Parker's warmth vanished!

In the hospital room, Tiana was fuming at the unwelcome appearance of Barclay, who suddenly showed up to confront her. With Whitney not around, she felt cornered and alone. Barclay rambled on, making no sense, and eventually dragged her to the balcony directly opposite the door. He insulted her while getting uncomfortably close.

Now, he was spouting complete nonsense.

She looked up, startled and coldly said, "What the hell are you talking about? What does my pregnancy have to do with you? What do you mean, 'our child'?"

Her voice was low, choked with emotion. She wanted to say more, but Barclay disgustingly pulled her into his embrace, silencing her protests.

She tried to struggle, but Barclay held her head down firmly.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Parker at the door. Endora had timed it perfectly!

It was his cue to act.

Barclay sneered, tightening his grip around Tiana's waist, pretending to caress her while raising his voice, "Tiana, why didn't you resist when we were together, huh? You're carrying our child now; stop pretending we're strangers."

"Who's having your child... Get lost, ugh..." Tiana, losing her temper, fought Barclay fiercely.

Barclay's arm caught her bite, and in response, he pushed her hard.

Tiana was thrown back, right towards the balcony's glass door, with the railing hitting her waist sharply.

"Ah!" She crashed into it.

At that moment, despite not having decided whether she wanted the child, she instinctively covered her abdomen.

Her face turned pale!

However, instead of the anticipated pain, she fell against a solid, muscular body. The man's tall and lean figure held her, almost crushing her shoulders, yet his palms burned her skin with their heat. The familiar scent in his breath was intoxicating...

Tiana's mind exploded with realization, and she turned around in panic-

Suddenly, she saw Parker's expressionless face, his sharp features framed by glasses that hid his eyes, only reflecting a cold light.

She shivered, instinctively murmuring, "Parker?"

"Hmph." Parker's lips curled into a cold smirk. He glanced at her fragile and slender figure, wanting neither to look at her nor to speak.

His warmth turned to cold indifference, everything seemed tasteless. It felt like his heart was being crushed, the pain and humiliation beyond words.

"Get away, you're dirty."

His instinct had been to protect her, but now he coldly pushed her away.

He was furious! If the child was indeed Barclay's, he would hate her, never forgiving her.

Tiana, hearing his harsh words, stiffened, her face turning ashen.

She bit her lip, stepping away from him.

Parker's gaze then shifted to Barclay.

Barclay was slightly shorter, lacking in presence, but his eyes mocked with a smirk, laced with malice, "Little brother, what's this about? You knew Tiana was pregnant and came to check on her?" Parker felt a chill all over.

Tiana exploded, "Barclay, shut up! I have nothing to do with you. Don't flatter yourself; the child isn't yours!"

A flicker of hope sparked in Parker's dark eyes.

He turned sharply towards the slender woman, her long curly hair disheveled, her round eyes red and fierce, resembling a harmless lioness despising Barclay.

Could she really have anything to do with Barclay and be carrying his child?

Parker faced Barclay, his gaze piercing, "Big brother, you claim it's your child, but she denies it. Where's your proof?"

"Tiana is just scared. She won't admit it! She looks down on me, but it doesn't matter; she enjoyed our time together."

"Barclay, you've come here spreading lies. What's your real purpose?"

Tiana was on the verge of breaking down.

Parker's sudden appearance left her clueless on what to do.

And who had informed him of her pregnancy?

Tiana lost her composure.

Barclay smirked wickedly, holding his ground, "I'm here to acknowledge my children, both of them! You slept with me; denying responsibility is a bit much, isn't it, Tiana? You didn't even care who it was during your moment of passion. Parker, did you know this side of her? Completely wild."

"Shut up, it's not true!" Tiana trembled.

"Okay, if you deny these are my children, then whose are they? Have you been with another man? Tell me, who is he?"

Who could it be?

Tiana's eyes darted around in panic, tears brimming as she stole glances at Parker's handsome, cold face.

The man she yearned for, the one she loved.

But with Parker there, and Barclay being Cherry's father, how could she dare confess?!

What would Parker think?

Both brothers having been with her, what would he do?

Would he acknowledge the child?

If Barclay learned the father was Parker, with his malicious nature, would he expose this to the Doonans, making it public knowledge? How would Parker face his family then, his reputation ruined? Overwhelmed with worries, Tiana remained silent, her lips quivering, unable to utter a word.

The situation was too chaotic; she couldn't bear having one child with Barclay and another with Parker.

What had she become?

The anguish was unbearable.

She covered her eyes, moisture streaking down, her head bowed, her once sweet face now ashen.

"Can't say it, can you, darling?" Barclay laughed maliciously.

He was certain Tiana wouldn't dare confess!

His suspicion that Tiana harbored feelings for Parker, regardless of the child's paternity, left her too ashamed to speak!

Just as Endora speculated, Parker, seeing her silence, would surely misunderstand.

Misinterpret her lack of modesty, now too ashamed to admit the truth.

"I know who I've been with recently. Tiana, stop being stubborn. I know I was reckless that night, but I was drunk, wasn't I? And you really enjoyed it..."

"Get lost! I wasn't with you, this child isn't yours, just go!"

Tiana, in a fit of madness, grabbed anything she could from the shelf and hurled it at Barclay. She couldn't explain her actions, nor did she want Barclay stirring the pot, who knows what schemes he had up his sleeve!

"Big bro, you go ahead. I've got some unfinished business with her."

"This is my lady, after all," Barclay sneered without shame.

"Leave now!" Parker's forehead bulged with veins of anger.

Seeing Parker's clenched fists and the menacing aura around him, Barclay took a step back, his mind racing about the three million dollars Endora promised him. Why bother with a direct confrontation with Parker when he was not yet in a position of strength? "Alright, I'm leaving. Tiana, get some rest. I'll swing by in the afternoon with some health supplements to help with the pregnancy. If it turns out to be a son, I'll be over the moon; then I'll have the perfect family, a son and a daughter!"

Before leaving, Barclay managed to get under Parker's skin one more time.

Parker's face was a mask of icy calm, a storm brewing beneath the surface.

He kicked the door with all his might and turned around, his gaze sharp as a knife, landing on Tiana.

The woman stood still, hysteria giving way to a ghostly pallor, highlighted by the sunlight streaming in. Her long, curly black hair glistened with tears, embodying both resilience and fragility.

Parker managed to curb the rage boiling inside him, his voice cold as he demanded, "Whose child is it, really?"
