Rejected, My Jaded Love
Episode 21

As we head out to the Forest, I notice that Luna Monica and Alpha Andrew were also coming outside with me and my family, along with Bree and Dixon. I know that they were interested in my wolf and would want to see it sooner or later. I see Mason and Braxton heading our way from the training area along with Gamma Bryan, Aubrey, Nicole, and Jessica, now exiting the packhouse. I know that they are all here to support me and feel better about shifting as I know the ladies are going to come with me to help me along as I try to shift again. I didn’t have any control of it the first time, and it was painful and scary, so this will help. Luna Monica approaches me and tells me to come with her into the tree line, as she instructs the men to stay back and wait for us to return.

Upon entering the tree line, I hear a commotion behind me and turn to see Tyler on his knees and lowly crying out in anguish. Luna Joy then turns back to go help her son, but I hear my father tell her “Go with Jade we have plenty of help here with two Alphas, and several high ranking Members, you will see your son shortly, he might be embarrassed that his mom sees him naked anyway”. I hear Tate start laughing and said “Yea, mom when my time comes, just don’t help me. Dad and Tyler will help me. I can go my whole life without that happening to me”. The men all start laughing, and my father calls out “He will be fine baby. Don’t worry about him”.

We move further into the dark canopy and Luna Monica tells me to go ahead and undress, so I won’t mess up my clothes in the shift. I slip behind a tree and put my folded clothes on top of my shoes to keep them clean.

When I come back out, I asked, “Um, how do I do it? It just happened yesterday, my wolf took over and I didn’t know what to do, and I don’t know how to do it again”

Luna Monica gets down on the ground on her knees and speaks to me in a calming voice “Just kneel down honey, we are here to help you”.

I get on my knees, and I hear Luna Monica telling me to “Just relax”.

Luna Monica tells me to just visualize becoming my wolf, to think of me having 4 legs, and that I needed to reach out to my wolf for help with the process. Luna Monica asks me “What is your wolf’s name honey?”

“Her name is Ivory,” I tell her.

“Call Ivory forward now Jade and let her take control from you,” Luna Monica tells me, and I do as she asks.

I release my control to Ivory and ask her to take over. I feel Ivory come forward and my body then falls all the way to the ground from where I was kneeling. I hear my bones popping as they start breaking and changing for me to change from my human form into Ivory’s. My back elongates and I see white fur start coming from my arms and legs, no I mean my legs as I have four of them now. I go to get up from the ground on shaky legs, I didn’t really walk around when I shifted yesterday, so I asked Ivory to help me as I try to move around.

“Oh Jade, you are beautiful” I hear Luna Monica say.

“Oh, look she still has her beautiful green eyes,” Aubrey says. “Mine always change to black when I am in wolf form”.

“Jade you are stunning” Nicole says to me. Bree and Jessica stand behind her, and they both nod in agreement.

“Honey, you are just lovely,” Joy tells me.

We all hear the bushes rustling and I hear Brax call out “Everybody decent?”

“Yes,” Luna Monica calls out and l laugh at Braxton’s anticks.

A few moments later we see the men coming towards us surrounding a large white wolf. I get excited as Tyler got his wish and is a white wolf too.

I come forward getting a little better at walking and approach my brother curiously. He jumps forward and pushes my muzzle down into the dirt. He then turns and runs away from me further into the forest. I try to run after him and finally get the hang of it after a few minutes. Suddenly I am running super-fast and catching up with him quickly, I know Ivory is helping me with me being so fast. He was very surprised at me catching up and tried to run faster to get away from me.

I mind link him “Oh, you are going to get it when I catch you” and he stops in surprise. “Did you really hear me? I was just thinking that and didn’t say it out loud” I ask, and he nods in response. “I wonder if you can hear me because we are siblings?” I ask him. He nods and says “probably, we will have to ask when we get back. You are super-fast. It seemed like you were struggling when I ran off, how in the world are you that fast?”

“Let’s race back and see if you can beat me from us starting together Tyler” and we stand together on one side of a fallen tree. He is about 5 inches taller than me, but I was tall as well in wolf form anyway. My eyes were almost to Luna Monica’s shoulders, and I think I am around 5’ if you measure to my ears. So, we were probably both imposing wolves, and I noticed that his eyes also stayed the same shade of green when he changed to his wolf form.

“You ready to lose brother?” I asked him with a glint in my eye.

“You ready to lose Sis?” Tyler responded. My heart jumped at being called Sis, I already loved it.

“Ready, Set, Go!” I yelled out in the mind link and took off, as he got the jump on me. We were running in and out of trees and I can feel how great the wind feels running through my fur, I am so happy right now. I pass my brother and don’t even spare him a glance as this is a race after all. I push forward and really put some muscle in it to make sure I keep my lead and never look back to see where Tyler is. I see the group standing ahead now as I dig in and lean forward to make a last-ditch effort to win. I smoke past the group and then turn around to come back to the group. I stand with them as we look for Tyler, who hasn’t exited the forest yet.

Luna Monica approaches me and says “Jade?” and I nod my head at her.

My father asked, “How did you know it was Jade, they are almost identical?”

Luna Monica said, “I noticed that Jade has like a thin line of black fur around the top of her eyes, almost like eyeliner, and it makes her eyes stand out”.

Tyler arrives and just shakes his head at me. He mind links me “I have never seen anyone run that fast Jade. It has got to be one of your special abilities as you are really fast, so I won’t beat myself up about it”.

I notice that Tyler has a small black patch of fur on his chest in a circle, kind of like the shape of a full moon, and I am glad that he has black on his fur like mine.

The group splits up again, to women and men, as I go to change back to my human form for me to have privacy. We head back to the packhouse to go get ready for tonight. I am so excited about becoming a member of this pack.
