“BASTARDS!”

“ALL YOU LOT, YOU’RE ALL NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF DESPICABLE BASTARDS!” Lacy yelled, her actions frenzied and uncontrolled, as though she were possessed.

“Human, get yourself under control,” Resno Granmeyer warned uninterestedly as he started to pack his stuff to leave the grand hall, his many minions following suit, “Your crazy displays of what you call righteous indignance is not what is going to change my, or the Grand Jury’s mind.” He threw at her offhandedly.

“Oh, really?”

Something about the suddenly cool way she asked him this had the First Leader’s head lifting up to observe her, and what he saw shook him to his core.

Red glowing eyes on a pretty head that was c****d to the left in interest.

“You—you— you’re not human!” He pointed at her, his dumb words causing the Dark Witch to let out an amused laugh that somehow sounded menacing and yet melodious at the same time.

“Oh, boo hoo… what gave it away? Of course, I’m not, you dumb fucker. And maybe if you had given this trial the attention it deserved, perhaps you would have caught that.”

“SO, WHAT IF SHE’S VAMPIRE? SHE’S STILL WEAK!”

“SEIZE HER!”

“HAVE HER THROWN IN THE DUNGEONS WITH WINCHESTER!”

The suggestions flew from all angles, spurring the guards on as they closed the distance, trying to do exactly as they had been commanded.

Lacy slowly lifted her hands in the air, her actions, sending dark magic flying in the air, causing the Supernatural bodyguards to stop in their tracks suddenly, falling to the ground in submission and then levitating in that position, going up and up, looking on in fear as they pleaded with the leaders who had gotten them in the situation in the first place to help them out.

The Faefolk among the Supernatural Council started out their runes and incantations, working their own magic to try and get the men down, and Lacy… ever patient and deriving serious pleasure from letting her revenge drag out like that, let them, allowing them to think that they still had a shot.

She lowered her hold on them a bit, and the men, who were about twenty in number, an amalgamation of Werecreatures, Vampires, and Fae who were all equally buff and dressed in the same standardized body guard outfit began to descend stealthily, looks of relief gracing their features, for they were very high up.

“It’s working! Let’s get them down!” One fae shouted, his fingers contorted, his concentration topnotch…

It was hilarious really, how they thought they were doing something, how they were totally oblivious to just how much power she truly possessed.

Okay, time to finish this once and for all.

She was already starting to feel bored.

Lacy tightened her hold once more, bringing all twenty men down with such a force that their bodies hit the ground with a sickening splat, killing every single one of them, the energy she had used so potent that it had practically turned them human, unsavable from her wrath.

“GODS, SHE’S THE DARK WITCH!”

“IMPOSSIBLE!”

“WE NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE, NOW!”

“SAVE YOURSELVES!”

Screams.

Shouts of horror and disgust.

A field mine of total chaos, and Lacy was feeding off of every bit of it.

Well, well, well… who knew that underneath all that hard, cold exterior, the members of the powerfully acclaimed Supernatural Council were just little girls afraid of a little b***d and gore?

Oh, but she had so much more in store for them.

This, was just the beginning.

Our Dark Witch wanted to instill much fear in them… so much more than she already had.

Oh, this wasn’t enough?

She most certainly had a few more tricks up her sleeve.

Starting with the b***d of the dead Supernaturals.

Lacy flicked a hand, slowly getting into a come-hither motion, her intricate hand gestures causing b***d red liquid to flow from the still lying men and towards her in a serpentine motion.

She got rid of her fur coat, sighing in contentment as the dark red b***d of the fallen ones began to climb up her legs, disintegrating her dark jeans, and then her t-shirt, and tailoring a form fitting mermaid gown made in lace of the same color, with a slit reaching both of her thighs for easy movement.

The rest of the b***d slithered into her hair, crafting a magnificent four-inch ruby premium crystal crown completely made with red rhinestones atop her head.

The Dark Witch flexed her neck to the left, and then to the right and let out a soft chuckle, “Sorry, where were we again?”

Her question was apparently all that it took to shake the esteemed members of the council from their frozen dread.

It sent them spiraling, sent them running towards the many exists of the Grand Hall in a bid to escape her vengeance amidst screams and wails of terror.

Lacy cackled in delight as she sent each door closing just right before anyone could step out of it, both hands flicking lazily as though she were conducting an orchestra.

