Kane’s POV

The doctor walked in after the three of us had fallen asleep on Sophia’s bed and woke us up and sent us all home. We all went upstairs to our room and passed back out in bed together.

I woke up and found that Xander and Sophia had gone but they left the bathroom door open, and they were in there. The steam was carrying Sophia’s arousal all the way out here. There were so many racks of dress in their room and Luna Caroline, Avery and Sara were all standing there staring at us, waiting for some type of reaction.

Sophia turned around with tears in her eyes. “Thank you, guys. This means so much to me. I was having such a great time until those girls showed up. Now you two have to leave because you can’t see my dress or any dress that I am trying on, so be gone with you.”

Everyone in the room started laughing as we turned and left the room.

After we left Xander started in on me about training. “Why did you let her get hurt?”

“She has to learn to defend herself. You know as much as I do that sometimes during training, we get hurt but that is the best way to learn.”

“I know, but we are supposed to protect her and not let her get hurt. I don’t want her in battle ever.”

“Me neither, but what happens if one of us is not with her. She has to learn. It will also give her a major boost of confidence if she can learn some moves.”

“Fine, can we please go get some more work done.”
