she shook her head he was being rather Blunt than she expected, perhaps she did not really know the real Shawn until now, but it felt as if it was him who did not know the real her. She was not mad at him that he was caring about her, she loved that he did not want to leave her behind, Mike would have left her behind and her father would have done the same thing too but Shawn proved different almost every time and she loved that about him and she loves that about him. "she was not happy that he had insinuated that she was being childish, however, she could not do anything since Shawn had made up his mind and it did not seem as though he was ever going to change his mind, she hated it when he was acting like this but then it was admirable seeing someone being so adamant on protecting her until the very end.

if she was a little girl, Shawn would not have hesitated to turn her around and spank her for being hard-headed, he was trying to let her know that there was danger lurking around but she seemed to be nonchalant towards it and cared more about staying behind than to come anywhere with him as if he was ever going to let that happen.

if it let her stay behind then everything they would have shared would be for nothing so that also meant that the feelings that he has always had and the jealousy that he has been feeling ever since G informed him about the love triangle between Mike and Ashley would have been all made up but that was not possible since he felt the jealousy himself.

"you think I can't protect myself?" Hannah wanted to laugh at her words but then she held herself, the last time it was not as if she could not protect herself from Mike but he was being rather aggressive with her when he was drunk, her best option was to record every account of what happened but Mike would have hurt her by then if Sean did not show up the time that he did and saved her from his aggressive hands.

"I know very well that you can protect, I have seen you stand up for yourself, you're not the kind of person anyone will push you around Hannah but then you don't even know who the enemy is and I don't know either so how exactly are you going to protect yourself from this person"
