Morning came earlier and I dreaded walking out, I can already hear the chattering and members hurrying about, probably preparing for the wedding. Someone gets my duvets from my head. Naomi is smiling brightly, pointing at ..." Oh my god," I gasp, getting out of the bed.

"It's so beautiful!" I whisper looking at the wedding dress.

"Custom made," beams Naomi happily.

She claps her hand twice and a man and two women walk in.

The woman is carrying heavy-looking bags while the tall man walks toward me.

He smiles and inspects my face.

"Beautiful, my dear," the man has a feminine voice.

"We have been paid a lot of money to make you look extra beautiful for your wedding day!" He cheers.

I smile and he claps again.

The two ladies with him drag me away into the bathroom.

"Naomi, I can wash!" I shout so that she can hear me.

"I don't want you lifting a finger today!" My best friend says back.

The two ladies help with my hair and all.

When we walk back in, they are many cosmetics and everything I will need.

They begin to do my hair and face.

As they work, we joke and laugh about everything.

The man is a designer, his name is Tsepo.

He knew a lot about makeup. Finally, I wear my wedding dress and they all gush over me. I feel and look

great.

We take lots of pictures, some I sent to Josh others Naomi put on her social media platform.

I walk downstairs, a Naomi gives me a bouquet of white lilies. I love them.

Nana and Derek are smiling back at me.

"Oh my god," Nana breathes.

Everyone surrounds me, fawning on my looks.

"wow, like a princess," a girl says in awe.

"thank you," I say.

The door burst open and I squeal when I Crystal. I'm so happy.

"Helllllo!" She sings. I start to run up to her but my Nana holds my hand.

She hugs me." You are beautiful my princess, I'm most proud of you,"

Crystal hugs me tightly then comes to me.

"You look beautiful," she whispers, however, her voice is blank.

Crystal pulls away and scowls as her eyes curiously look at Naomi. They awkwardly exchange a hug.

"Excuse me, ladies," Crystal sighs, walking past us.

"Where is she going and is she wearing white?" Naomi asks, shocked.

"I'm sure she has gone to change in my room,"

We are discussing how the program will go today, the wedding planner has done a good job. Everything is in place and perfect!

"It's gonna be the wedding of the year," Nana says joyfully and Naomi Naomi nods her agreement.

"Hello, beautiful daughter-in-law," Josh's mom walks into the room we are in.

She smiles and hugs me. Complimenting me on how beautiful I am.

I blush and mutter a thank you

"You too," she's wearing a beautiful long dress that hugs her perfectly.

She pulls me in another hug and says.

"I'm glad to welcome you into our family. You have no idea how happy I am today!" The woman is cheerful.

She gasps and looks at the clock.

"Where is that son of mine, we need to get going!"

"I'll find him," I say. Plus, I want to talk to him.

"No, my dear. It's bad luck," I laugh and flicked my hand.

"I don't believe in that or I'll just stand outside the door,"

Naomi and Nana are about to protest but I stop them, pouting.

"Please, I also need to talk to him,"

I give them my best puppy dog eyes, no one can ever refuse them. I smile when they sigh in defeat.

I walk to the third floor where Josh is getting ready with a few of his best men.

I Steele and try to say something just there but suddenly, I hear moaning coming from inside.

I squint my eyes and push the door open, the moans are getting louder.

I walk to the bathroom and open the door and my life seizes at what I see.

My fiancé is heavily making out with my best friend. They are too busy f*****g that they can't even see

me.

"Aah, yes," Crystal moans.

A loud sob escapes me and they both turn to me.

I walk back into the room, crying and pacing.

After a few minutes, the two walk out of the bathroom, getting dressed.

I'm glaring at the both of them, Josh averts his gaze and faces the wall while Crystal looks at me

defiantly, with no regret or sadness there.

"Why?" I choke. I'm trembling right now.

"Why? Are you seriously asking me that?!" She all but yells and I'm taken back.

"I've always loved Josh and you took him away from me!"

My eyes widen and my mouth opens.

A bitter laugh escapes my lips and I feel tears roll down my cheeks.

"Josh picked me," I look her dead in her eyes.

Before Josh and I dated, he was closer to Crystal but nothing happened between them.

What is she talking about? Seeing my confused expression, she continues.

"You were the alpha's daughter who got everything! The beauty, the love, and the respect!" She burst

out loudly. Everyone loved Crystal, she is one of the best warriors and through that has earned their respect.

"Josh," I call, he finally looks at me.

"How long?" that Is all I ask.

"For as long as I can remember. Josh wanted to tell you but then, he wanted to be alpha so bad, so I told him to tolerate you and wait a while longer," Crystal explains. I laugh like a crazy woman and shake my head.

"So you used me to get to the position," I'm hyperventilating now, and my chest feels constricted. "Now that you know, I guess we don't have to fake it. Josh and I are in love," my best friend's voice sounds proud.

I can't believe this is Crystal, it's like she just changed overnight. Her expression is not soft Instead it's hard and unpleasant to look at.

"I honestly wanted to be with you but..." Josh looks at Crystal who signals with her head to continue. "You are not a wolf, I can never be with someone as weak as you," Josh sneers, his tone taking a different one.

"What if our future pups also turn to be like you?" He asks, he sounds agitated now.

"I need a powerful Luna by my side, not a liability. One who can fight and defend themselves," he finishes.

"I'm the Alpha's daughter and.." they both scoff wickedly.

"Times are bad now. And crystal can hold her own, she has great plans for the pack and a good f**k,”

He gazes at her lovingly, she seemed offended at the last statement but she brushed it aside.

"It's my time now," Crystal says softly, smiling at me and all I want to do is jump and scratch her face

off.

Tears are streaming down my cheeks like a river of sorrow. I shake my head and go closer to Josh but he growls and I flinch.

"Please don't do this," I cry loudly.

"Just get out," Josh says.

"This is my pack!" I say vehemently.

"And now it's Josh. Your daddy handed it over before he was sadly taken away," she has a mocking

expression on her face.

I march towards her angrily. Wanting to slap her In the face but her reflex is quicker. I watch as Crystal's

eyes change color, and dig her claws in mine. She pushes me against the floor hard.

"Crystal," Josh hisses, wanting to come to me but she holds him down.

She snarls at me

"Don't try me, I can easily kill you,"

To Josh she says. " Don't forget I'm the reason you are alpha, so..." before she can finish, he cuts her with a long kiss. They make out in my presence until the door bursts open.
