Sophia’s Revenge – Chapter 36

Stella’s POV

Listening to what they all had to say about us was horrible, but what I plan on doing to them is just as bad. I was going to go up to that table and hold my head high. I wouldn’t be humiliated any longer.

“We just need to hear from Sophia and then we will break up again while the council members rule on an outcome for each accused wolf. Sophia, can you please come forward and tell us your account of what has been said?”

I went to stand up, trying to stay strong, when both of my mates stood up with me and each grabbed my hand. I turned and looked at both of them.

“Thank you but I need to do this by myself, please stay in your seats,” I said.

“Now, Sophia, you have heard what the three people accused have said and now you can tell us your side of things.”

I put my head down. I was going to have to really focus on making this work. I finally raised my head and opened my eyes. I knew they were glowing from all the gasp in the room.

“I am not Sophia, I am her Wolfe Stella. I will be the one up here for her today. I know that she was fed wolfsbane and while that kept me away, I was still there. I have been there since the day she was born. I will not be telling you about what happened to me but I will be showing you.”

“What is this s**t?” Yelled Luna Ann.

“Please, they gave you respect when you were speaking. Now do the same for her.” Said one of the council men.

“She is lying, how can she show us? She has to be working with a witch. You can’t believe anything she is going to show you.”

She was nervous because she knew I was about to expose all of her lies.

“I am not lying about anything that you are about to see. I can’t produce fake images. I am an emerald wolf and this is one of my powers that I was born with.”

“Please continue, Stella.”

I focused really hard on the wall to the side of everyone so that they could all see. I started with the day my parents died. I showed them everything that happened that day and then three days later, when the Alpha and Beta came to see me. I showed them the room I was given and how they gave me nothing. I continued on and showed them the day of the worst punishment ever. The day the Alpha, Luna and Beta used a silver knife down my back for eating a piece of cake I didn’t eat. I showed them the day that Blaine raped me when he said that I raped him. I continued on through the birthday party and when Spencer had caught me in the woods and what happened when he caught me and what he was going to do before Xander and Kane saved me.

I could hear people crying about everything they just witnessed. I stopped the projection so that I could take a few breaths before I continued. I looked at my mates who both had tears running down their faces. I had to look away or I wouldn’t be able to recount the kiddnapping.

“Sophia, you don’t have to continue. I think we have seen enough to make a ruling,” said one of the council women who was visibly crying as well.

“No, I need to show it all. You must know what those two men who are supposed to be leaders did.”

I looked back to the wall and continued with my projection. I started with my walk in the woods and when I heard Blaine speak to me, I started to run but soon fell and was captured by them. I showed them stabbing a syringe of wolfsbane into my neck and since I blacked out, it jumped to me in the bedroom naked. They came in and took me downstairs and tied me to the table and began to beat me. I continued to show them what they did over those three days. Everyone could hear my pleas for them to stop and my screaming. They could see that they got off on the pain they inflicted on me. Before I could get to the last day, one of the council women came to me and put her hand on my shoulder and said “please stop this.”

I looked up to her and saw that she had been crying this whole time. I didn’t know what to do next. Everyone knew what happened, it was now out there. I knew Sophia was in the back of our mind crying. I knew she would struggle with this.

“Stella, I am so sorry that this has happened to you.” Someone said, but I wasn’t sure who.

“The council should have made more of an effort to find you when your parents died. We had been in contact with your parents because they knew that you were special and wanted us to be aware incase something happened to them. We did fail you on this and I hope that you can accept our sincerest apologies. The council is going to step into the next room while we deliberate, but please stay seated as I don’t think this will take long.”

After they all got up Luna Ann was quick to start yelling at me. “You little slut. I don’t know how you have fooled the council, but I will make sure that you pay for this. You will not get away with it. You seduced my son and our future beta and turned the truth into lies to benefit you. We gave you everything and this is what you do to us. You are a worthless little b***h who deserves death. The pack members that killed your parents should have taken you out as well.” She yelled at me.

“Excuse me, the pack members that killed my parents?”

“I meant rouges. Don’t try to blame me for that either.”

It took the council all of three minutes to come back into the room, with their decision.

“I would like to say something before you give your ruling,” said Gamma Leo.

“Go ahead Gamma Leo.”

“While I never participated in the abuse of Sophia, I didn’t stop it either. I was never in the room while she was receiving her punishments, but I would hear Alpha, Luna, and Beta talking about them. I tried to get her medical help the day her parents died but I was told no and the beta made my position very clear and so, from that point forward, I just turned a blind eye and for that I am sorry. I should have done something, anything, and that is the biggest regret of my life. If there is anything I can do to make that up to you, I will, Sophia.”

