Rejected, Broken And Forgotten -
Chapter 117
Third person’s POV
While the battle of the witches was going on at the top of the mountain, the wolves of the Kindom were fighting once again for their freedom, their Kingdom, their King, and their Queen. Luca and his vampires joined them because the wolves had helped them fight for their Kingdom. The evil wolves and vampires attack as soon as the sun goes down. Walker, Paris, and their men know it is because the vampires can only fight at night and that dark magic can not give them a daylight tattoo or ring. They are happy that the wolves and humans will be safe from evil vampires walking in the daylight.
Morgan and his men are sure the dark witches protect them as they enter the Kingdom. They are confident they will surprise the wolves of the Kingdom. But they are surprised to see no women or children playing around outside. The vampires are flying in and will attack the Castle but can not enter it because they have not been invited in. The vampires will attack the guards around the Castle and then attack from the back, as the werewolves of the Kingdom attack to protect their Kingdom and surprise the werewolves. Morgan thinks the werewolves are somewhere busy partying with their gypsy friends and does not know they are being attacked. Morgan does not know what is happening on the mountain. He thinks he and his wolves are protected against magic, and the witches are watching their backs. Little does he know that the witches are battling for their lives. They do not have the time to watch out for him and his wolves. As the vampires land in front of the Castle, Luca, and his men are on them. They attack the vampires before the vampires can make any noise. Aldo and Dakota start chanting to give the vampires daylight tattoos. They want to keep the good ones but kill the evil ones.
Morgan and his men are ready to fight as they remove their clothes in case they need to shift. They only have pants on as they walk deeper into the Kingdom. Morgan and his men like to fight, and they are bloodthirsty as they have not had a good fight in ages. They stop as they reach a clearing in the wood surrounding the Castle. Something is wrong. They can feel, smell and hear the wolves of the Kingdom. They know they are surrounded. Peter and Andrew, with their wolves, look at Morgan, his men, and the wolves of other Kingdoms.
“Those of you who want to join the real Kingdom, walk over to us,” A voice says. The wolves look confused, but some of the wolves of the other Kingdoms run to where the voice comes from.
“Get back here! What the f**k are you doing?” Morgan shouts.
“We are not going to die for you, old wolf! You disgust us, and we only came because we hoped to join our real King and Queen,” One of the men shouts. Morgan growls in anger. He lost a good number of wolves. He looks at Peter and Andrew standing on one side with their wolves.
“Don’t you two clowns want to join them? You seem to admire the werewolves of the Kingdom!” Morgan shouts.
“No, we will fight on your side. I want my part of the Kingdom,” Andrew plays his role. They will surprise the wolves of Morgan during the fight and attack them from within.
“Fine! Who are you? Why don’t you show yourself?” Morgan shouts. He looks around when a big wolf walks out of the woods. Walker is not happy that Paris wants to fight. He fears for their baby and does not want to put her and his pup in danger.
“I am Walker, and who are you? I do not believe that we have met before,” Walker says. Morgan knows who Walker is. He has heard much about him and is tired of people praising Walker and Paris. He knows they are the King and Queen of the new Kingdom, and seeing the King come out to fight upsets him. It means everything everyone says about them is true. They are the warrior King and Queen and do not hide like other royals when there is a war to fight. It makes them famous. Morgan is not planning on fighting when he becomes King. He will retire from fighting and sit in the palace, entertaining himself with all the women he wants.
“I am your future King. I know you are King now, but it is a shame you will not live to see me become King and take your Queen as mine,” Morgan laughs.
“Good luck with that. You are counting your chickens before they hatch,” Walker says. He is tired of all the fighting, but he knows after this war, he will have to take out the other kingdoms if they ever want peace. The other royals will keep trying to take him and Paris down and get their hands on this Kingdom. Why can the Moon Goddess not give them peace and make the other wolves join them without a fight? Walker knows nothing comes easy in this life, and he will have to keep fighting for the sake of his children and those that come after them.
“I am the best warrior, and my warriors are savages. We do not care who we have to kill to get what we want, and we want your Kingdom, so prepare to die,” Morgan says.
“We have Viking b***d in us, and never say no to a good fight!” Ken says.
“That’s right. We will rule the earth and f**k your Moon Goddess!” Morgan shouts. Walker stands still and waits for Morgan to attack. Morgan is hesitant. He knows the King is a born warrior, so he waits for Walker to attack. He wants to see what and how Walker will attack before he attacks. He is not afraid, but he is careful. Morgan has never fought someone as strong, as he constantly picks on the weaker packs and weaker Alphas. That way, he knows he will win a fight, but today, he is standing in front of a mighty wolf, and Morgan does not know if he is strong enough to beat the King of werewolves. He does not want to look weak in front of his wolves. He knows he will have to attack as it is now or never.
