Chapter 77: The Luna of your Pack

The Luna of your pack?" Hannah was surprised that he even brought up that in this situation. he had no idea that was what had been going through his mind the very first day he had informed her that she was going to head back home with her. it wasn't just all about protecting her. Of course, he knew he had to protect her with his life, but then he also knew that he needed to make sure that she would always be by his side and that she would realize that they were mates so the only way that he could do that was to make her the luna When they arrive and everyone in his family gets to meet her.

"I have never thought about being a Luna in my entire life, all I have always been was just a simple werewolf who lived all through her life by hated by her all family and cared for her mother in the hospital. I never even expected that my mate would turn out to be an alpha, and when it did, I could not do anything about it because somehow in my head, I thought I liked it, for so long I have always wished that I had a mate who I can air my feelings to"

"I am here now, you can air your feelings to me and I will listen to you always. I'll be here for you if you need me, and when you call on me I'll always answer you so don't ever think that I am not here for you because I am here with you at all times even when you least expect it" Hannah opened her mouth and closed it, she was not even sure what to say to him, she could not possibly tell him that she had not expected him to be the person who would hear her feelings too, and now he had turned out to be her mate, she was happy that he was. but then, there was still this restraint she was having towards telling him everything that would happen once they got to the pack. it was his people and he had been with them for so long more than he had been with her, they had only just met for a little while, and then the little while that they met she had grown fond of him so much that she would not want to see him get hurt because of her or because of the altercations that may occur once they get to his pack.

"Why are you not saying anything? Don't you want to tell me everything, you know we promised not to keep secrets between us, but I want you to be able to tell me whatever happens once you get to the pack and I will listen to you, I won't judge you and I will never ask you why it happened. all I want is for you to trust me because I trust you entirely with my whole heart"

"I trust you" she whispered and he shook his head. he did not doubt that though, but he wasn't sure that she said that with her entire heart.

"Tell me, what's wrong with you? who knows I may make it better"

"Why do you think something is wrong with me? there is nothing wrong with me"

"You know you can lie to everyone else and they made by that story, but then you cannot lie to me because I am your mate and I can see right through you especially now that we have mated and I have marked you"

"You don't have to say it all the time" A flush touched her cheek and she laughed.

"I know, I did not mean to but then I had to make a point so that you can figure out that you can always trust me and even though you say that you trusted me, I don't think you meant entirely"

"This is your pact you're talking about, and now he thinks you're thinking of making me the Luna, not everyone is going to be on the same page with that, not everyone is going to support you and not to mention you have an enemy out for you. I don't think you should be thinking about announcing me as a Luna of your pack and introducing me to the rest of your back as your mate, but you should be more worried about the man who is trying to hunt down your life. I hope that you find him and give me a taste of his own medicine that way he will never have to come I'm you and you will never have to live in fear again"

"I have never lived in fear" If it was someone else who had admitted this, he would have been very mad at them and probably punished them for having to indicate that the Alpha was scared.

"I'm not saying that you're scared but I'm saying that you are scared for the rest of your family"

"I know that is what you meant"

"Are you sure? I don't think you know that, I think you thought I meant the other way around. You thought I was thinking about you and I indicated that you are scared, I know that you are not scared of anything at all, I saw what you did with Mike, and if you were scared then you wouldn't have done that at all. You did not care about the security or the fact that anyone could call the cops on you, you did not care at all about all those things and you defended me right in front of everyone so how could you be scared of your enemy? The only thing that they will use against you is your weakness and your weakness lies in the people that you care about"

"Hannah" he whispered and she stared right into his eyes hoping that he still had his eyes on the road.

"What would I do without you?" He smiled
