"Just who the f**k do you think you are to touch my mate like that?" Rayan growls, Misheck's eyes widen in shock and they move from him to me

Rayan extends his hand to me and I go to him immediately. He grabs my waist, his eyes are still glaring Misheck.

"M-mate?" He stammers. Rayan releases me and matches up to Misheck. The doctor backs away.

He looks very uncomfortable under my mate's gaze.

Rayan raises his hand to Misheck's neck and with ease, he lifts him off the ground.

"Rayan, stop," I hiss. People might see and start to create stories.

"Never ever, will you lie your hands on her. Lucille is my mate and your future Queen and will be treated as one," he barks, his voice is deep and scary. I hold his shoulder and immediately throws him against the wall Misheck staggers and bows his head. His face is filled with regret as his eyes land on me

"I'm sorry, Princess Lucy," I nod with a kind smile and to Rayan, he says

"Prince Rayan, as a man I give you my word that I had no Ill will against her, my wolf and I just took a liking to her because he's been wanting us to settle now and I thought lady Lucy might be the one. But now that I know she's yours, I'll keep my distance. Congratulations on finding your mate," he says most sincerely.

Rayan's eyes soften and he nods.

"Father and mother are retiring to bed and they want to bid you goodnight," Rayan says.

I nod and we leave but he stops and turns back to Misheck

"Tomorrow we are going to the pride moon pack, you should come in case we meet unwanted resistance, it might help you blow some steam,"

I'm surprised by Rayan. I knew we would go there not just tomorrow but I'm happy that we are going to put Josh and Crystal in their place.

Especially after they took part in what happened to my Dad.

The rest of the night we spent time having fun, dancing, and watching fireworks..

Rayan is a little drunk and can't keep his hands and lips off me but who isn't, everyone is drinking so much even Olivia has loosened up and chatting with Naomi.

"I love you," Rayan keeps saying in my ear.

"I love you too, my Prince. Now, let's get you to bed," I murmur. He nods against me and we say goodbye to everyone.

I manage to take him to his suite and take off his shirt. I lie him in bed but he pulls me closer to him, I straddle him.

"Did I tell you how beautiful you are?" He asks, our faces are very close to one another

I smile against his lips " you never miss a chance,"

Rayan is amazing, he makes me feel loved and appreciated all the time.

He reminds me every day just how beautiful I am.

"I've never been this vulnerable before," he confesses.

'you don't always have to have your guard up with me. I got you," I whisper to him.

"No one has ever said that to me,"

"I'll always be in your corner, Rayan,"

"Always, and I promise to do the same," he whispers.

We share a long deep kiss then he fully throws his head back on the bed. I caress his face and he looks into my eyes. His hands raise to touch my waist "You danced well tonight," he smiles.

"Oh really." I begin to move my hips and waist slowly, repeating how I was dancing.

Rayan groans and guides me with his hands, his eyes are closed while I continue my movements.

He lifts his head to my neck and kisses me.

"I need to take a long cold shower, you're not making things easy for me, woman," he chuckles

I laugh and get off him, knowing exactly what he means.

He gets off his trousers, leaving him in his black boxers, I gasp, yo, Rayan has a huge boner under his boxers.

He begins to walk closer while I take steps away. He has a smirk playing on his lips.

"Scared?"

I clear my throat and boldly look up to him.

"Of course not, I've seen bigger," I bite my lips while he raises his eyebrows. I turn to walk out of the room but he abruptly carries me. My legs are wrapped against his bare torso and he crashes his lips against mine. His kiss is Savage and when he pulls away, he smiles

"You know that's a lie," I'm blushing, I've never even been this close to a man.

"I know you have always wanted to wait until marriage," he says. I kiss his forehead

"Is this why you restrain yourself, Rayan, you can take me if you choose,"

"Oh I will, baby trust me," his voice is husky and damn sexy." But I want to do that when you're my wife, and Queen,"

He kisses my collarbone. I'm smiling and I wrap my arms around his neck.

We stay in an embrace for a long time until he pulls away.

He puts me down gently " my Prince, I should be leaving,"

"No, lie in my embrace tonight," he says softly. He didn't have to ask twice. I nod and he disappears into his walk-in closet. I take this time to look around the suite, it's no different from mine, except right opposite his enormous bed, there is a huge picture of me, it was one of the pictures Enol took of me the day we were touring the City. I was laughing.

There are huge windows, a large terrace that overlooks the city

It has a full set of sofas and a small table. I walk back in and notice there is another door. I open it and there is a salon with two couches, a table, and a huge flatscreen that looks like he was playing his games on, he mentioned once that he loves to play. Rayan also has a whole liquor bar! He appreciates his whiskey. The whole room is very neat and smells just like him, I'm sure he spends a lot of time in here than his bedroom.

"Lucy," I hear him call. I go to him.

He has a white shirt in his hands

"I'd ask you to join me in the shower but it would end the way I didn't plan so, you can go in then I'll go later," he says giving me his shirt and black boxers. I nod and go there.

When I come out, I feel refreshed and nice. Rayan is lying on the bed, facing the ceiling. I notice he is dozing. I wake him up and he lazily goes to the shower. What a sleepy head.

I lie in the duvet and close my eyes, soon I feel his arms wrapped around my waist, and I breathe in his scent.

I feel him kiss me before we both fall into a deep slumber.

'Help me, Help me!' a voice is ringing in my head.

'Lucy Lucy!' I'm in a dark tunnel, running in search of the voice. I'm desperate to find the woman calling me.

Just as I approach the voice I'm taken to another place.