“What are you waiting for? You came to my Kingdom and are challenging me for my crown. Now you are just standing there. Shall we fight, or are you here to talk me to death,” Walker mocks Morgan.
“Let’s dance,” Morgan says as he walks to Walker. The other wolves may not intervene as this is a challenge for the throne of the Kingdom, and they all have to stand on the sidelines and watch. Walker steps forward, and Paris and the rest of the wolves of the Kingdom go to stand in front of Morgan’s men, as they do not trust them not to intervene. They know about the witches, but the battle of the witches is still ongoing on top of the mountain. The vampires are busy dying as they are losing their struggle against Luca. The evil ones die because of the daylight tattoo, where Ursula draws her power. Morgan thinks the witches will help him fight, but nothing is happening as the witches are all dead, and only Ursula is still busy fighting her daughter.
Morgan attacks Walker, but Walker is too fast and avoids every attack he launches. Morgan can feel he is losing his stamina. He is getting frustrated as he can feel the King playing with him. Ken can see why Peter and Andrew warned them to become fit and not only rely on their strength in a fight. They can see Morgan is getting tired and frustrated, and he is now trying only to hit the King to kill him, but the King is fast and avoids his attacks. When the King counterattacks, all his blows fall, and it is evident that the King is about to lose his battle. Ken thinks fast and tries to grab the Queen. Paris is too fast for Ken, and before he can catch her, she kicks him, and he falls to the ground. Ken gets up furious and humiliated because a woman beat him down. Ken tries to hit her, but like Walker, she is too fast and is toying with Ken. Walker knows he does not have to worry about Paris and his men while fighting, as they can look after themselves. Even if Paris is pregnant, she will not let anything happen to her or their baby. He trusts his mate and knows she will not disappoint him. She is stronger than ever before because she is protecting her own life and that of her baby. She is like a tiger protecting her cup as she attacks Ken.
Ken goes full out as he can not believe he is losing to a she-wolf. The rest of the wolves start fighting, but the wolves of Morgan know they are in deep trouble as Peter and Andrew start attacking them with their wolves and do not help them. So the two are betraying them. They should never have trusted the two young wolves in the first place. Morgan is trying to fight back but is out of breath, and his stamina is low. Walker has had enough of the game and goes in for the kill. He attacks fast and furiously. He rips his heart off Morgan and looks at Morgan’s body, dropping to the ground. At the same time, Ursula speaks her last words. She tried to use the deaths of the werewolves, who were busy dying everywhere, for her last attack on Nina.
Paris and Ken are still fighting, and Walker can see Paris is toying with him. He looks at Paris, and she sighs. She knows Walker wants her to end the fight and stop playing around. She is having fun, though, and wants to ignore him, but then she thinks of her baby and uses her claws to rip out Ken’s heart. She looks at him, falling at her feet, and she smiles. She is glad this is over, and they can return to being peaceful in the Castle. Miriam and her army arrive, and they seem happy. Miriam tells them what happened on the mountain and how powerful Nina has become. Nina and Ace are holding hands and look pleased with life. They can return to America, and Nina can not wait to start a new life with her mate. She knows she will be loved and cared for. She looks at Ace, who is smiling down at her.
“I am so bloody proud of you. You are one of the most potent magical wolves I know. I hope we can have pups as strong as their mother,” Ace says. Nina blushed as no one but Miriam had praised her before. She smiles and k****s Ace. The wolves all whistle and make remarks.
“I wonder who is whipped now?” Jonatha says. He has still not forgiven Ace for teasing him about his mate and how he, the pack player, has become so whipped that he does not even see other she-wolves anymore. Jonathan knows he is in love with his mate and does not care if they tease him about Miriam and him being in love. He, Jonathan, and Walker were always close to each other, and they understood each other and loved each other like brothers. They may not be brothers to the same mothers, but they are brothers in everything else. They will always fight by each other’s side and be there for each other if they go through tough times. Miriam, Nina, and Paris are also close friends, and they wait for Elena to join them as she fights with the vampires. She and Jeff come running towards them.
“Can we tell Nina now?” Elena asks as she arrives. The vampires are defeated, and there are no threats left. Walker nods.
“Tell who what?” Nina asks.
“Tell you that you have a brother as well, Nina. You see, the King is your half-brother and mine, as we all have the same father,” Elena says. Nina looks at them in shock.
“We wanted to keep it as a surprise for you. So let us go and celebrate our victory and the newest member to our little family,” Elena says.
