Chapter 45

Lilly felt the eyes of a hungry wolf on her as she casually went to the dresser to grab her things for the night. She wasn't a lamb who would be this predator's prey. She grabbed her things and then walked into the bathroom. She looked over the large stone shower with multiple shower heads, then next to it was a large stone step down bathtub. She was getting a shower but promised the tub in her head that she would be a frequent visitor.

So much had happened since she came here. There was so much she wanted to tell her father and brother about and things she wanted to ask them too. From the moment she arrived at the Diamond pack, things have been unraveling nonstop. She was finally able to spend a real night again with her mate, even if it was after another eventful day.

Lilly sat her clothes down and went and turned the water on in the shower. As she turned back around Tyler was standing there watching her with amusement twinkling in his eyes.

"Can I help you?" Lilly said raising her eye and inwardly wincing at her choice of words. She watched his lips curl up and he took a couple steps towards her.

"Actually yes, there is something you and only you can help me with." He eyed her greedily and watched as she smiled at him.

"Oh... well when I was asking... I wasn't really asking. I was just being nice. I'd love to give you a hand... with whatever it is you need my help with... but I'm about to get a well-deserved shower." Lilly curved her lips in a half smile. She took a few steps closer to him and gave him a playful kiss on his jawline.

"What about my shower?" He was looking down at her and his eyes flickered back and forth with his animal inside.

Lilly stared at him for a moment. She was playing around with the idea in her head. "Listen, you can join me, but if you try anything, then I'm sleeping in another room tonight." Lilly tossed her clothes off and hopped into the hot shower. She heard his low chuckle that made her stomach dance in excitement.

He knew she was teasing him, but he couldn't promise for how long he could let her play her games. He discarded his clothes and opened the shower door. He watched as the water cascaded over her golden hair and splattered as it hit the shower floor. Her pale pink lips were slightly raised in a smile as her closed eyes let the water splash over her face. He continued his stare downward, taking in the sight of the rest of her body with lustful greed.

"Are you getting in or are you planning to just stand there and stare?" Lilly opened one eye at him and watched as his eyes flickered up to hers. She closed her eyes again, hearing the door shut to the shower and feeling a hot presence standing dangerously close to her back. Through the hot water she could still feel his heat. It was sizzling her back and she wasn't sure which one of them was being played in this game anymore.

Lilly spun around and looked up at him. The water was pelting down onto them, but its heat was nowhere close to their own. The two bodies were creating a radiating inferno between them. With a vixen smile, Lilly reached behind him, brushing her front on him, as she grabbed her shampoo bottle. She poured some in her hand and began lathering her hair up, washing the long day off of her. She felt a warm scrunchy rub in gentle circles on her back and her stomach tightened in response.

He leaned close to her, allowing the water to beat upon his head and whispered into her ear. "Allow me to help you." He felt the shiver in her body as he began to proceed. He slowly began washing her body with very gentle and delicate movements. There was only one end to this game she was playing, there was no other option he would allow. If she wanted to draw the anticipation out a bit longer, then he would indulge her and heighten her senses. He watched as she rolled her head back and relaxed into his touch. Her neck was looking all too inviting and it was taking all of his self-control not to take his mate in front of him. His breathing was becoming ragged and shallow as he felt the intimacy between them grow.

Lilly's lips curved up as she spun around and took the scrunchy out of his hands. She looked into his eyes that were staring dark pools into hers. She began to wash him reaching out and placing her hand delicately upon his chest. She could feel his heavy breathing as she made her way over his chest. She then poured some shampoo into her hands and pushed his shoulders down to give her access to his head. She massaged her fingers through his hair noticing his body tightening under her touch. His fists were clenched, and she grinned knowing that he was fighting for self-control. She leaned into his ear and whispered, "you can rinse off now". She then hopped out of the shower leaving a very frustrated man to finish showering alone. Lilly giggled as she heard the groan he let out and she wrapped herself up warmly in her towel. She would quit teasing him now before he couldn't take it anymore.

The shower water turned off and Tyler stepped out of the shower. His eyes immediately locked onto hers, but he was waiting to see what she did next. With surprisingly calm movements, Lilly reached a hand behind his neck, letting it play in his ebony hair, before standing on her tiptoes and bringing their lips together. Tyler immediately followed her lead, wrapping both arms tightly around her and kissing her longingly, but carefully, pouring his desire and love into her through a hundred kisses.

A roaring electricity flowed through their veins. Lilly's hands dug into his back and grasped onto him as she felt her entire body go limp beneath his increasing demands. Her lips tingled with the gentle, caressing kisses, slowly deepening. Tyler felt the girl in his arms become light as a feather and all thoughts vanished away. The sudden crashing of heaven upon him made him tighten his grip onto her. He lifted her body effortlessly in his hands and carried her out of the bathroom, his lips never leaving hers. He could feel her hands roaming over his shoulders and back, before settling upon the black hair at the nape of his neck. His lips began grabbing for more of her taste, aching for the delights sending shivers speeding down his spine. As if she was a drug, he only desired more. He gently laid her body onto the bed and settled in on top of her. Lilly felt his lips urging hers apart, slowly coaxing her to open her lips to his assault. Slowly, her lips parted, and she gasped at the feeling of his tongue slowly entering her mouth, tasting her, playing with her. And then she groaned at the incredible sensations. Tyler heard her pleasurable moan beneath him, and it only caused him to deepen the kiss even further, though he knew he was probably bruising her sweet lips by now. Lilly pulled away from him and the two of them panted for air. She was not going to let him set the tone... not yet... she couldn't get completely swept away yet. She gently nudged him to his back and he curiously obliged her. His eyes were glued on her like she was an enchantress that he couldn't look away from. She climbed on top of him and leaned in to capture his delicious lips again. The sparks of electricity jolted between them, she gently pulled away trailing kisses over his neck. When she reached a special spot on his neck, she licked it sensually. He let a quiet growl of pleasure ripple through his throat and she felt the pull of what she needed to do. She drew her canines out and sunk them deep into his neck. She felt his body tense and shudder then heard his moans of pleasure following them. She felt a surge of warmth embody her as she slowly pulled her canines out from his neck. She licked the spot she marked and listened to him moan again in response. There was a deeper connection flowing between them now, it was intense.

In a flash, he rolled himself on top of her. He leaned down letting his warm breath tickle her lips, he kept an arm around her holding her possessively. He held her with his strong arm, but with such a tender gentleness. She had taken him by surprise when she marked him, but he couldn't have felt happier. It was something that not all females took the initiative to do. It was more special and showed a level of acceptance and possessiveness that had Tyler on cloud nine. He gazed into her green emerald eyes as he positioned his arousal near her. In this intimate moment, with their eyes locked, he thrusted into her. The intense dance of passion between them was the two of them claiming each other. He had claimed her, and she had claimed him. Now and for always.
