Third person’s POV

The weekend is approaching fast, and Ursula and her witches are ready for the battle. They have not heard from Nina again but do not care because they think she was captured. Nina’s phone is off, and no one can reach her, and they can not even track her with the b***d of Ursula. So they think she is dead. Ursula is ready for b***d and happy that Nina is dead. She knows that if one witch is stronger than her, it is Nina, but she does not care about her now because she is dead. If she can not trace her, she is definitely dead!

“Why are you looking so worried, Ursula?” Clara asks.

“I am not worried and concentrating on preparing for tonight’s battle. The werewolves of the Kingdom are relaxed, so we have nothing to worry about,” Ursula says.

“You are not worried about that stupid daughter of yours, are you?” Clara can not help but give Ursula a little hell.

“Why would I worry about her? We all know she is gone, and it is better for all of us. What if something happened to me? How will you weaklings fight her and keep her from taking over the coven?” Ursula counters Clara. Clara is furious as she knows that Nina beat her twice and almost killed her in the last attack. If Ursula did not stop Nina, she would have been gone, but Ursula did not have to bring that up. It is almost nightfall, and Ursula glares at Clara. After they are done with the battle tonight, she will kill Clara. She had had enough of Clara giving her hell all the time. The has set, and it is time for the battle.

“Enough! We must prepare as the wolves are already moving down the mountain and into the Kingdom. The vampires are with them, and we must get on top of the mountain to protect them from getting killed. You two can sort out your differences once the war ends,” Monica says. The witches walk to the top of the mountain but feel something magical waiting for them as they reach the top.

“Hello, mother,” Nina says as she walks out of the trees.

“I thought you were dead! What are you doing here? We are busy, and I do not have time for you. Step away and let the real witches do their job,” Ursula says.

“Really? Do you think I will let you use your magic against the Kingdom? Think again, Ursula! Defend yourself,” Nina says. The witches are all holding their breath. What is wrong with Nina? Does she want to die? They all know that Ursula is the strongest witch in the coven and is the only one that Nina can not beat.

“Listen, you little pathetic excuse for a witch! Do you think I am afraid of you? I will kill you within a few minutes, and I do not have time for your little games. That your sorry a*s out of my way so I can do what I need to,” Ursula says.

“You are afraid of me. I know it! Why have you not killed me before when we fought? Is it because you could not?” Nina laughs. The other witches are all turning their attention to Nina now. They can see that Ursula is pale.

“How dare you talk to me like that. I was only feeling sorry for your useless excuse of a witch! I can beat and kill you, but I do not have time for it now. I am busy,” Ursula says. She tries to belittle Nina as she always does and hopes Nina back off and does not bother her with a magical fight right now. There is something different about Nina that scares Ursula.

“What do you want? Do you think you are strong enough to take me on? Where is your magic? Why do I not feel it?” Ursula asks.

“I am a white witch now, and I will not let you help the evil werewolves and vampires to destroy the Kingdom. I will take all of you down! So, Ursula, get ready to fight,” Nina says.

“How dare you call me by my name! I am your mother! Who gave you the right to become a white witch? Where is all this confidence coming from? Do you really think you can beat me? I am Ursula, the great, and no witch has ever defeated me! You are nothing in my eyes! I do not think you can even understand how powerless you are against me! You are only a bastard and a hybrid that does not belong anywhere! You are a loser and a weakling!” Ursula shouts. Her words have always intimidated Nina, but now Nina looks at her without fear, and Ursula starts to worry. Have the bloody white witches given her confidence in her abilities? Have they seen her power? Do the white witches know how potent Nina is and that no one stands a chance against her now that she is all grown and has her wolf to help her? Have they taught her to use the wolf?

“I am not afraid of you anymore. Your words do not intimidate me anymore, Ursula. You were never a mother to me, and you will not talk yourself out of this one. I will not allow you to get to my head as you did in the past. You knew for a long time that I was more powerful than you. You could only keep me under your control because you made me think I was powerless against you. It is not working anymore, and I have help. My wolf will help me fight you,” Nina says. Ursula looks like she wants to run away, and the other dark witches do not like how all this feels. They are all afraid as they see Ursula, the strongest among them, is so scared for her life.

“Well, you should be scared. You know you can not beat me!” Ursula tries to intimidate Nina still. Nina stops talking and starts attacking. She can feel that her mother is the one that is unsure this time. She smiles as Ursula tries to block her attacks and send them back to her. Nina is ruthless in her attack on her mother and fights like never before. The other witches can see that Ursula is panicking. They can see she is only defending herself, and Nina is smiling.

