I couldn’t help it because of the pull I felt. Was this what mate pull was all about? I gave him entrance into my mouth as I deepened the k**s. His hand roamed inside my dress as he secured me closer to his chest. My hand hastily played with his curly and neatly kept hair.

I was breathing hard for air but I just couldn’t stop. He kissed and licked my bottom lips as an involuntary m**n evaded my lips. I pushed him away the moment I came to my senses. “We shouldn’t do this, this is wrong,” I said, even if my whole body was in heat and wanted him.

“This is the reason I stayed away from you, Mi luz. I felt like you wanted space and that I was a burden to you. I can’t help the pull I feel when I see you, I want to touch and feel you.” He let out, leaving my mouth agape. I stood up before moving close to him, “I’m sorry for being a p***y and trying to stop the mate’s pull even if I had no power to do that,” I said as his hands rubbed softly on my cheeks, making me close my eyes from the sudden sparks his touch gave my body.

“You should go to bed,” he said, pulling his hands away. I instantly hated the fact that he wanted to leave and not my wolf. I moved closer to his lips before kissing his upper lips, but he didn’t respond. I kissed his bottom lips as he held on to my neck.

“You asked for this, Mi Luz,” he let out.

This time around, his k**s was so intense. It felt like he was trying to draw out the heat and give me pleasure. He kept kissing me roughly as his hands roamed inside my clothes, making me breathless. His canines grew as they brushed the spot where my mate Mark was to reside.

He removed them the moment he pulled away from the k**s. His forehead was placed on mine as we caught our breath. “I’m sorry for not checking up on you,” he said, pecking my forehead. “Wait here, I need to mind-link Collins,” he said, making me nod.

I lay on my bed with a smile waiting for Alpha Kai. I ended up dripping into a deep sleep without knowing. I woke up coughing hard. “Are you okay?”

I heard Kai’s voice. He aeemed to be wearing only a short boxer, sleeping next to me with his hair in a messy way. His eyes still seemed sleepy. “Did you have a bad dream again?” He asked, rubbing my back to probably calm me down.

“This isn’t your room,” I let out.

“I stay back in case something happens,” he said, making me nod. “What would happen?” I asked, turning to face him. He looked so hot even after he had just woken up from a deep slumber.

“Collins mind-linked me that I needed to protect you, I have a lot of enemies. Especially now that I have found you! If they have a slight idea that you’re my mate, they would do everything possible to hurt you and I can’t take it if anything happens to you,” he said, staring keenly at me.

“What is your nightmare like?” He asked.

“I can’t seem to remember anything when I wake up,” I said as he pulled me into a hug. “It’s 4.01 AM, we should perhaps sleep some more,” he said as he pulled the covers on my body before pulling me tightly. He kissed my forehead before wrapping his hands around my waist, his scent filled the air as I curled up closer to him.

ALPHA KAI KHAN

I strived to stand up to shut the window but Sabrina seemed to hold onto me tightly. The scent she possessed was really cute and charming. “Do you have to leave?” She asked, drowsily. “I need to close the window, the sunset is lofty,” I said, making her nod.

“I have work but I promised to finish early and get back to you,” I said as a frown appeared on her face. “Would Ms.Miranda come by?” She asked, making me wiggle my head to indicate No.

“My sister Lisa will stay with you, she wants to meet you and Ms.Miranda has too much work at the packhouse,” I said, bringing out the clothes I was going to fix on as I felt a hand wrapped around my waist. “Can’t you stay for today?” She said, making me twirl around.

“Can I make it up to you?” I said, placing a small peck on her lips. “Does this shirt fit me?” I asked, the look in her eyes showed that she was stunned. “How did you know that I could see?” She asked me. “Your eyes turn ocean blue when you see and brown when you can’t,” I said with a smile.

I moved forward to k**s those lips of hers but the door pushed open, making me pull away with a cough. “Sorry for interrupting you bunch of horny adults,” the voice of Lisa echoed, making me smile.

“How many times do I have to tell you to learn to knock?” I asked, making her chuckle. “You shouldn’t let my brother sway you, he is indeed a player,” Lisa said, making me wiggle my head. “I’m Lisa, it is nice to finally meet you, Sabrina,” Lisa said, yanking Sabrina into a hug.

“We ladies have a lot to catch up on, why don’t you head out already?” Lisa said as I glanced at Sabrina, who gave me a nod before I left.

I walked right back before blowing a k**s at Sabrina, which she returned with a blush. I hurriedly had breakfast before leaving for the office.

“Alpha, the red moon pack seems to be in danger,” Collins mind-linked, making me drop my cup to head out of the house. I hoped he was okay.
