I sat down slowly and picked up my fork after taking a sip from my glass of juice,

"All that matters is that Amelia’s safe."

Luna Aurora uttered, but Dexter curled his hands on the table,

"Like you really care about her. How are we certain the attack wasn’t orchestrated by you in the first place." He muttered and I widened my eyes, averting my gaze at Clara who just kept on eating,

Luna Aurora averted her gaze to stare at Dexter and I could tell that something would go wrong any minute,

She scoffed at him,

"I’m your mother, Dexter and I want the best for you. How could you think so low of me?" She questioned, tears threatening to slide down from her eyes, but what shocked me even more was when I heard a loud scoff from Clara,

Why the hell did they hate her? I certainly did not hate Luna Aurora even a little bit as she was the kindest here,

"I know I haven’t been much of a mother to you, but I’m really trying my best for all of you. How else should I prove my sincerity to you two?*

"Leave!" We all heard Clara’s voice as she dropped her fork on the table,

"Leave the pack just the way you schemed your way into it by killing my mother and bewitching my father!" She yelled and I widened my eyes

So this was what all of this was about? I had never seen Luna Aurora as someone who would ever try to take a life and I still didn’t. The look in her eyes was so pure and I knew she was hurt by Clara’s words but I couldn’t say anything,

"I.... Love your father... I have done nothing but love him...’

"Silent!" The Alpha king ordered with a loud bang on the table and everyone shook in fear except Dexter,

"Y..." He tried to talk, but instantly began shaking and when we noticed this, Luna Aurora rose to her feet first, rushing towards him,

"Honey! Honey, are you okay?" She yelled, holding him and trying to make him not lose consciousness while I had no idea what to do,

"Call the pack doctor, immediately!" The Luna yelled immediately the Alpha king lost consciousness.
