"Are you certain, Scarlet? This is a major decision. I mean I have no problem with this...but you seem something different. You are scaring me. Hey, bitch, I am talking to you. What the hell is wrong with you??" Eva yelled at Scarlet. Scarlet had been driving so recklessly that they were just about to bump into a truck. Since the moment Scarlet talked to Emerald, she had packed some essentials, informed her family, and left for Werealm, a three hours drive-in car. Eva happily tagged along, but now she was considering her decision again given the circumstances with Scarlet's state of mind. Messed up. "You know what...I am pissed. I mean how the hell did that man-made me do all this. I could have stopped him, but I had been a bitch." Scarlet snapped and hit the steering wheel hard while the engine was still roaring and she was not driving anymore. "Hey, relax. You could not have done anything. What can you do? We don't have any powers like Emerald and Sammer. We possibly can't then into huge wolf-dogs and leap upon the enemies. Can we?" Eva asked the question and raised her eyebrows to add more expressions to her part of the conversation.

"I can," Scarlet announced taking Eva off guard. The girl didn't even flinch. She thought Scarlet's announcement was a joke and wavering judgment at this time. But later, Eva looked at Scarlet over her shoulder who had been sitting at the driver, still gripping the steering wheel. Her eyes were fixated on something off the road, nothing, for instance.

"You are not joking?" Eva asked. A bit frightened, surprised.

"You don't look shocked!" Scarlet cross-enquired. Eva denied and replied,

"I had been living with so much that I can even believe if a dinosaur just comes and sits in my lap saying 'Hi' to me. So, yes, I am not surprised, but shocked." Eva inhaled an amount of air and continued, "Come on, I am ready. Shoot it." Her face was perplexed as if ready to witness the horrible thing, but still, her eyes were darted at Scarlet with love, care, and friendship. Scarlet smiled.

"I am a mermaid. I wasn't aware of that. But I found it some days after my birthday. I have her to explore everything." Scarlet said and found Eva blinking bet eyes. With admiration! The look in Eva's eyes was enough to let Scarlet know what she had been thinking. "No. Don't even think about it. I am not going to shift." Scarlet said and Eva made a babyface with a cute happening pout. "If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have shifted right here and now giving that you are looking so adorable. You bitch." She added and Eva just laughed.

"Who else knows?" Eva asked cleaning her nails and adjusting her hair, which she thought were probably ruined because of Scarlet being a heavy driver.

"Emerald, You, Me, and maybe Jack. I am not sure about him yet." Scarlet said and the engine roared once again. The girls set out to reach their destination. -WITMOURN RAFT KINGDOM~

"Isn't it an irony that the name of this area changed from SARAINE Village to the Witmourn Raft Kingdom? And yet nobody rules here." Dankein taunted handing over the book and the dagger to Evanora who kept on eyeing him.

"It isn't. This name fits perfectly. It's disguised." She said and carefully kept the book and the dagger wrapped in sacred clothes over the nearby huge desk, she especially prepared for it. Being a witch, and cursed, she couldn't touch the book and neither could Dankein. She used her magic to keep it over the table.

Slowly, snapping her fingers, Evanora let out flames that reached for the dagger and unwrapped it from the cloth. The weapon was pure beauty and a sight to behold. The witch's eyes shone happily. She was enchanted. That was the money. She waited for this. For eternity. For centuries. Finally.

"You did it. But now, you must go back to Siesta Valley." She said and Dankein narrowed his eyes.

"I don't trust you with these, Evanora," Dankein said pointing at the Book and Dagger that was glowing showcasing the blood drops over it. The sharp edge of the dagger was so ready to pierce through anyone's heart.

"I know. But right now, you don't want to be here. They are coming to you. To your valley. You should not miss this, Valor. The negotiations must be done. And perhaps you are forgetting... I can't touch these things." Evanora trotted and laughed a soft dark chuckle. She knew she had successfully convinced the man. She always had.

"Fine. But you know what my priorities are. You better remember that, Evanora. I am not a forgiving man. Not anymore." Dankein warned the witch and left for Siesta Valley. ~WEREALM~

"Oh my...I missed you like hell, babe." Hammer came running to Eva and wrapped her in a huge bear hug planting soft occasional pecks in her hair and inhaling her scent. Eva smiled and reciprocated the hug. After a moment, Sammer looked at Scarlet who was standing beside Eva, her arms folded across her chest and eyes glued to the top.

