out? What if this is her giving me a chance to reject her or something?” I laughed , I couldn’t help it. ” Baby, apart from her trying to be everyone’s protector, all I have heard was how funny , loving and caring she was. I don’t think for one minute she would turn out to be that horrendous for you to reject her. Plus, my wolf loves her , and he’s a good judge of character, trust me. ” She looks up at me smiling , her eyes scanning all over my face.

” What ?” I ask when she keeps doing it. ” Nothing , I just can’t believe how different you are from the first time you ever spoke to me “. I felt a twinge of guilt in my chest. I was a f*****g a*****e. ” Not my fondest hour “, I say, ashamed. ” I’d like to think I have changed now ” I add on definitely and she nods. “Definitely , you know I am going to have to go spend time with Rion, don’t you. Get to really know Sianna through him and these warlock things. You want my decision to be unanimous with you. And I feel it is, but you don’t. To have no doubt, there has to be nothing to question when all is said and done. “

I hated that she was right. Of course she was. I felt my back teeth grind together at the thought. ” Your going to have to stop hogging me ” she laughed , trying to make light of it all. So I quickly lifted her and hovered her over my h**s until she spread her legs and straddled my h**s and thighs. Running my hand up the back of her neck , I grip it tightly in my fingers. Then bring her face down to mine so our noses touch. ” As long as when the day finishes, you’re in my bed and I know you’re safe , then I guess I will have to learn to share. ” I felt her smile against my face and before she could say anything I shut her up by slamming my lips on to hers. Her hands automatically went to my shoulders. Her h**s lifted as she brought her body closer to mine.

Moving one of my hands down her back, I urged her closer. Pulling my lips from hers, I started kissing her neck down to her chest and then to her breasts. I licked her n*****s, tasting her skin burst across my tongue made me g***n with pleasure. ” f**k you make me crazy ” I g***n. She lifted her body up higher on her knees and fumbled between us , directing me to where she wanted me to be. I felt the heat at the tip , as she rubbed me across her. Just the thought made my eyes roll in my head. Then slowly , so pain stakingly slowly , she started her descent on to me. Being here in this cave reminded me of back home , our cave. Except this one had a more romantic view of the water. I wish I could go back and live that week all over again. Because I sure as s**t would have done things differently.

My eyes traced down her neck to where I could see the vein that called to me so desperately pumped in her neck. The being that lay directly where wolves put the mating mark. I ran my nose across it and felt my teeth starting to change , it would be so f*****g easy. She said I was her choice , she just said it. Just to turn my head that little bit and have this all over and done with. Opening my eyes, I could see yellow , I moved my head and I felt my mouth opening. Feel the teeth lengthening more and feel him roaring in my head. I make a small descent and feel the tips of my razor sharp teeth scratch against her skin. And like the fucker she is , she tilts her neck. Her neck becomes more exposed. She was offering it to me. Handing it me on a plate. All I had to do was take it. ” You entice me, Anthea , you are practically begging me with your submission. Would you regret it come morning if I did it ?” I asked her against her skin. Her h**s had slowed but not stopped. ” I wouldn’t ” she breathed.

” Would you think less of me if I did it, just selfishly did it. With no f***s given to anyone else , for Rion or your own wolf ? ” I asked and I felt her vibrating on my lap. ” No I would, ” she answered and I squeezed my eyes shut. ” Would you feel less about yourself ? Would you feel guilty if you did that to her without you both being on the same page ?” her h**s stilled instantly. ” I thought so ” I grinned and pulled my head back. I did what I had held myself back from doing and flipped up so she was on her back and I hovered above her. ” When I mark you, it will be because you and your wolf have decided it. I will know the moment she does , my wolf will tell me. He will tell the whole f*****g world. But seen as he hasn’t yet. I don’t believe you and your wolf are on the same page regarding us “, I told her.

She shakes her head ” She wanted it , she practically threw our wolves together back at the pack ” she pants. ” That was then , before Rion. Now we wait , but while we wait ” I thrust back into her and watch her eyes roll. ” We can have a lot of fun convincing her ” I promise. We didn’t wander back into the village where everyone was gathered around the fire until late. And thoroughly sedated from all the s*x.
