Jess’s POV

“Shianna, are you sure this plan is going to work?” I asked, after hours of discussing. Shianna will report to William that I saved her and took her in our pack. She will convince him to think that he has a mole in our pack to report back to him, but she will actually be a mole for us to keep an eye on his plans. Shianna nodded at me. “It will work. If William thinks he has the upper hand he will wait for his fruit to ripen. Plus if he thinks that you staying with your mates until your birthday will buy us time.”

“What do you mean by that?” Sasha asked. Shianna continued. “William will do whatever he can for Jess to go feral and unstable. So if I convince him that letting her bond deeper with her mates, then breaking it just before her birthday will guarantee those results.” Leo wrapped his arms around me a bit tighter. “Our bond would never break.” Shianna nodded. “True, but remember we would just be putting on a show for him when the time comes. Deeping your bond now will only make her much stronger.”

“How would we plan the show? I am a terrible actress because of my gift of honesty. I wouldn’t be able to fake hurt or anything to William.” Shianna placed her hand in her chin and thought for a moment. “We can see if a small does of wolfsbane or something could weaken your gifts just enough for the act to be displayed, or aunt Sabrina and I together could make someone look just like Jess with an illusion spell. Which would you prefer?” I don’t want anyone to get hurt with this plan, but we need it to be convincing.

“What if someone stages as me for when we ‘break the bond’ and the real me would go where William needs me at full strength?” I suggest. If I have my full powers at my control, then I can buy some more time before backup arrives. “What?! We can’t let her go with him!” Zero growled out. “I agree, it sounds a bit too risky.” Hero piped in. I looked at Leo. I could see he was just as conflicted. “I think I can handle this. Remember, I am not a little girl. I am a strong warrior that is going to become your luna.” I said looking at each one of my mates. Hero and Zero still disagree, but then Leo spoke up.

“If you think it is something you can handle Princess, then I will support your plan 100%. Even if Fang and I don’t like it, and we really don’t like it, we can’t smother you with our protection and dominance.” He paused and turned me around so I was straddling his lap. “As you said you are our luna and you have faced a lot on your own. This time you will not be completely alone. So to be fair with my brothers as well as you princess. Everyone in this room will get a vote on the plan.”

I was happy there was a chance, but this plan would mean that everyone would have to blindly trust Shianna and that is not an easy thing to do when a new wolf enters the pack, and it is even harder since she is the daughter of the man causing all this mess. “If that is the case, then I vote yes.” Sasha pipped up first. She smiled at me then turned to Shianna. “Anyone that can put up with that monster all their lives and still know what is right, is ok in my book. Plus I have to give my new sister-in-law some faith.” She grinned, Shianna blushed a bit.

“Alright, that is 3 ‘yes’ so far (Jess, Sasha, and Shianna) and 2 ‘no’ (Zero and Hero) What do the rest of you say?” Leo asked. I guess he is going to vote last. As the eldest he could trump his brother’s votes now, but he is far too respectful to do that. Nathan sighed “I will be honest I don’t really trust you all that much Shianna, please don’t find it offensive, but I trust my mate and my luna so if they go yes I will too.” I think I earned his trust back from when we fought in the tournament. Brandon shook his head. “I’m sorry luna. I say no. It is a decent plan, but there are too many loopholes in it for me.” I nodded.

The plan was not full proof, the biggest loophole would be if William would even believe that Shianna is his spy. “I say no as well. I would be completely uncomfortable with you having to return to that a*s hole even for a moment.” Rico said looking at Shianna. “I just finally found you, I don’t want to lose you so quickly.” Shianna looked more confused than anything. I think it is going to be a long while before she gets used to having someone love and cherish her the way she deserves. So that makes the vote a total of 4 to 4. We were tied with Sophie, Sabrina, and Leo left to vote.

I looked towards Sophie. She took a deep breath and shook her head. “I vote no as well.” My stomach felt like it was in knots. I gripped Leo’s pant leg being so nervous. He started rubbing my back. Sabrina looked deep in thought. “Before I vote. Shianna, are you 100% sure you can convince William and Tasha to buy this story of you spying on the pack from within?” Shianna looked up at Sabrina and slightly grinned. “I have fooled him for the last 10 years, 3 more months so be child’s play.” She looked even more determined to prove her worth to Sabrina than anyone else. “William is so far gone that he doesn’t think reasonable anymore. His main obsession is keeping Jess close enough to take what he wants when the time comes.”

