Sophia POV

We got back to the house, and I was still feeling really warm.

“Xander, I am really warm, I am going to the kitchen to drink some water. I will meet you upstairs.”

“OK, beautiful.”

I walked into the kitchen and got myself a cold glass of water and just stood in front of the fridge letting the cold air hit me.

“Stella, why are we so warm?”

“I am sorry I can’t stop this from happening. It’s time and we have waited as long as we could.”

“What are you talking about?”

I was met with silence from her. I had no clue what she was talking about. I was still standing in front of the fridge when I got a sharp pain in my stomach, causing me to double over for a second. I felt like I was getting hotter by the second. I continued to drink my water, when I heard the door to the kitchen open. I ignored whoever walked in and kept drinking and then another pain hit me but this time it was much worse. It made me drop my glass on the ground and scream out. Whoever was with me ran over.

“Excuse me, are you ok?” They asked, but as soon as I turned around their eyes went completely black with l**t.

He was getting closer and closer to me. I can’t let this happen again. The training I was doing came to mind. I brought my knee up and slammed it into his balls as hard as I could and took off running and made it to the entry way when another pain hit me. This time it was so intense that I dropped to the ground screaming. I was so hot, I thought I would explode like a volcano. Gamma Luke came running over and bending down asking me if I was OK, but I couldn’t talk. It hurt so bad.

I could hear Gamma Luke fighting with someone but the pain and heat was overtaking me, and I couldn’t focus on anything. Suddenly, Xanders arms came around me and lifted me off the ground. His eyes were pitch black and he was growling. Just his touch was enough to ease the pain slightly. He took the stairs two at a time quickly getting to my room. He took me straight to the shower and turned the water on ice cold and stepped inside the shower. The cold water felt great on my body, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I needed him and Kane right now.

“Stella, is this what you were talking about?”

“Yes, and I am sorry but please just let our mates take care of us. They will make it better and you will enjoy it I promise.”

I couldn’t even answer her. I pressed myself up against Xander and started to k**s him. This earned me a growl of approval. “I can’t do anything without Kane. We promised each other we wouldn’t do this without the other one knowing.”

I continued to rub my body all over him. We were still in the shower with the cold water running on us, but I think the heat rolling off me was keeping both of us warm. I started to k**s down Xanders neck when he slammed me up against the wall and his lips slammed down on mine. He was being aggressive with his k**s. His tongue was trying to gain access and I happily let him. The bathroom door slammed open, and Kane stood outside the shower with completely black eyes. He reached in and turned the shower off and grabbed a towel and pulled me out of the shower.
