Brella POV

“Happy birthday Brella.” He said as I gasp looking at the small cake in front of me that has the letters Happy birthday Brella skillfully written on it. The little mini cake has the shape of a heart and its almost the same size as the plate its on and just around it lies a necklace with my birthstone in it and our initials.

I look up at him and his eyes held so much love in them. Words cannot say how happy I am now. I mean do I say thank you? Can that even portray my feelings correctly? I feel somewhat bad, in front me sat the love of my life, who is spoiling me unconditionally and I have nothing to give him right now.

“Brella you don’t have to give me anything.” He said breaking my thoughts. “Just being with me and having my pups is all I could ever ask for.”

Its as if he can read my mind, wait is he reading my mind? I did a mental mind check. His laughter fills my ears. “I am not reading your mind if that’s what you are thinking. It is too easy to read you facial expression.”

I pouted. This guy at a time like this is teasing me. I shake my head. Getting up I walked over to him. He looks up at me confusion on his face. What I am about to do, I thanked heaven that he’s tall or I would not be able to do this at all. I bend over just a little and press my lips against him. His lips feel so soft, I bit the bottom and he parted letting me in. I kissed him with every fiber in my being to show him how grateful I am and that I love him.

Bending over with a stomach that carry two babies isn’t such a good idea. I pulled away and looked at him. His eyes were in a glaze. I smirked. “Bet you couldn’t tell I was going to do that.”

Kiefer eyes flashed and he grinned. “Woman you are playing in hot water.” His voice sound deeper. He got up so fast and pulled me close to him, his hot breath fanning my face, causing me to shiver. He kissed me deeply I could barely think at all. Now that we were standing everyone can see us now and they began to whistle and cheered. Kiefer still kissing me took my hand and lead it to his pants I can feel his bulge. No one notice but I blushed fiercely. My God! I cause that by just a k**s.

I pulled away face red and panting a little. After I catch my breath, I punch his arm but not too hard. He chuckles “Would you stop teasing me.” I said

“So, I’m the one teasing.” He smirks “Need I remind you who started the teasing first.”

“I… I… I was only just giving you my thanks.” I stammer. I can feel my face getting redder. I stare up at him as he smiles down at me. he looks so handsome. I can’t be upset with him at all. Even if I can my anger would just diminish fast. Curse his good looks.

“Don’t worry darling you can get all of me later.” He said smirking, his voice sounding seductive. I can feel my wolf surfacing and I growled lowly. He winks at me. is it possible I can get ant redder? “Let me help you put it on.”

“What?” I ask slightly daze.

He picked up the necklace, my mouth formed an O shape. I turn around, lifting my hair he gently places the necklace around my neck. I turn around to face him.

“How does it look?”

“Beautiful on you.”

Smiling I touch the necklace on my neck. “I will never take it off. How did you know it’s my birthday? Even I forgot it.”

“Lily told me.” he said as a matter of fact chuckling.

We sat back down in our respective chair. I ate my cake happily. Boy does it taste so delicious, I thought as I continue digging in. I can feel Kiefer gaze on me, but I did not care because I am in heaven right now. I offer him but he refused.

“Are you ready to leave.” He asks once I finish my cake. He patiently waited for me to finish eating my meal. I nod my head.

Kiefer signal the waiter, Alexandre showed up instead. We thanked him for his meal and complimented him on his dished. Kiefer paid him, thou at first, he did not want to accept but Kiefer manage to convince him. He promises us we will always be welcome at his restaurant and there will always be a reservation always open for us whenever. He also congratulates me on my soon to be born babies and wished me happy birthday.

We left the restaurant and Kiefer help me into the carriage before getting in also. I still can not believe he goat a carriage, a freaking carriage! I was so shocked. He got that and did all this for me. this man is it possible to love him more than I already can? We got back to the pack out fast this time. Kiefer helped me down. The whole ride we make small talks, but I was honestly tired.

We got in the pack house; Kiefer helped upstairs. “Ah I think you got the wrong room.” I said as he led me to the room next door form ours.

“I know” he said smiling as he opens the door.

“Surprise!”

Gasping I step back a little startle and bumped into Kiefer. He helped me find my footing as I stare shockingly in front of me. Everyone, my friends, my brother and even Ariana and Ben stood in the room with happy smiling faces. The room that look like a baby nursery, the walls painted a light shade of grey, they were two cradles set up against the window at the far corner. I can see all the baby stuff animals pack away and the drawer I bet have folded baby clothes. I also notice an adjoining door to our room. When did all of this was set up? How could I not notice?

I walk into the room. “Happy birthday Brella.” Everyone said in union

“How… how did you guys?” I stammer looking around. “how did this room-?

“We will answer all that later Brella, Now just turning around.” lily said jumping excitedly her eyes sparkling.

“What do you mean?” I ask as I turn around. I gasp.

My mate Kiefer stood down on one knee one arm extended towards me. his hand held a small velvet box and, in that box, held one of the most beautifully design diamond ring I have ever seen. Is this what I think it is? My eyes began watering up

“Brella my mate, I meant every word I said back at the restaurant. I plan to make it up to you for the rest of my life. Brella I love you; will you do the honor and marry me?”

Tears ran down as I nod my head. “Yes, Kiefer I will merry you.”

He got up and pulled me into his arms, hugging me.

Congratulation everyone said cheering.
