Rejected, My Jaded Love
Episode 50

We get up at 8 and start getting ready for the day. We decided that we were going to take the bikes out today to breakfast and that Mason would drive the girls in his truck. We head out at about 830 to go to get breakfast and had to wait in line for almost an hour waiting on a table.

“Hey, um, Asher is wanting to come to eat breakfast with us, do you want to let him? Or do you want me to tell him that he can come over tonight to talk at the rental house? What do you want me to tell him? “Bree asks me.

I look to Tyler who is staring at me and ask him “I am good if he wants to come here. Probably safer as there are witnesses, I guess, unless he wants to reject me, then it could turn embarrassing, I just don’t know”.

“He can come to breakfast, just tell him not to come here and clown please Bree. It seems like he is reaching out, saying he wants to talk, if he wanted to reject you, he would probably have just done that last night, instead of taking Ashley back home”. Tyler tells Bree.

She nods and links him back where we are. I go over to the hostess and tell her that “we will be 11 instead of the original 10” that we told her when we got here. She said it wouldn’t be a problem and I returned to the group.

Twenty minutes later we finally get seated in the main room and start looking at our menus. We all ordered our drinks and food, as we didn’t know when Asher would arrive, we told the waitress that we would have one more coming soon.

I was sitting between Tyler and Tate at the table. I was so proud of Tyler, he apologized to Tate first thing this morning and I was so happy he did that. I know Tyler was stressed about what happened, but there was no way that any of us could have known that they would be on the Sandbar.

“Hey, I forgot to tell you that mom and dad will be calling to check on you today, I told them what happened, both on the Sandbar and when we were leaving the Sandbar and they want to make sure you are ok. They said to tell you and Tate that they love you both, and I forgot to tell you”. Tyler says and I smile at him and hug him.

“You take such good care of me. I love you so much”. I tell him.

I hear a low growl coming from behind me. “You should only love me as your mate. You shouldn’t let anyone else touch you. We belong together” I hear and turn in my chair to see Asher.

Tyler growls low back and says “Don’t start anything in here or you can leave right now”

“NOW you want to claim me, why not a month and a half ago Asher? I bet I can give you about 50 reasons”. I say to him.

He looks down and his cheeks get red in embarrassment he then looks back up at me and says, “Aries wanted to claim you then, I was the stubborn i***t, please give me a chance to convince you. I do love you. I will never hurt you again.”

“Go ahead and sit down, but I don’t really want to talk here. I should have just had you meet us somewhere else. This was a bad idea. It could end up being embarrassing to one or both of us. We can talk somewhere later on today, dinner at our rental house would be best.” I say to him, and he nods that he can do it.

I was sitting between my brothers with Dixon, Mason, and Braxton across the table from us. Asher sat at the head of the table on our end and looked over at me as we waved our waitress back over to take his order. She was obviously checking him out as she approached and was leaning lightly on the back of his chair and touching his arm as she took his order. I think I saw my brain with the eye roll I did. He didn’t even notice her flirting and didn’t speak other than to give his order and hand her his menu, then looks back at me as he leans forward.

“I am so sorry for yesterday. I didn’t know that she was going to k**s me, Jade. I should never have taken her there and I made a bad decision. Please, I will do anything for you to give me a second chance. I immediately took her to her room to pack her bag and I drove her bag to the pack last night. I drove back this morning to spend time with you, Jade. I hope you will allow me to get to know you and you to get to know me. I am changing right now. I told Ashley that she is never to contact me again. It will only be you until I die”. Asher says to me.

“We can talk later Asher. I am not going to discuss this here. We were just going to make plans for today. Do a few things, see a few sites, and go to the grocery store. I had enough excitement yesterday. I just want to take it easy today”. I speak.

“Are you Ok?” Asher asks as he looks at my wrists. There are faint bruises still showing on my wrists and I take my hands off the table and put them in my lap.

“I am alright,” I tell him.

Dixon looks at Asher and says “So you broke it off totally with Ashley? You are done, right? Completely? Because I won’t let her hurt Jade. She picks on her during the elite train class and Brax has to teach so it leaves Jade unprotected. You need to use your Alpha command on Ashley to tell her not to mess with Jade. I don’t want something to happen to her again, especially over you”

“Dixon, stop, I don’t want to do this here. People can hear us talking and this is embarrassing to me” I speak softly telling him.

“It shouldn’t be, he is the one that did wrong, not you,” Bree says from further down the table.

“Yea, it is totally Asher that messed up, not you. You have done nothing wrong Jade. He just needs to make it right, as he is the one that did wrong” Travis says.

“Who the hell are you, and just mind your own business and get out of ours,” Asher tells Travis.

“Jade is my friend, and I am making it my business, none of us are going to sit back and let you cheat on her or embarrass her. We love her and are here for her. You need to calm down and do like she said and talk to her tonight, instead of just popping up wanting her to just accept you and fall at your feet. Spoiler alert, Jade is a class act and a classy girl. You are going to need to slow your roll and be patient with her and court her. She isn’t like the girls you are usually with. She is special and needs to be treated as such” Travis says to Asher.

“Yes, what he said. That is what needs to be done.” Mason says to Asher

Braxton says “Yes, that is exactly what needs to happen”

“Yes, that is all that is going to happen,” Tyler says.

“I concur,” Tate says and smiles at Asher.

“Correct Travis, I couldn’t have said it better myself,” Dixon says.

“Don’t screw this up big brother, Jade is my best friend, and I would never forgive you if you hurt her. I won’t” Bree tells him.

“Look, I didn’t come here to fight or argue with anyone. I was just trying to let Jade know, as well as my siblings, Mason and Braxton, and whoever the rest of you are. That I AM taking this seriously, and that I accept you Jade as my mate. I, Asher Morris, future Alpha of Stone Mountain pack, accept you, Jade Devoe, of Stone Moon pack as my Luna and mate. Asher says to the table of stunned people. “Now Jade, do you accept?” Asher asks me.