Sabrina nodded and thought a minute longer, then she laughed to herself and smirked at us. “I will vote yes, but that will mean that you and Jess train your asses off to be ready for that bastard.” Sasha and I giggled, while Shianna gave a curt warrior nod. “Girl we gotta get you to lighten up. You are not in the human’s military.” Sasha picked at her and again Shianna looked confused. “Umm ok?” she replied. I giggled because it was more of a question than a statement. Then I turned to Leo. He had the deciding vote. Leo looked deep into my eyes. “Princess can you promise me that you will come back to us no matter what?” he asked.

I didn’t want to promise anything unless I was 100% sure I could keep it, but he needed some reassurance that I felt in myself that I could make it. I gently took his face in my hands and brought his forehead to mine. “I swear that I will never leave you or your brothers alone. You are my mates, my triplet alphas, and I love you all too much to lose you now that I finally have a family again.” Leo smiled and nodded. “That means the plan goes. So Shianna, when are you going to leave to report to William?” Sasha asked. Shianna bowed to me and the triplets. “I will be leaving tonight, to make it seem like I am sneaking off to see him while keeping you all in the dark.”

“But doesn’t William know of Jess’s gift? That she can tell if you are lying.” Brandon asked. Shianna shook her head. “No, he only knows that she herself can not tell a lie. Since he has only watched from far distances, that is all he was able to pick up. Tasha on the other hand doesn’t get out often enough to see anything other than what William or I tell her.” I nod my head towards Shianna. “So what is the next step for now?” I ask her.

Shianna looked towards me and said “I will leave in the middle of the night tonight to inform him of our plan. Then he will most likely set certain times for me to ‘sneak out’ and report to him. Once that is set we can get a few warriors you all know and trust to ‘guard’ the perimeter on nights I have to go see William to keep the ruse up.” Hero tilted his head to the side. “Why would we need to set certain guards there?” Shianna slightly bowed. This whole time she never once looked my alphas in the eyes when she addressed them.

“Only to keep appearances. William may go with my plan, but in the state he is in. He trusts no one but himself. Even Tasha is untrusted when he is not around and they are still connected through the mate bond. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a few rouges watch me from the borders coming and going for reports.” My triplets seemed satisfied with that answer for now, but I know Zero and Hero were still pissed the votes didn’t go in their favor. “Alright, then we will meet again tomorrow once Shianna is back from William’s den. For now my brothers and I will place a temporary mark on you, Shianna, so you can cross our territory lines without getting killed by patrol.” Leo said.

Zero and Hero raised. Hero brought Shianna closer to the desk and Zero pulled out a gold and silver dagger. Instead of slicing open their palms like they would to induct someone into the pack, they only pricked their fingers and each dropped one drop of b***d onto Shianna’s wrist. Leo then uses his finger to connect the b***d into a triangle. The b***d then shifted on its own into the form of a raven and turned black on her wrist.

“Wow I didn’t know you could do that.” I said amazed. Hero smiled and said “A temporary mark like this can only be made if the bond between multiple (twins/triplet) alphas is strong.” “If one of use thought we were above the other two just because of birth right or whatever then it wouldn’t work.” Zero added “And they all have to share the title of alpha. If Zero and Hero were made beta and gamma just because they are younger than me, then it would not have worked either.” Leo said.

“So this mark will let your patrol warriors know what exactly?” Shianna asked in confusion. “Since it is too risky to induct you into the pack fully, this is like a border pass. It will let them know that you are welcomed to come and go as you please.” Hero replied. Shianna nodded. “I will report back as soon as I return. Until then, I bid you farewell, Alphas and Luna.” She said with a deep bow. And turned and left the room, with Rico following close behind. The rest went on their way as well to finish up the rest of their day. Zero and Hero each gave me a quick k**s before returning to their own offices to finish up their own paperwork for the day.
