Aamon

"Where the f**k is she?!" I scream at my maid that is supposed to keep an eye on Alita. She quivers before me and stutters, "I-I don't know, sir. She went to her doctor's appointment but has never returned."

My colleagues watch me with wide eyes as I turn around to face them and I say, "I want everyone searching for her! She just now got pregnant with the hybrid child we've all been waiting for! If we want unlimited access to elf blood, then we need that child and any other hybrid children we can knock her up with! We need our hybrid army!" They all call out, "Yes, Master Wraith!" and run out the building to go searching for Alita.

I thought that I trained her well, I thought I could trust her. I thought her mind was wiped to where she really believed I was her mate and that she would be loyal to me. Obviously, I was wrong. Or... or she's been taken. But... who would take her from me?

The obvious answer is one of those mutts at the Scarlet Pack, but we're literally in a different country than them! We're thousands of miles away from them... what is the chance that they could actually find her? It's been a year; I don't see how it's possible. But... somehow, someway they must've done it.

I know that I'm right and it causes me to see red and I tell my maid, "Call the pilot and tell him to meet me at the airport. It's time to pay the Scarlet Pack a visit."

She calls out, "Yes, Master Wraith."

I will make them all pay for what they have done. I have worked too damn hard to achieve my hybrid army for it to all go to s**t now!

Eda

The twins are five months old now and it amazes me all the new things that they can do. They're little giggles are the best, they're able to sit up now, and every day they seem a little closer to saying their first word.

Peelle and Osborn are incredible dads, and they make me feel lucky to have them as mates. Evan and Claudia are also incredible grandparents, it almost makes me forget that the kids don't have grandparents on my side.

I haven't heard from my mom since I received the last antidote from her, and I hope she is doing okay. Master Wraith... even though I know he is my father I've never thought of him like one. It grosses me out to think that vile man is related to me. Things are good and running smoothly, we send groups out to search for Alita and send missing person messages out to packs around the world at least once a month. We're offering a lot of money if anyone were to bring Alita back to us.

One of the babies starts to cry and Claudia walks into the room holding Hope as she says, "I think she's ready to feed. Do you want to feed her, or should I grab a bottle?"

I notice how swollen my breasts are and I nod, "I'll feed her. My breasts feel like they're about to burst."

She chuckles as she passes me the baby and says, "I'm going to check on Faith."

I nod as I get situated to feed Hope, but then I notice an odd smell.

I've only smelt this back when I was in the compound underneath Master Wraith. My eyes immediately go to the vents and when I see some gas billowing inside, I send out a mass mind link, "There's poison coming through the vents! Get out of the pack house!" I hold Hope close to my chest and she cries as she can't latch anymore as I try to get us out of the pack house. But by the time I make it to the first floor I feel so weak that I've crumbled to my knees.

I notice that everyone is on the first floor, and no one can shift- the poison won't let us. The door bursts open and Master Wraith, my father, walks in the door. I've never seen him look so angry and I feel fearful for what he's going to do.

He says, "You really thought that you could get away with taking the girl back? I've come too far to lose her to the lot of you!"

Claudia is the one to speak and she asks, "What are you talking about?"

He shakes his head and walks over, kicking her in the stomach making Evan growl in disapproval, but the poison is too strong, and he can't attack.

Master Wraith smirks seeing Evan unable to attack him. He says, "I'm talking about Alita. I've worked so hard with her and finally, FINALLY, I got what I wanted. I don't know how you found where we were hiding, but damn it, you are not going to take her away from me!"

Osborn is the one to spit out, "We don't have her."

Master Wraith screams, "You LIAR! Where is she?! You know what, I'll even let you have her back. Just as soon as I have my child."

I sputter, "Yo-your child?"

His eyes lock onto me and then he glances down at the baby in my arms. He says, "Yes, my child. Alita is carrying my child, a wolf and elf hybrid, stronger than any other werewolf! I'll have unlimited access to the blood I need and if I can then I plan to impregnate her over and over again just to guarantee that I can have the hybrid army that I need!"

I scream, "You sick bastard! She's a teenager and you're in your f*****g forties! How could you do that?"

He has the audacity to roll his eyes as he says, "I did what had to be done. All I need is the child and then you can have the girl back if she truly means that much to you."

I didn't realize that Peelle wasn't in this room until he walked up behind Master Wraith and threw him to the ground. Master Wraith passed out immediately and Peelle walked outside, dragging him behind him.

One by one people came inside to help us out of the poison filled home. Osborn and I were placed beside each other, each one of us holding our girls. As soon as I feel strong enough, I start to feed them. It soothes their cries and hopefully will help with the poison in their system.

Peelle stands near us, but he's waiting for Master Wraith to get up again.

I've never seen Peelle behave this way. Normally, Osborn would be the one to attack, but Peelle was furious. When Master Wraith started to wake up Peelle demanded, "Where is my sister?"

He laughs manically in response, "If I knew the answer to that, do you really think that I would be here?"

Peelle huffs and orders some warriors to take him to the cell, we need time to recuperate before dealing with his manic a*s.