“Thank you for that, Gamma Leo, I know you are not on trial here but you are correct, you should have done something but we all should have. Again, we are so sorry, Sophia. Now the council finds all three of you guilty of the crimes charged against you. Due to the graphic nature of the abuse you have inflicted on Sophia, we have decided that she will be the one to sentence you to death. It will be in whatever form she chooses. Guards, please take the three of them back to their cells.”

As soon as they had escorted them out of the room, I gave Sophia back control. I was too weak to continue. I knew Sophia was weak also, I depleted all of our energy, but she had more than me at the moment.

“Stella, thank you so much for everything today. I couldn’t have done that. I love you so much!”

“You are so welcome. I would do it again anytime we need too!”

Sophia POV

Before I could even stand up both of my mates had surrounded me and pulled me into a hug. It was at that moment that I lost all control I had left and started sobbing. Xander was quick to pick me up and carry me to my room. Kane was right behind him. He placed me on the bed, telling me to rest.

“Please don’t leave me, I can’t be alone right now. I need both of you.”

They each crawled into bed with me, one on each side. Kane wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him and Xander moved closer and put my head on his chest. He started to stroke my hair. I was still crying but they were telling me how wonderful we were and how I would be able to put this behind me tomorrow and how brave and strong I was. It didn’t take long for me to fall asleep.

I woke up with Kane’s entire body wrapped around mine. His legs were over mine and his arms were tightly wrapped around my stomach and his head was in the crook of my neck. I couldn’t move even if I wanted too. However, Xander’s side of the bed was empty and cold. I wondered where he had gone, but before I could ask, Kane spoke “He had to meet with the council and we didn’t want you alone, so I stayed, but trust me, I got the best of end of that deal.”

I just continued to lay there basking in the feeling of being in Kanes arms. It felt amazing. I could really get used to this. “Kane, I need to get up.”

“Nope, were not moving.”

“I need to pee, and I am really hungry.”

“Fine, go to the bathroom and then we will go eat dinner.”

We met Xander in the dining hall and ate dinner together. His parents and sister were there but they weren’t very talkative today. They just kept giving me looks of pity. I didn’t want their pity, I just wanted them to accept me for who I was. I am guessing that Alpha Ty and Luna Caroline met with the council after I fell asleep and must have told Avery. I really just wanted to put it all behind me. We finished our meal in silence and I excused myself to my room.

Xander and Kane were right behind me.

“Baby girl, we need to talk about tomorrow.”

“I know and I don’t know if it is something I can do. I can’t kill someone.”

“Beautiful, you don’t have too, we will do it for you.”

“Girl, you are not doing this but I am. I am doing this for us and I promise to make them suffer just the way you did.”

“Stella, I can’t be a part of that.”

“You don’t have to, I will be doing it and I will put up a block so you don’t even know what is going on. It will be like you are taking a nap.”

“Stella, will be doing it. She is going to put up a block, so I don’t know what is going on. Please don’t leave her and please don’t let her lose control. She is angry and wants to make them suffer like I have.”

“Beautiful, we have you and her. We will not let anything bad happen to her or you.”

The next day I woke up and showered and put on some leggings and a comfy shirt. I was supposed to meet the council before I served out the punishments. We walked downstairs and met them at the same conference room as yesterday. We walked in and all four of them were sitting there along with Gamma Leo.

“Sophia, please have a seat. We want to go over a few things before we leave.”

The three of us sat down and looked at them waiting for whatever they had to say.

“We would like to apologize again about this. It should have never happened. We have to appoint a new Alpha for the Yellow Moon pack. The council would like to appoint Gamma Leo unless you would like to take it over. It’s the least we can offer you at this time.”

I was completely stunned. I didn’t want my own pack. I had enough going on in my life, I didn’t need to learn the ins and outs of an Alpha.

“I think that Alpha Leo, will be great. I do however request that you make surprise visits to the pack to make sure things are going good.”

“Consider it done. We will be taking our leave now Sophia, and we wish you the best. Please reach out if you ever need anything.”

“Thank You.”

With that they left and went home. I was left in the conference room with my two mates staring at me.

“Beautiful, it is time and just remember we have you the whole way. We will not let Stella, lose control and will help her with whatever she needs.”

“I love you two!”

s**t, did I really just say that. I didn’t even know where that came from. They were both just staring at me.

“Baby girl, we love you too.”