“Come on, mother! What is wrong? Why don’t you attack? Why are you only defending? Who is the weakling now?” Nina mocked her mother as she constantly mocked Nina when they were fighting at the coven. The other witches are starting to feel a little worried about this fight.

“We need to help Ursula against this hybrid. We can not let her win,” Monica says.

“What about the war? We need to protect the wolves and the vampires down there,” Clara says. She is not keen on helping Ursula as she does not like Ursula, who always puts everyone down because she thinks she is stronger than everyone else.

“We can always help them later. We need to kill the hybrid first,” Monica says. The other witches and Monica tries to attack Nina, but her wolf defends her. She is not under the spell’s protection like the other kingdom wolves. She wanted to fight her mother and the witches fairly. She knows Miriam, Ace, and the other magical creature are in the wood, ready to help her if she needs help, but she and her wolf work hand in hand and fight together like never before. The witches can feel their magic attacks are not helping as Nina defends her while attacking one at a time. It gives Ursula a chance to try and attack, but Nina is too strong. She blocks Ursula’s attacks and sends her dark magic back to her. Nina looks at her first target and goes full force on Monica. She never liked the old hag. She attacks Monica mercilessly and knows the old witch is too weak to defend herself against such a powerful attack. Monica screams out in pain as she falls to the ground. Clara runs over to her friend and sees her friend is dead. She cries out in anger and uses the death of Monica to power herself and attack Nina, but her attacks do nothing to Nina. Nina laughs at Clara. She always wanted to kill her mother’s friends, who gave her so much grief as a child. She starts attacking Clara, who tries desperately to defend herself, but Nina is too powerful, and she looks Clara in the eyes as she summons up a lot of power and attacks Clara. Ursula uses these distractions to power herself up and try to attack Nina with all her force. The war has started, and the death from below gives her more power, but she does not know that Nina is drawing power from nature around her. Clara cries out in pain and also falls to the ground. She dies instantly, like her friend Monica.

The other witches stop attacking Nina as they do not want to die like the two powerful witches. They are afraid and try to run away, but Nina does not let them go, and she launches one last attack on the witches, killing all of them. The warlocks did not want to get involved but ran into Miriam and her magical creatures as they tried to flee. Nina knows Miriam and the others will take care of the warlocks. Her fight is with the witches of her coven. She does not have issues with the warlocks as she does not know them. They have nothing to do with her vendetta against her mother and coven. Well, there is no coven anymore, as all the witches of the coven are dead, and her mother is standing alone.

“Well, it looks like it is just you and me now, Ursula. How does it feel to be alone without any of your witch buddies to help you mock me? How does knowing you will die at your daughter’s hand feel?” Nina says to Ursula. Ursula can see Nina’s eyes start glowing, and her hair turns a bright white. She knows it is because of all the white magic flowing in Nina’s veins, causing her appearance to change. Until now, Ursula still thought she could beat Nina, but seeing her daughter look like something out of an Anime show. She knows she is in deep trouble, and to beg with her daughter will not help her at all. She will have to fight her daughter and knows her dreams of becoming a witch queen are over. She will never rule a Kingdom where werewolves and vampires are her slaves, and she knows she needs to fight for that dream. Ursula summons up all the power she feels from the deaths around her. She will make a last attempt to kill her daughter and realizes her dreams. Ursula does not know what is happening in the Kingdom and thinks Morgan and his wolves are winning the war, but now, she has problems that she needs to take care of. She looks at Nina and starts attacking with all the power inside her, but she does not touch her as her wolf protects her. Ursula tries to attack her wolf, but Nina watches her wolf and she laughs as Ursula grows weaker. She is draining all her power. Nina takes a last look at her mother.

“Goodbye, mother. May Selene has mercy on your soul, but I doubt that. Go to your dark gods where you belong,” Nina says as she attacks. Ursula tries in vain to protect herself against the attack, which is too powerful for her, and she feels pain the in her heart as Nina draws all her life out of her. She looks one last time at her daughter.

“At last, you are strong, and I am proud to die at your hand as you are the strongest witch I know,” Ursula says as she falls to the ground. Nina looks at her lifeless body, but even if she tries, she can feel no pain or grief for her dead mother. She looks at the dead witch and starts walking away.

“We need to go help the wolves of the Kingdom and help protect our King and Queen,” Nina says. Mariam and her creatures chant and return the bodies of the dead witches and warlocks to mother nature. There is no funeral for them or anyone to grieve them. It is as if they never existed, and no one cares.
