Shawn shook his head disappointed at her, he was not happy that she had cheered that he was hovering around her while all he wanted to do was make it better. he did not like the fact that his parents disapproved of her and even admitted that all the werewolves will not approve of Hannah due to her background. he did not know why it had to matter since I was such a loving woman and she had devoted her entire life to taking care of him ever since they met. Not a day has gone by that he regretted their meeting and hoped that someday they would become closer than anything else, but his parents were being so difficult and he did not know how to go about it. he wished he could get through to them, but first, he wanted to talk to her to make sure that they were on the same page, nevertheless, it seemed as though Hannah was not interested in having any form of conversation with him.

She quickly yanked her hand away from him, yelling at him and he smiled, but it did not reach his eyes. he was trying to control his emotions but the motion did little to control him. he wasn't mad at her, but mad at his parents and everyone in the pack who did not want to realize that Hannah was the right person who could ever stay by his side to rule over this Pack, she was nice and very strong, she was nothing like anyone will even imagine. he would admit that the first time he set his eyes on her, he had imagined that she was a weak wolf but she wasn't, after seeing what she did to Ashley and how she stood up for herself at her workplace he has come to realize that she was never to be underestimated, she was full of surprises and does not hesitate to put anyone in their place no matter who they are. she blinked her eyes looking everywhere else but into his eyes. She did not want to just admit everything to him because that would be very sad, but that was the truth because she had informed him earlier and he had reassured her giving her so much hope. Shawn does not want it to seem as though he is leading her on but everything he has told her is the truth, his parents would have welcomed her, she was sure of it, but right now he is so confused that he did not even know what to say to her anymore. she was angry that everything has turned out this way after he had promised her That she was going to be happy in his Pack.

"If you blame me all you have to do is admit it, but you don't even have to because I can see it in your eyes and you are right. I was such a fool only, I should not have thought only one way and imagined that anything could go wrong. I never thought that my parents would do this and the rest of the pack as well. do you know why? because I never thought that your background matters at all. It never mattered to me and I have done nothing more than love you right from the first day that I met you, I have always admired you for who you are, and even when I did not admit that you were my mate, I have always been there to defend you, I defended you in front of your mother and everyone else because all those things and not important to me"

"But they're important to your mother, father, and the rest of the pack. you need them to become a great alpha that everyone else is going to love and I cannot stop that from happening"

"I'm trying to tell you that I don't know this thing between us where it will lead us and I don't want to be the reason why your pack will turn against you, if that ever happens I will die. I want to hear the kind of Alpha that you will be in the future and even if I'm not there with you alright, I won't deprive you of the right thing that only belongs to you because I want to stay by Your Side"

Shawn shook his head disapprovingly, but it was already too late, her mind was made up and he was going through that moment again. She tapped gently on his shoulder reassuring him that he was going to be alright without her.
