Braxton said “Hey, you told me to come to your office immediately, so I did” and then started laughing. It was kind of funny and my lips twitched, I pressed my lips together to stop them from moving or a laugh escaping.

Mason hit him in the chest with the back of his hand and said “Man, you are never dressed. You love going around without a shirt on, don’t use being asked to come to the Office as a reason to not be dressed. You could keep a shirt with you to put on after you are complete with training, but we all know you won’t”.

“How can I work on my tan if I have to wear a shirt all the time?” Braxton returned to him, continuing to laugh. We all knew he was just joking around with us, and I felt my nerves start to loosen and felt better about my new pack. Werewolves really didn’t have a problem with exposing their skin, and apparently, Braxton really didn’t have a problem with exposing his, but I guess if I was in as good a shape as he was, I probably would too.

Alpha Andrew clears his throat and continues to speak “Anyway, they are coming from the Howling Wolf pack, and they have had several issues with that pack and recently decided to leave. Brax, I would like you to start training Nicole & Jade starting tomorrow. Neither has had any real training, Nicole had been trained some by Bryan and Aubrey, but we really want them to get more in-depth training now. If Jessica wants to try her hand at training, feel free to train her as well. The girls wanted to stay together for their Senior year, and I see no problem with it. I didn’t have the full story until about an hour ago when they got near our border when Bryan called me to fill me in. I knew Jade had experienced several issues at Howling Wolf, but earlier today some more things ended up happening, and they needed to change up packs immediately. Bryan would you or Jade like to share what had happened to Jade in the last week?”.

Bryan looked at me and tilted his head in question to me. I really didn’t want to talk about what had occurred to me in the last week, so I nodded at him and said “You can go ahead and tell them. I really don’t want to talk about it. This whole week has sucked, and I don’t think that I can tell them my story without crying”.

Bryan then nods and starts speaking “I will try to keep this brief. A little over a month ago the soon-to-be Alpha of the Howling Wolf pack, Eric Taylor, started paying attention to Jade right after he turned 18. Jade believed it was because they were mates but was not sure as she was not 18 yet. She used to be bullied continually by him and his group of friends, but he suddenly stopped the bullying behavior and included her in his group. Last Friday night on their first date it was exposed that it was just a prank to see if she would sleep with Eric”.

I could hear Luna Monica; Beta James and Trainer McCoy all take in a breath at hearing what kind of people were at Howling Wolf. It was not good that an Alpha would participate in that kind of bullying and abuse of a pack member.

Beta James asked Bryan “Was he, her mate?”

Bryan said “No, he wasn’t, and he knew that before he asked her out. The prank, well I can’t honestly call it a prank, as it was much more than an innocent prank. He knew he was not her mate, but he wanted to see if he could get her to sleep with him. They planned on getting her drunk and Eric taking advantage of her if she didn’t voluntarily sleep with him. Things just didn’t go as planned, because the Alpha heir ended up taking her out to eat first like they were on an actual date before they went to the party. Eric’s Girlfriend then came out to where they were sitting in his vehicle and ended up assaulting Jade, with the whole incident caught on video. Jade was humiliated, in front of almost 200 people, and the video that they took was released on social media and has been viewed by over 2 million people”.

Luna Monica gasped loudly and yelled “What in the hell is wrong with those people? Why on earth would they do that to her? I don’t understand, what is wrong with them. That is absolutely disgusting that they would do that to this sweet girl. Why do they pick on her so much?”

Jade speaks up and says “I don’t know why they started bullying me. It is all that I can remember. I never understood why they picked on me so much, but I guess it is because they could get away with it as I am technically an orphan, and no one would do anything to them for hitting and bullying me”.

Beta James speaks up “What do you mean you have no family. I thought you were the daughter of the Gamma for Howling Wolf pack? Are they not your family?”

I turn to Beta James and tell him “No, I found out just this morning that apparently my mother was my Mom’s Sister. I mean that Sylvia, who I thought was my mom my whole life, was my aunt. She never told me, she still hasn’t told me, I overheard her speaking on the phone with my brother, I mean my cousin, this morning after I left school. My mom had a $2,000,000 life insurance policy that named Sylvia as my guardian to raise me. It specified that Sylvia could use half the money to feed and clothe me until I was 18, and then she was to give me the remaining money for me to live on, along with the interest it had been accumulating. She did neither. I had to work at a local diner to earn money for my clothes and shoes, while my bro-, I mean my cousin Jeremy got to stay home. She never bought me clothes or birthday presents, I never had birthday parties except for the last two years, with Nicole and Jessica doing small parties for me. I paid for my own motorcycle, and she ended up apparently spending all the money that was supposed to be mine. They used some of the money to build their house and she gets a new car every few years and gives her old ones to my Da-, Uncle Harold, and to Jeremy. The worst part is that if I hadn’t been rejected first thing this morning at school, I wouldn’t have come home and found out they weren’t my parent. I would have been blindsided after School, as she was planning on kicking me out of the house when I got home from school today. I don’t know what would have happened to me if it had gone down that way, I could have been physically hurt by Jeremy as he was really looking forward to me getting kicked out”.

I hear two loud growls coming from the couch and look over to see both the Beta and Head Warrior digging their nails into the hands and their eyes were flickering from their regular color to black as they tried to control their wolves.

Luna Monica yells out “Are you freaking kidding me? What is the world is happening in that pack? They are totally backward. Jade, I am so sorry you have had to go through all of this. But you are here now, and you are one of us. We will help you through this and I guarantee that nothing like that will happen here”.

I said, “Thank you Luna Monica and Alpha Andrew for allowing me to come here and become a member of your pack. I am really interested in being trained and seeing what my extra abilities will be”.

Alpha Andrew said, “Oh, yes I forgot to mention that part. Beta James and Trainer Braxton you will both be needed to help train Jade. She is a white wolf”.

At that sentence, the Office erupted in noise.