He released the hug and bowed shortly in front of Scarlet,

"Luna. How have you been?" His voice was gentle, respectful, calm, composed, and careful. The girl wasn't just a nobody. She was his elder brother's girl, the Luna of their Azure clan, and the Mermaid. She was the Queen of mermaids, but nobody knew. Not even she. "I am not so fine, Sammy. And this girl, she gave me a ridiculously hard time. She even flirted with that thief of a professor." Saying those words, Scarlet smiled sheepishly and excused herself. She stepped inside the castle where every werewolf standing in her way bowed long and made way for her.

Eva on the other side felt a sharp, soul-piercing gaze tucked at her figure. She knew who this gaze be linked to. Sammy was eyeing her, his eyes burning and his body ready to pounce on hers.

"You bitch, I will remember this, Scarlet. I wi...mmm.." Eva was going to throw more of the curses at Scarlet's disappearing figure when Sammy hushed her with his fierce kiss. He kissed her like there was no tomorrow.

"Sam, believe me.. I..." Eva was about to defend her actions and Scarlet's words when he whispered in her ears,

"I will deal with you later, Milky White. But for now, don't curse her. She isn't just your friend here. She is the Luna, the highly respected one. My brother is a possessive freak. Unless you want these wolves chasing you in the woods, you better watch your curses." Eva laughed hysterically and the couple entered the castle.

Scarlet pushed the door of Emerald's office and found him looking at the files. He was reading the files as if there were answers to his questions.

"Emmy..!" Her soft voice landed in his ears and he felt his racing heart getting calm. But this calmness was the one before a thunderstorm. Emerald whipped his head and looked over his shoulder to find Scarlet standing in her sleeveless summer frock reaching slightly in the middle of her thighs with tiny lavender prints and white sneakers. Her long lean legs were looking delicious. Emerald gulped. His eyes fixated on her exposed legs.

Keeping the files over his desk, Emerald approached Scarlet, and read her look. The messy bun was failing to keep her long locks in place and many of the wayward colorful strands of hairs kept brushing her ocean blue eyes.

"Did you just walk in the castle in these clothes?" His voice was raspy. Scarlet narrowed her eyebrows and rolled her eyes.

"Seriously? We have more important matters..." Scarlet announced.

"Certainly more important than her dress and exposed delicious legs, brother." Sammer finished the sentence and received a death glare from his brother.

~After an hour-

"We need to attack him. Like now." Eva said. The King, Queen, Sammer, Emerald, Scarlet, Jack, and Carol were all looking at her with wide eyes. She felt their gazes and shrugged her shoulders.

"Babe, you are so-not-very-modest. You want to kill the man you flirted with!" Sammer said out of excitement to piss off Eva and she rolled her eyes.

"We can't, dear. He isn't our enemy. At least, not in the open. Since his people moved to live in Siesta Valley, he and his people never harmed any of the werewolves. They live like us. Also, we aren't even certain." The Queen said and King nodded in agreement. "But queen mother, we know that he stole the book from..."

"No, you gave him that with your hands." Eva butted in again when Scarlet said and Sammy sighed.

"I was hypnotized. By him. Aunty Carol also said that the people who attacked Dawn Mountain castle were sent by him. He must have kidnapped Grandmother, Father. We must deal with him." Scarlet urged and Emerald agreed.

"Scarlet is right, father. We must do something. We aren't certain but aren't even certain over something that denies his involvement too. We can't ignore the theft."

The king nodded and hauled up from his seat. Emmy, Sammy, and Jack all joined him.

"Fine. Emerald, you will go to the Siesta Valley and talk to King Dankein Cosh on your behalf. We need to be sure before any attacks are launched. People are innocent. I don't want any mistakes." The king announced and was ready to leave when Scarlet declared, "I will go with Emerald, father. I know you aren't happy about this, but I need to ask him something. I trusted him. He stole from me. I feel like there is someone else in this too." Her words were enough to convince and Emerald gestured Jack to arrange their departure.

"I want to go with you too," Eva said and Emerald immediately brushed her off saying,

"We aren't going to a strip club or a picnic. You can flirt with my brother here. A human will put us in a vulnerable condition. Also, I know your temper."

"You...you... I...will..." Eva was hushed by Sammer and he hugged her from behind laughing looking at his brother and his girlfriend.