Suddenly, I'm in a strange place, there is a lake of fire, surrounded by an island. The hall I'm in is so creepy and they are statues of odd-looking people.

I can't feel Pisces as well. For some reason, I can't move or talk no matter how much I struggle.

A man I don't know is sitting on a throat, next to him is a beautiful tall girl, her raven hair is long, her full lips have a smirk on and her eyes are dark.

'Is this the one?' she's asking the male next to her. He nods smiling at me.

And the child?' she inquires.

'That's where you come in, dear,'

I continue to struggle against the unknown forces, trying to scream as the fire spread out to consume me but I can't move, tears are streaming down my face and all I feel is hatred for these strangers. "Lucy, baby wakes up," Rayan is shaking me

I abruptly get into a sitting position as my eyes open. Rayan is looking at me worriedly. He puts a strand of hair behind my ear and asks

"What is it?" I'm crying and he pulls me into a comforting embrace as I cry.

"My love, what is it?" I only shake my head, I had a terrible dream. I open my mouth to tell him but it but I don't remember.

"I can't remember, but Rayan it was a bad dream,"

He sighs and kisses my forehead when I remember something " Rayan, I think someone wanted to get Ahyan from me,"

Realization dawns on me. And I widen my eyes as I panic

"No, no, someone wanted to take my son, Rayan I can't let that happen,"

I'm rumbling at this point. Rayan is trying his best to calm me but I can't, it only gets worse when I think someone is getting Ahyan from me

"Baby, I won't let that happen," he says, suddenly he stops talking and hurriedly gets away from the bed.

"Lucille," I sense panic in his voice.

'Pisces, Pisces, breathe,' I hear Rexan instructs. My wolf immediately soothes me. I'm quiet but I feel hot suddenly. A scream erupts from my mouth when I realize the bed has caught flames, I jump and run to my mate but stop, my body is on fire, the flames are red and blue. It's not burning me but I can feel and see it, and from the look of Rayan's shirt, it did burn him.

"Breath in and out deeply,"

I do as he says and slowly the fire on my body and bed begin to extinguish.

We are silent, looking at the bed in awe, it's burned.

"Wow, at least we know you have firepower," Rayan suddenly says. He sounds amused.

"I'm sorry about your bed,"

"I hated it anywhere," he says and opens his arms to me. I go to him immediately. All this is surreal, I knew I could make fire but I don't know how or control it.

'emotions, Pisces chimes in

what do you mean?' I ask

'fire is alive and works with emotions, if you are scared or panic, it just comes and if not controlled, it can spread out. It needs a calm mind, Lucy. We need to have better control of our emotions. We really could have hurt Rayan,' she explains. I hold him closer, feeling a little overwhelmed. I never want to hurt anyone, especially Rayan.

"You have beautiful flames," he says.

"Did I hurt you," he shakes his head, putting one arm behind his back

"No," Rayan is lying. I grab his hand quickly to inspect it, there is a huge red mark

"Oh my goddess, I hurt you," I cover my mouth with my hand and back away from him. Rayan frowns

"No Lucy. Don't do that. Look it's healing,"

I shake my head and look away from him. He stands behind me, his hands on my shoulder, and says,

"I'm okay, please-" he is interrupted as the door opens. Enol and Jasper walks in. They stop to look at the bed one second then at us

"Cool Princess. She keeps burning you," Enol wiggles his eyes and I scowl. I feel Rayan's hands move, maybe to stop his brother from making jokes because Enol nods.

"Uum, congrats on getting your fire energy," Jasper smiles.

"Yeh, I almost hurt Rayan," I turn and inspect his hand once more, it's just dark now and almost done healing

"I'm sure he can handle a burn or two," Enol shrugs.

"Anyway, we came to check if you are ready,"

"For what?" I ask

"We are going to pride moon pack, you have an alpha to fight,"

Jasper says, with everything that happened I almost forgot about that.

"Okay," I sigh. Jasper's face shows concern

"Are you starting to have doubts about taking back your title from Joshua?"

"Of course not. I can't wait to put them in hell where they belong," I say with a small smile.

"I'm sure you will. You are stronger than most these days," Enol says

"Than you?" I smirk

"Not us, the only advantage you'd have over me is your fire," I roll my eyes and pat his shoulder.

"I'll get ready, give me 30 minutes," I say and exit the room. I don't go straight to my room, instead go to Ahyan's. He's playing in his playroom. I crouch down on the door. When he notices me, he gets up and tries to take steps towards me.

"Baby," he jumps into my arms, I hold him kindly.

"How was your night, my baby?"

"Fine!" He responds in an excited voice.

I'm glad. The door opens and Meredith walks in. She smiles and greets me.

"I just went to prepare his food," she informs me." My lady, is it okay if we went to the park today? He was very happy the last time we went there,"

"Park!" He squeals. I turn to Meredith.

"It's too dangerous-"

"Mama, park! park!" Ahyan continues to cheer. He is excited about it.

"Fine, take Kai and a few guards with you and I want you to be with him at all times," I give in

She smiles and immediately carries him.

I kiss him goodbye and promised to be back soon.

I go to my room and take a quick shower, change into a black outfit before going out. There is a line of cars waiting.

My aunt is talking to Rayan and Derek. As soon as they notice me, they stop. I hug my aunt and Derek

"Ready?" Rayan asks. I nod and we get into our cars. I'm in the car with Rayan and Enol.

"Where's Jasper?"

"He stayed, an urgent matter needed his attention," he tells me, for some reason that didn't sit well with me but I ignore it and hold my mate's hand.
