Unconscious Husband: Meet Her Love In Silence -
Chapter 1767
Just after Catalina finished speaking, Ariana called in a low voice, “Auntie.
”
“What did you just say?” Catalina’s eyes widened.
Feeling slightly embarrassed, Ariana repeated the word in front of everyone.
Catalina’s face lit up with joy, her eyes brimming with tears.
Rodney had not intended to rush Ariana into calling him “Grandpa” earlier, preferring to let her get comfortable at her own pace.
Yet, witnessing Ariana warmly address Catalina as “Auntie”, he realized Ariana was embracing her identity as a member of the Chadwick family.

“So, what about me?” Rodney asked.
“You haven’t called me ‘Grandpa’ yet.
”
Before Ariana could reply, Catalina playfully interjected, “Ariana has always treated you as a family.
It doesn’t matter if she calls you ‘Grandpa’ or not.
”
“It’s not the same now!” Rodney retorted, frowning.
“She’s now my real granddaughter.
”
Catalina let out another exasperated sigh, standing her ground firmly, and the father and daughter started to bicker.
Amidst the rising voices, Ariana stepped in, playing peacemaker.
Meanwhile, Holden gave Mitchel a playful elbow nudge.
Mitchel turned toward Holden, who whispered, “I never imagined we’d end up as a family.
I always saw you as my rival in love.
”
“That was all in your head,” Mitchel shot back, arms folded.
“I’ve always only treated Ariana as a friend.
”
Holden scoffed, “Sure, you might convince Melon with that, but not me.
I’m not buying it.
”
Mitchel was about to respond but paused, noticing Ariana’s radiant smile.
After a brief pause, he grinned at Holden mischievously.
“Well, now that Ariana is my sister, that makes me your brother-in-law officially.
”
At this, Holden’s expression turned sour instantly.
Mitchel smiled with satisfaction.
After Melon’s abduction by Moss, the Fredrick family and the Chadwick family mobilized an extensive search throughout Mercy Hospital, including its basement levels.
The hospital corridors were overrun with bodyguards dressed in black, their numbers surpassing those of the medical staff.
They moved with a sense of urgency.
The building echoed with the clamor of chaotic footsteps.
Sadie’s room wasn’t soundproof.
She grimaced as she pressed a pillow over her ears, squeezing her eyes shut in frustration.
Fifteen minutes crawled by.
Despite her hopes, the sound of footsteps persisted.
After a sleepless night, she had just felt drowsy enough to catch some sleep when the footsteps disturbed her.
Pushed to her limit, Sadie swung her legs off the bed, her face twisted in fury.
Clutching her swollen belly, she shuffled to the door and yelled through the narrow window, “Have you all lost your minds? Can’t you let a person sleep?”
