Hence, Nathan formed the Eastern Front Forces with troops from Remdik, the Curia and several smaller countries on the west. Wolfric led Eagleland and some powerful countries in Adrune and formed the Western Front Forces, which would simultaneously launch an attack on the vampires in the vampire-occupied territory. Eurasia and Remdik deployed lesser troops, so the Western Front Forces were far stronger than the Eastern Front Forces regarding overall combat capability. However, the Eastern Front Forces must pass through many territories of the vampire prince to fight their way to Anddasland and the vampire headquarters.

Numerous tough battles had to be fought. The difficulty of the journey was far greater than that of the western route. Nathan originally planned to switch routes with Wolfric, letting him lead the Eastern Front Forces. However, Wolfric was a very cunning guy, and he refused to switch. In the end, after discussing with Leopold and Eugene IV, Nathan firmly decided that they would take the eastern route, which was the most challenging path to fight the strongest enemies. When the meeting came to an end, it was already afternoon. Nathan ordered each War God of the Eastern Front Forces to gather the troops from their respective countries and make final preparations. The entire army would officially set out for battle the next day. In the evening, Nathan returned to his temporary residence, preparing for dinner. Unexpectedly, the phone rang, and it was a video call from Penny, who was far away. Nathan answered the video call and was startled to see her lying on a hospital bed. Worried, he quickly asked, "Penny, what happened?" Penny frowned slightly, seemingly enduring pain. However, she was still conscious and said with a hint of annoyance, "You fool. Have you forgotten that it's already my due date? I'm already at the hospital waiting to give birth."

Upon hearing this, Nathan was both shocked and delighted.

"Is the baby coming soon?" Penny's cheeks slightly flushed as she whispered, "The dilatation could fit two fingers. I guess the baby will be born today."

Nathan looked at her lying on the hospital bed, wincing in pain. His heart suddenly was filled with guilt.

"I'm sorry for not being by your side when Queenie is born. Now our second child is about to be born, and I still can't be by your side. I'm not a qualified husband at all."

Penny said, "Don't say that. Even though you're not by my side, you've always protected me and the nation's people, and even fighting for world peace. Our children and I are proud of you."

When Nathan heard that, his heart was filled with gratitude for Penny's understanding. He wanted to tell her that the alliance was about to wage war against the vampires in the vampire-occupied territory, which would be the final battle between the alliance and the vampires. As he watched Penny about to enter the delivery room, he couldn't speak, fearing that she would worry about him while giving birth.

He didn't say a word. However, Penny could notice something strange from his expression. She asked softly, "What's the matter? You seem hesitant to speak. Is there something going on?" Nathan shook his head. "It's. nothing."

Penny scolded, "We're married. Do you really think you can hide anything from me? I can tell that something's bothering you just by looking at you. Tell me. There's nothing we can't talk about." After briefly contemplating, Nathan told Penny about his upcoming mission to lead the alliance's troops in the battle against the vampires.