Her eyes landed on Lucius, a satisfied smirk making its way onto her face as she took in his white-as-sheet persona. “Husband dearest,”

She took a step towards him, noting how he tried to hide behind a few members of the council. They pushed him forward traitorously, hoping to buy her pity, but Lacy was actually disgusted.

“You’re all going to die tonight, my sweet darlings.” She told all of them gently, like one would a group of kindergarten students.

And then her attention focused on the Supreme enforcer, her face completely serious.

“Corruption. Protecting your interests above the people of the realm, was that what this council was created to do?” She asked all of them.

“I wanted nothing of this, you know? I may be Queen of the realms, but I wanted nothing more than to spend my life with my new mate, I reasoned that there was already an institution in place overseeing the welfare of all Supernaturals.” She told them, “What did I know anyway? I was just a girl turned Goddess who had no idea how to manage a Kingdom, much less five. ‘The Council was best,’ I told myself, but I’ve seen—”

There was a large roar as a large werebear charged towards her, but before Lacy could lift a finger, Ace was already flying to the rescue, striking the huge beast in the face with his powerful paws and pouncing on the beast, ferociously tearing through fur until he eventually found skin, going right for the jugular.

The Supernatural was dead, but it was already too late, his bravery had made the once hopeless men remember who they were, and perhaps, it had something to do with their numbers as well, something about it filling them with assurance of victory, spurring them on.

And so, they attacked.

Ace did his best to protect his mate who had completely been taken aback by their sudden bravado, doing quite a good job too, but he was certainly outnumbered.

Led by Resno Granmeyer, the once subdued council closed in on the Alpha King and his mate, determined to end them for good, but Lacy got a hold on the Supreme enforcer, biting his neck.

He managed to ward her off with a powerful blow that dazed her for a bit, but Lacy’s red gaze had already started to glow with even more power, and with a flick of her hand, she snapped his neck, conjuring a wooden stake out of thin air and then stabbing him in the chest with it violently.

She let out a loud shriek, one that sent all the men falling to their knees, her mate included, b***d oozing from her nostrils at how much energy she was expending to keep the Council members under her control. “Leave, Reed, Ace, both of you… I don’t want to hurt you.”

But her mate was stubborn, “NO. I’M NOT LEAVING YOU HERE.”

Lacy shut her eyes tight and tried to focus… there was so much energy in the room, perhaps she could use some of it to activate her other powers!

There was only one problem though,

She didn’t know how in the f**k she was going to do that.

Synn Gloom and the Moon Goddess hadn’t exactly left her a guide on how to go about all of this, and she had made a mistake herself, gotten too cocky,

Underestimated how powerful they also were.

And now she was going to pay the price.

She was tired.

Killing the Supreme Enforcer had really drained her, but she had others to take care of, she was certainly not going to give up now?

She couldn’t even if she tried.

Pleasure!

The idea hit her like a lightning bolt, filling her with hope once more as she licked her ruby red lips seductively, her gaze focusing on all of the men currently trying to fight her hold.

Lacy lifted her hands in the air, sending dark energy wafting towards them. It entered them, causing them to completely submit to her control, and then when she had them where she wanted, she began to offer them pleasure, noting with disgust just how eagerly the lot of them took what she was offering, chasing the sensational feeling that was unlike any bout of desire they had ever tasted, so focused on it that they were left vulnerable to her machinations, leaving her to feed unattended on their powers.

Some whipped out their c***s, stroking themselves, greedily wanting more of the pleasure she was offering,

And others pounced on each other, kissing, f*****g… doing anything just to get to that high she kept super close but just out of reach.

It was an orgy that seemed to go on and on.

One that she thankfully kept her mate out of.

And the Dark Witch could slowly feel herself recharge as their powers gave her new life.

She suddenly seemed vibrant, like her young self again, and on careful attention, she realised that they were wilting, fighting each other now as they chased the remnants of the pleasure she was slowly taking away, becoming increasingly aggressive with each other.

And yet she continued to drain them.

Lacy took all of their energy, draining until there was nothing left… until they clattered to the ground in a pile of dry bones.

But something was off.

Lacy had thought she had gotten all of them, her beast of an ex included,

But it turned out that her former mate and the one she had meant the most had escaped.

Perhaps, this wasn’t such a horrible development.

She could focus all of her attention on him, truly give him the punishment he f*****g deserved.

One thing was certain, the entire Grand Hall had been placed under total lockdown.

He may have evaded her here, but he was still in the building. He could run, but he most certainly couldn’t hide.

All she had to do was find him.
